Andy is a highly skilled & experienced guitar tech. He did a full set-up of my Strat-style guitar, and I could feel the difference. Whatever kind of guitar you have, Andy can make it sound great. I highly recommend Andy for any guitar maintenance/repair work. He can even build custom guitars for you.

I had him do a full setup on my left-handed Ibanez. The difference is amazing. The action is so low I cant believe theres no buzz at all. It actually stays in tune for more than five seconds for once. Thanks for the great job!

Took my Gibson 59 reissue to have Andy check out some scratchy tone pots. He fixed the pots and also made a few other slight adjustments to my guitar and made a great playing guitar feel even better than it did before I brought it in.Thanks Andy!!

I had a guitar that had some setup challenges. I always considered it an adequate guitar, nothing special and hoped one day to replace it with something really good. After Andys setup, I LOVE my guitar. I am literally playing better because of this setup. Previously, I didnt think that setup was that important, but my opinion has changed completely.Andy is great to deal with, flexible, responsive, and honest. At no point did I feel any attitude about my trange instrument or what kind of player I am. Just super positive. I will be back for more work in the future.

Andy is great. He cares about the quality of his craftsmanship, and he cares about the instruments he works on. Hes an actual luthier, the other end of the spectrum from what youd get from a corporate chain retail shop, which is usually staffed with young trainees (who arent paid well enough to be knowledgeable or even care.) But dont be intimidated by that if youre a newbie, like me. I only started learning to play a few months ago, but he made me feel welcomed and shared lots of knowledge with me. He even taught me to string my guitar myself, rather than trying to sell me on the idea of paying him to restring it each time. He took my 4-month old acoustic and did a new guitar setup on it, and the difference sounds amazing. Its as if I came home with a new, better guitar! I know Ill be back to see Andy any time I want some work done on my guitar, or any of my future guitars. Highly recommended for any guitarists in the NW.
