I’ve always had a great experience in finding my supplement here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recently was looking for a particular item that was not in stock, but they had it transferred from their warehouse within a day! Prices are great and you know you are getting a quality product, unlike shopping with retailers/suppliers on Amazon, who largely go unregulated for quality and authenticity. I’ve definitely had some questionable items arrive from Amazon and I am not willing to make that mistake again!

Great help if you ask for it, if you dont need help they dont try to push you to buy anything. Nice staff!

Got there at 5:58(2 min before closing time) on Sunday October 31st 2021 and the two women employees had already locked up and ran away from me.

Shipment expenses for 4 bottles of supplements to Italy passed from 19 usd of late 2019 to 76usd in feb 2021. And a long term recurring customer like me was treated without any flexibility. The impression is that they want to discourage overaeas shipments without clearly ban them all together. (100usd of goods and 76 usd of shipment? Come on...). Not recommended for non US shipments.

I love the product selection, and prices are decent.And I absolutely DREAD going into this store. Why? It’s a great store! Any kind of supplement you’re looking for, loads of tinctures, great natural makeup selection, household cleaning supplies, cool, funky jewelry, bamboo kitchen gear ... so why do I dread shopping there? “the product manager” She’s the woman in the dark glasses that sometimes sits behind the counter, on the computer, ignoring customers or walking up & down isles, intensely looking at products. Every time she’s spoken to me, she says something awful, sometimes telling me to go shop somewhere else. It’s SO WEIRD! Does she think I don’t have money? I spend $40-80 every time I go there. Today she barked at me and said “we are a supplement store, we only sell supplements.”, which obviously isn’t even true! I buy my mineral makeup, makeup wipes & some household cleaning supplies there.Anyway, avoid the horribly ill-mannered lady. Everyone else is awesome. I like supporting local businesses, and this is a good one, for the most part!

Ive shopped at Vitamin Life regularly for 20 years and have always had a positive experience. I prefer it to stores like Super Supplements or GNC.

My fiance and I are regulars at this store. We came in today because I wanted to get scar cream. We were looking through the face products and the cashier leaned over the register and said Hey! Just so you know there are eyes all over this place. We said Excuse me? Whats that supposed to mean? She said, Yeah Im just saying. We were APPALLED! Never in my life have I been profiled in this way. I dont know why she was assuming we would steal something. It was embarrassing and rude. We went to Pharmaca to cool down and buy some scar cream. We came back into VitaminLife to get the cashiers name and speak with a manager. She apologized and said that we looked sketchy. What is that supposed to mean?!? I dont understand how two people shopping could be sketchy. I was looking for a specific product and was offered no help in finding it. I refuse to shop at a place that profiles people in this manner. They have lost my business indefinitely.

Please note. the online store and the one in Redmond are not the same thing or are different. The two do come from the same place but they are run by different people as far as I can tell. The times I did order online and it was out of stock I did get a refund. I have been in the Seattle area for 8 years and all my experiences with the store have been amazing. They have great prices and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I do not like that the online reviews are part of the store ones. that is not helpful to people. Their prices are better in store than most or all of the stores in the area for specific brands. Like all stores I have to check prices because some items will be on sale elsewhere for less. They have a lot of non vitamin items too

I needed a cough syrup badly for my 7 year old son and I couldn’t wait for Amazon’s delivery so I called the store. The had the Gaia product that I specifically wanted to buy and the price was even better. The customer service was excellent and they also recommended great elderberry immune support gummies that he loved. I will definitely go back again.Thank you!

Great Store, talked to Raeah very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the place to go for your supplements and vitamins. The big chain stores do not have people who have the knowledge and experience VitaminLife has.Really enjoyed my time there!

Great customer support I received, and great stuff. They have almost all of what you want, herbal or supplements. They ladies over there were helpful and guided me through all what will work and what wont. They also gave me free samples with the two herbal medicines that I bought.

Weak Website & Customer Service. Its not easy to find this particular kind of Aubrey shaving cream, so I ordered six from Vitaminlife. Shipping was $5.95, so I wanted it to be worth my while. Vitaminlife charged the entire amount of $40.57. Then they shipped ONE, saying that five were backordered. When I called to complain, the customer service person said that I would get an email in two weeks if the items couldnt be shipped. I received no email. On Jan. 21 I emailed them, told them to cancel, and I requested that they refund the shipping--since I never would have ordered from them if I had known that they would charge me shipping.Their customer service person decided to refund me $3 of the $5.95 shipping...I found it pretty lame that, after their mistake in inventory, their multiple errors in communication, they would bargain with me about $2.95. Im not fighting for $2.95. Come on guys. Is $2.95 worth a negative review?

Ive enjoyed shopping here. The staff have always been helpful in providing me with what Ive needed. Theyre very knowledgeable and dont try to sell you a product you dont need. If they dont have the product youre looking for, they will order for pick at there store. I will miss shopping here and will miss the staff for Ive relocated to a different state.

They are selling vitamins but also gym protein powder. When I arrived at Redmond, I wanted to have some protein shake, I went there and I bought something. It was the first and only time because the price was easily 20% more than on Amazon.

I bought a set of 6 glasses on Amazon and VitaminLife was the 3rd party seller. They sent one glass instead of a set of 6 as stated in the listing. They said they don’t have more glasses to send me although the listing still shows them in stock on Amazon as well as their website. Multiple emails later and they are refusing to send the remaining 5. I am very disappointed in their dishonest customer service practices. I will never use them again to purchase an item.

Ive had luck finding supplements here for me and my dog (...we take different ones). They usually have what Im looking for, and theyre the only local store I know of that sells a smaller dose of sam-e that my dog needs.Ive never had to wait more than a minute to be rang up, which is handy. And the employees know where all the products are located.Ive also purchased through their website and then arranged for in-store pick up to avoid shipping costs.

I live in Redmond and shop in their local store. The staff is awesome, particularly Ms. Raeah Sunn, who is the heart and soul of the place. She is most knowledgeable and sets up their speakers bureau throughout the year - helpful information from experts on many different topics. Also, the Celebration for Women in December is fantastic - different vendors displaying their wares and music! I love to go in and just browse through the make-up, body lotions and teas! Also, my little pooch enjoys treats from the shop as well. I highly recommend the store to anyone living in the near vicinity - just go in and relax!

The item didn t get here based on the guarantee date so I couldn t take it on the trip with me. It was supposed to have been here by the 10th. On the 11th, evening, it was still not here. The package finally arrived on the 12th which was useless. Please dont guarantee a date.

I ordered heart burn relief from vitamin life. Heartburn relief made my heartburn even worse. I called to return this and they said their policy was returns by 30 days. There is nothing written on their invoice that states this policy. People order lots of supplements on line and it can be hard to remember every policy. I will contact Enzymatic Therapy and let them know also. 10 pills cost $16.75 with shipping it comes to $22.70. I have asked someone to call me back on this.

This is a SCAM. Do not buy here at online. In online store, I ordered folic acid but they sent me folate. The product image was folic acid when I order. But after my claim, they changed the advertising image from folic acid to folate. And they insist that the product was correct. So they do not pay for return expenses.

Haha wow, talk about TERRIBLE customer service. Called to inquire about a product and was told yes we have it in 2 different sized bottles, 6 and 30. So I asked if those were days, doses, or something else. Got an answer of pellets. Ok great, so is it 1 pellet per day? How long does that last? Silence.................Finally she says, We have customers. Ok, more waiting........then again with the Thats the amount of pellets. OK fine, you dont want to answer that one, how about this one: How much do those cost? She says $5.68. OK, is that per pellet? Or for the 6? Or the 30? She rudely says For the 30, thats what I said!Um, thanks so much for treating me like a P.I.T.A.Will. Never. Shop. There.
