Great store with great selection. Would give 5 stars if not for fact that most shoppers did not wear masks! I see another review that mentions the same thing from a month or so agoSadly I wont shop there again due to the unmasked shoppers. Not the fault of the clerks who were all masked.

If youve never tried this grocery store chain you have to! Almost everything is much less expensive than at other stores and even the things that arent, are still a standard fair price. You get to try all sorts of variations on the brands you know and like.And sometimes theres these amazing closeouts. This year just after Christmas I purchased some entire boxes of winter flavor themed breakfast / meal bars for the normal price of two single bars. Ive also found grass-fed beef from good brands for incredibly inexpensive.In particular the staff at the Redmond location is incredibly nice.

I love Grocery Outlet! Its a different experience than a big box store.I wanted to share an experience.. were doing keto and I asked one of the gals that was stalking shelves if she knew of a keto section, or if there was a section of the store that offered low carb snacks.She stopped what she was doing and genuinely seemed interested in helping me. She walked me around the store and helped me gather a few items she knew of. I told her I really appreciated her help. I most likely would have been told an aisle if I went to Fred Meyer or Safeway.As I was checking out a cashier was SUPER friendly. Every single time I walk into this store Im greeted by am employee, helped, checked in on, etc. Praise to the owners/managers because your staff (and store!) are awesome.

Half the people were unmasked! I said something to the checker who told me there was nothing they could do. I said tell your manager its the law. I love the store, always shop there but this is unacceptable. Normally 5 stars, but this day only 3

Love the new location, love the increased quantity and variety of products. However: the wine section is incredibly limited compared to other Grocery Outlet locations Ive visited, which is disappointing. Also, on a recent visit I saw several shoppers enter completely maskless, and a cashier was wearing her mask under her nose. I will not be going back until masks are enforced for everyone in the store.

This is a new location, and it provides a wide variety of food and beverages, and has vitamins, and a wide selection of keto foods, wine and some household goods as well. Great place to shop! 5 stars and produce section too.

Groc-Out is the only place we shop! We go weekly and the staff have become friends. Its always so clean, organized, and the bargains are REAL. I recommend it to literally everyone. Im glad theyve started selling local products as well!!

The New Location in Redmond, Oregon is an ABSOLUTE 5.0 Star Rating! I am changing my Primary Grocery Store from Fred Meyer/Safeway to Grocery Outlet Redmond, Oregon !Reasons:1. Cleanliness ((Yes, I know its new!)2. Organization - the aisles are really well organized and easy to maneuvar by sight ( There are missing price tags but I expect that that is a rampup issue )3. Customer Service - I even found the Stockers excited about helping me! That shows HUGE Mgmt, Supervisory and contractual attention to detail!4. Here is Fred Meyer Redmond’s salad area pic and then Grocery Outlet the same time period ( Admittedly, in the middle of a Winter Snowstorm) No Contest! Grocery Outlet wins “Hands Down” Oh! nevermind... apparently cant post pics here!

Out of 5 employees, one was masked properly. When I requested them to cover their nose, I was not responded to in an appropriate manner. Ive been in quarantine 5 months and find it a point of contamination. Im pretty sure they care NOT!

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!!!! Amazing stuff for super cheap. I’ve also been to GrocOuts in Portland and Pennsylvania and this is the best one I’ve seen. Of course, stock is dependent on external factors but this one was just the best.

Great store but never know if product you want is there or not .

They have some amazing deals. I wouldnt recommend going with a shopping list as the selection is always changing, and they havent had staple ingredients on more than one occasion. Especially love their meat selection, they have some good options of affordable premarinated meats.

Absolutely the best prices in Redmond. Cant wait for their expansion. Going inside is a treasure hunt.

Grocery Outlet primarily sells discounted groceries and sundries that may represent overstock, closeout and food items that may be nearing expiration. While this might suggest lower quality products, in fact virtually all of their inventory is name brand and often even high end gourmet foods and beverages including beer and wine. Given this focus, their produce section is on the small side but they have a large selection of packaged foods and a good assortment of refrigerated and frozen foods.Its a fun place to shop at because their selection changes a lot and there are always interesting new items to check out. Additionally, as things approach expiration date they are usually very heavily discounted. This creates major bargains, since most expiration dates used by the food industry are extremely conservative and, with the exception of uncultured dairy items and fresh produce, the products will be fine to consume well beyond the noted date.The folks who work there are super friendly and helpful. I really enjoy shopping for food here and consider it a hidden gem of a grocery store.

Love this place. Great prices compared to the major grocery store chains, Freddys, Safeway, Albertsons. A bit smaller than the location in Beaverton where we used to live, but definitely go here first before the other way more expensive stores

Screaming deals on really great products at this store Ive recently discovered after passing it almost every day! Amazing discounts on items such as sea salt and olive olive, plus exotic chips, snack bars, and pasta. Produce section was bright and healthy. Checkers are friendly and quick. Ill definitely be going here much more often!

Who doesnt love this place.. The staff is great, there are a lot of items in The Redmond store and its small, but orderly. This cant be helped, but only thing that Im sure most of us dont like is you find something you love ( for me its Chami Chi Tea 😢) and you only find it once maybe twice. I am like a big percentage of most people around here. Little money comes through my hands.But we, two friends of mine, needed food. So Grocery Outlet here I come. For only $15.00 I was able to get enough peanut butter, Grape Jelly and bread to last until we could pick up something else.It is a great place for this time of prices.

The Grocery Outlet is always a great place to find all kinda of fun items. You can find good organic food and unique items every time you go. If you find something you like, but a couple. Chances are it wont be there next time you go. Good deals on ice cream, snacks and toiletry items. Watch out with the veggies, some are past their ripe period. Apples and pears are usually ok. Good deal on bread, seems fresh.

This is a nice little gem of a grocery store. I price compared items to fred Meyers and you’re definitely saving in the long run. They don’t have EVERYTHING, and there are somethings that you’re probably better off getting at Freddy’s but overall, great place for some groceries.

This is a great store. The people that work here are always very helpful, nice and treat you with the utmost respect! I am handicapped and I have a hard time getting around. They always offer to help me. I shop here any chance I get.

Decent prices but limited supplies of certain items. They wouldnt honor a coupon that was attached to a detergent item. Checker said the price is the price no coupons!

Shop here a lot. Prices are always good. Selection verys a little so dont always have everything I want, but thats what keeps price down. Quick out, they open new checkers if line gets long. Totally recommend.

This grocery outlet has excellent selection, including a lot of organic food. Staff is friendly and service has been great. Parking lot is petite, the gravel lot next door is useful during busy shopping hours.

I broke a bottle of kambucha on my last visit. Totally my fault. It was in the bag with 2 others. i just took it to my car and was going to deal with it at home. the very kind cashier came out after me. Took my bag with the broken bottle. Brought me back out a bag with 3 clean dry intact bottles. Above and beyond. I love GO. Their customer service, prices and products are awesome!

Your greeted as soon as you walk in. The store is clean, they have fresh Ginger Root, its good for my juicing. You get good prices on all items. Lots more Organics.

Lots of good deals ..i found it hard to shop their iles, looking for the deal...? It was only on there select items that benefit them threw their distributors discount on moving lots of their product for them selves making the public think the Add in the discount paper is a good deal for the shopper when its really a in house trick to make them more and act like its a SALE .. their yellow cheep plastic bags still in use, Sad. The store is just convient for some items and the staff is cool very nice girls.
