These guys used to be great, but all the old technicians must have retired or moved on. Now they never return my phone calls and when they say their coming out they dont show up? The quality of Hobart equipment has gone way down hill, I wont be buying it anymore.

Scheduled a technician to show up last week and they never called or showed up. When I called today, they couldnt give a reason why they didnt show up. They said they will be here tomorrow, waiting to see if thats true. Dont recommend using this service if you have to. Very poor customer service.

Sent the wrong piece for my mixer and had to drive to return it and get the right piece. Return took 2+ hrs. Just shoot me! Lol
