Always find item from shopping list-very happy cuz made my shopping quick and not so time consuming-found my items wanted to buy without any problems.

Ashley was very short and snappy! Embrassingly rude for no reason! I think she needs to be out of the customers view at all times..please coach her on her customer service skills! I never ever leave bad reviews but omg! This lady seriously has an issue.

Monica was awesome. I went there the Tuesday afternoon on the 24th. Line had 12+ ppl. This poor lady was buried. But as she handled customer after customer while scanning as fast as humanly possible, she tom the time to address and look at the line forming and thank everyone for their patience.I run businesses. I get it. Breaks have to take place. People CIS. Im not here to complain about the long lines.Im here to tell you, that you have a rock star employee. One that deserves a big pat on the back for a job well done. Thank you

Just left dollar tree in Redmond. the employees where in a great mood everyone was very helpful.they close at 9 so get there before 8:45. you know how it is go in for a couple of things $95 dollars later your checking out!!

Lots of great deals! Store is always clean and associates are friendly. As with any bargain store, things arent the greatest quality but they work (usually), and a good selection of items. Great resource for events and parties!

Unfortunately the check out woman was not wearing a name tag but she was beyond unpleasant to deal with. If you dont want to do your job and youre just going to be rude, you should probably get a new job.

Everything is actually $1!!! cute halloween decorations and lots of other fun stuff. When there was a pretty long line cashiers went up and were fast ! Definitely going back when I feel my kids are ready to be spoiled again :p

The Cashier Max is super cool dude really fast the line got super long and busy he was the only cashier !! And Max he handled the situation really well ! Super thankful for the customer service thank you Max for being a great cashier.

There were many employees out on the floor when shopping but only 2 cashiers with at least 12 people waiting in line. Then when the line died down some another cashier popped in to help cashier. Not great timing.

I just dont understand why they only ever have 1 checker

A fun place to shop. A place to get all those little extras at a great price. And sometimes it gets something great at a great price that you really needed. If you need a card you cant beat their prices. Calendars best price around. And bags to put your presents in oh my goodness you cant beat their prices.

Clean and stocked shelves. Theres an older lady there in the morning super cool lady.

If the corporate office really cared they would check up on some of these stores. I let cashiers slide on being irritated because I know first hand retail. But this lady at Redmond dollar tree has the nastiest attitude no matter how nice you are. She has done it countless times not only to me but customers in front of me. Thinking about it they all act like they hate their job.

The people need more PR training.I went in to buy a small handful of things. Hair ties, clothes pins, and some glasses. Nothing special. The cashier then asked me when my baby was due.I am not pregnant.I was absolutely MORTIFIED. Granted, I have a few extra pounds, but am not by any means obese, nor do I carry my extra pounds straight out in front of me like Im seven months along.She did not ask if I was pregnant. That would be more forgivable. She judged my weight, assumed I was, and asked when I was due. The ONLY time that would be acceptable is if the person is visibly 8+ months pregnant, buying baby items, and just for safety, that person better be wearing a bun in the oven t-shirt. This is NOT acceptable small talk at the register otherwise.I laughed it off at the register, then promptly sat in my car for a good ten minutes just shocked that she thought it was okay to ask that of a complete stranger.Not only was my pride hurt, that can be fixed with a good laugh. But what if this was said to someone who just lost a baby? Or to someone who is fighting depression or self esteem issues? Or someone who has no choice about carrying extra pounds because of a medical condition?In my working life, I know this sort of thing was gone over multiple times to avoid these sorts of moments. You dont comment on the health or appearance of someone unless it it pertinent to the situation.Ill happily shop elsewhere and pay a little bit more if it means the employees have more common sense.

It was well stocked and had a large array of products from which to choose! I went in today after 2 items and purchased 27! And for me that was a quick trip! Lol I usually dont get out of there without spending at least 50$ because its so much fun and they have so many new things to try ALL the time! The store is always kept very clean and the staff are friendly, helpful and and respectful. I really enjoy shopping at our Redmond Dollar Tree! You will too!🤗💜

Before Christmas I tried to return poinsettia s they said After the New Years that could! Because theyre seasonal Now they say That theyre not going to!! I have the receipt too! Are they just making rules as they feel like! Or the cashier dont want to do returns?

I noticed that the dollar tree in Redmond Oregon does not have plexiglass between the cashier and the customer. That really needs to be done to keep our 6 feet distance. I asked you guys please add those.

The plastics and containers that I needed were completely out of stock and comparative sizes were gone and other things were of complete disarray and unorganized with U-boats and boxes sitting everywhere. Many displays across the front of the store make it difficult to enter and force you to have to walk quite a ways around to get to Isles straight down in front of the doors. So better organization of the store and better leadership is needed.

There good buys in the Dollar Tree but it needs a bath. The carpet is filthy and theres debris all over. Doesnt look like it has been vacuumed for 6 months

Had so much fun shopping at Dollar Tree in Bend and Redmond OR. Was able to buy so many things that I wanted, employees were very kind and helpful.

This store is terribly dirty, borderline filthy. It looks like it hasnt been vacuumed for months, probably never had the carpet shampooed. The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning, stained sink and walls need washed down.

I could seriously break the bank at this store!!! Everythings 1 dollar. Sometimes 2-3 things for 1 dollar. 6 pack of water bottles for 1 dollar (plus deposit). Absolutely love this.
