I just started working at the Redmond branch and will try my hardest to address the issues listed in the comments, its not a good look, we will work much harder on customer service and friendliness of staff and salespeoples

We have repeatedly received our orders delivered with the wrong items, wrong sizes, wrong colors, damaged materials or lumber that’s severely warped and twisted. When we bring it to Miller’s attention, even speaking with Pete, they’re unapologetic telling us “too bad” or “it will cost you to fix it.” Why should it cost us MORE to fix MILLER’S mistakes?
