Insurance claim for windshield replacement was handled immediately! After letting them know of a severe time constraint (going on military orders in two days) they checked to see if there was any way to squeeze me in sooner! Just the fact that they checked and were willing to work with me was impressive - after being strung along by another glass company for 3 days - but even more so, they found an opening, had the right glass (heated wiper resting area) and calibrated it (which the other company could not do), and had me on my way within 24 hours! Incredibly impressed with their speed and professionalism. Will continue to do business here for all glass needs!

Needed a special order slider/tinted rear window for an older model Ford F-100. Called two other local glass shops before I found Brite Glass. The other places could not get what I needed. Brite Glass was able to locate the window and had it in stock within a few days of ordering it. I had my truck in and out within a week of the request. The replacement was done by Sergio. Brice came out and was fabulous. Turns out not only was my glass sliding door repaired before, but was done incorrectly. We had them replace a windshield in our car, and it was done well, quickly, and for a good price. Then a couple of months later, we sold our home. We had a small BB hole in the outside layer of a double pane window. The buyers wanted that to be repaired before close of escrow. And they wanted a very short escrow. Rob the owner got his staff right on it, and it was accomplished in the day it needed to be done! Very pleased with the service and professionalism of all the folks we worked with during both of these interactions!

This place is amazing!!! We were on a road trip and a truck drop some rocks and of course one hit and chip the windshield. So after seeing ads on tv about safelite chip repair and emergency service we thought lets call them. Well that was a mistake and the ads are lies they cant get you in for 2 weeks anywhere so much for emergency service. We were in Idaho on the way to reno NV so my wife found Brite Glass of Reno i just thought it would be just like the other place but no they actually answered the phone and were super friendly but they also said you dont need an appointment just come right in and we will tell you if we can fix it. Well they did just that and it took under 20 mins and they were so great and nice and of ya the price was a 3rd of the others. So i highly recommend Brite Glass even if you have to drive awhile to get there!!!!

Will never return to this business. Had windshield replaced then problems kept occurring with rain sensor. Made 3 or 4 visits back to fix or replace rain sensor pad behind rear view mirror. They make you feel your wasting there time because you don’t know how to operate your car. And yesterday in a related issue I went to adjust my rear view mirror and it almost came off the window. In conclusion I spoke to the owner he told me what could they do? I said I am at my wits end having to take my car back this many times and I will never return. I told him they had there chance to fix it. I will definitely not recommend this business to anyone out there because of my experience.

Amazing, I purchased a piece of glass for a shower screen, or fixed panel its called. 1st. Another glass shop told me a distruth that the glass had to be thicker than 1/4th inch, for Washoe county required shower glass code for new homes,, BUT BRIGHT GLASS told me to ask my inspector. The other shop was being dishonest (as sales team there works on commission)other glass shop, was also twice as expensive! without any extras like a tint in glass. Bright glass put a beautiful tint in the glass for 1/2 cost of other shop, and other shop gave me a 4 weeks turnaround time, Bright glass less than 1 week!Once ready for pick up, a laborer i had working offered to pick up the glass, but never was able to, as he did not have the truck he said he could get,I want to tell all, this boy, wrote a dishonest reveiw of Bright glass, they were never rude, and they only would not allow him to take the glass as he had an IMPALA car & it would not fit in to safely transport, and made shop wait on him while he called others. So disregard his dishonest review, he never purchased any glass from them at all!So, again, i can not say enough about BRIGHT glass, this piece is mounted in my new construction home shower, and I wish i had purchased all my shower glass from them, as i would have saved another $800 on glass costs and got them all TINTED beautiful light grey color. thank you Bright glass and their kind polite and fun to deal with sales team and office staff!!!Sincere,Triple G Ranch owner

They never sealed the bottom of my windshield so they told me to come back the next day to have it sealed and the guy came out the next day with an attitude like he shouldnt have to do this because of the make and model of my car but before insulation i was told it shouldnt be a problem. He quickly attempted to seal the bottom in the parking lot but did a horrible job and because it was windy outside dust flew into the sealant and it dried horribly. I will never go to brite glass again because i was treated very disrespectfully once i asked for the job to be completed correctly

Visiting the area, out for a hike and our car was burglarized, and a window was shattered. We contacted Brite Glass. Alex Forman was able to access a replacement glass (a miracle in itself), and more importantly, he was able to have the repair completed the same day. That level of Customer Service is not that common these days and we appreciated his attention to our needs. Alex and Brite Glass staff were truly a Brite spot in an otherwise not so good day. This place claims to be fast and professional but all I got was 3 weeks of string me along!!I called to have someone come and give me a quote On a window my daughter broke, I spoke to a woman who is very nice, she told me that someone would contact me in the next weeks to schedule an estimate, 5 day later someone come looks at the window and leaves, he never said anything to me ! After a few days the lady calls me and explains that I needed to pay for the glass upfront then one it’s in we will call you. Just got a call today after a total of 3 weeks just to say they can’t find parts for the window. What a Joke ! Money back please!

Brice of Brite Glass was absolutely perfect from the start to the finish. Our 9 year old dual pane vinyl windows were failing in places. Brice came, analyzed them, told me which ones had failed or would fail, I gave my go ahead, he measured, and ordered. Then Brice came back, with new guy Eric, and they were poetry in motion. We left and did some errands and returned just before 1 and it was sitting in the lot waiting for us.Even though it wasnt going to be covered by the insurance the price was still more than reasonable. Update 2021: I came back here because I had such a great experience last year. This year I called to schedule an appointment and when I said Id have to wait for it (Im not a local- no one to pick me up) I was told 1:30 five days out would be the best time. So I scheduled and arrived on time today. When being checked in I was told to come back at 4:30. I again said that I dont live locally so I needed to wait -as I said on the phone when I scheduled the appointment. I was told theyre really busy today so theyd do their best.I made an appointment, I was clear I needed to wait at that time. I was treated like I was an inconvenience as I was checked in because they have too much business already. This is not at all like last year. But whatever, its Friday afternoon and nerves are probably short.More than an hour after the scheduled time they took my Jeep in to replace the windshield. Unfortunately, this is probably only a good shop if youre able to be picked up. Appointments are for the day; not for the actual appointment time.The woman making appointments and taking payment is lovely. They do offer free glass cleaner as a thank you.Original review 2020:I wanted my cracked windshield replaced and when I called to schedule an appointment I was scheduled for the next business day. I was told to plan for a few hours. My appointment was at 10 am. When I arrived with my laptop and snacks for the long wait I was greeted kindly and walked to my Jeep to have a look at the situation. Because I was waiting in the store they hurried my installation along and I was all set to go at 11! Evidently they repair chips for customers without an appointment. Everyone was very kind.

This place was awesome! They replaced the windshield on my car at a very reasonable price. The office staff was so friendly and helpful. Even though my replacement windshield was not covered by my insurance the price was way below the quoted prices I had gotten from the competition.It even came with a warranty against stone chips should that happen. The installer walked me through what he was going to do when I dropped it off and gave me a time to return. It was done exactly on time for the price I was quoted. It was almost too easy. I called this location after getting a quote at safelite glass repair, the price was much cheaper. After arriving the woman working, Pat asked if I wanted to use my insurance, I said no because it was a chip in my windshield smaller than a dime. Pat then told me it didnt matter and that it was a non chargeable claim so I would save me some money and not affect ins rates. The man working fixed it right while my kids and I sat in the car in about ten minutes! Fast and friendly service!!

Bought a new home in April 2020. Previous owners paid for a garage window to be replaced. Many calls over several months and the excuse is the window was not measured correctly or they got the wrong glass order size, that was the first 4 reasons given. The reason today was they forgot to put the grid in. So FIVE failed attempts so far. I will continue to leave feedback until it is repaired. This window replacement WAS FULLY PAID for in April 2020. Its 4 months later and we have to constantly call Brite Glass to remind them of this window replacement.

I was pleased with Brite Glass for car windows, so went there for windows and a shower surround 2 months before listing our home for sale. Owner Rob Hardy helped me, said to email window photos and sizes, which I did. He sent my email to Robert Wilson our “manager who quotes and schedules.” It took 1½ weeks to get a call and 2 more weeks to get the measurements for quotes. Then it was 1 quote for windows and shower surround, not split as requested. We had to pay half up front.After 2 more weeks, at install 2 windows were broken (1 not planned to be replaced), so we had 1 badly fogged and 1 broken window, broken glass on our patio, and no shower surround as it was the wrong size. It took Robert 1 week to place a reorder, and 3 more weeks to reschedule an install, at which 1 window and shower surround were the wrong size. After another reorder and 2 more weeks, shower surround and window were installed, but with a sizeable gap in the window frame and torn screen.I got a call to pay the balance, but the job was not done and I wanted to speak to a manager. Hardy called, had our file, was aware of the problems, was “sorry” and just wanted to know when was I going to pay. It was 3 months after we met, our home had been on the market over a month with defects, and the job was not done. Hardy threatened that if I did not pay, he would put a lien on our home which would make it harder to sell.Repairs to the window and screen were not finished until late October and the installer was directed by Hardy to get a check for the balance even though he knew I was paying by credit card. I got 2 calls late that Friday afternoon before Nevada Day weekend that Hardy said I had to pay that day or a lien would be put on our home.So, it was 3½ weeks to get a quote, and 10 more weeks to do the job, with measurement errors, installer damage, repeated delays in reorders which were not expedited, repeated failure to let me know the status, no priority in scheduling after all the delays and, to top it off, Hardy’s appalling attitude of threatening a lien, not offering any accommodation.

I had trouble with a locking mechanism on a sliding glass door and stoped by there shop to inquire about a repair visit. They residential department arranged for a visit the very next day with a repairman Brice. Brice called me the next morning to advise he was on his way. Brice is a very knowledgeable and polite technician who was diligent in determining the issue in the 15 year old mechanism. He removed the internal locking device and with lubricant and a modification on the device the door lock was repaired. Brice reassembled the mechanism and retested the operation of the lock. He also noted that the door was higher on on side than the other and made adjustments to that as well.I have used Brite glass for all my automotive window issues, cracks and chips and have always received excellent service. I was impressed by their residential service as well. I highly recommend them!

Had an appointment a day ahead of time for a windshield and the next morning when I was going to take it in, my car happened to get broke into. They arranged for new glass, offering various low prices, and made me feel like the order was prioritized. The work done was to spec and the inside of my car was thoroughly cleaned. Axel and Pat are professional in their communication with insurance companies and arrange service that is in the customers best interest. I was out the door sooner than expected and they have my business in the future :)

My experience started ok with Brite and went down hill. Gave them a big home job initially.Bad follow up, estimates, and horrible attitudes. Worked with me on their high prices then got nasty when they agreed. Had a discount on glass only with manufacturer but they didnt like me not buying the glass from them and really blew me off.h Horrible ending and owner had a chance to rectify the experience and he was the worst of them all. Dont use this companyy... too many other good glass companies who will appreciate your business and no how to work with you to make you happy.

I love these guys! They fricken rocked at the job and I will always go back. Super professional, and quick and clean. On top of it! I’m super grateful they’re still working with COVID going on!
