I called Century glass on Tuesday and the very next morning they came out to asses our door. Bob was very knowledgeable and stated that whoever fixed it previously did not use the correct parts. Diana gave us a quote the same day and now we are waiting for repairs. Their customer service is top notch and Bob was very personable and knowledgeable.
