Hello. As we approach the holiday/seasonal times please understand WE ARE UNDERSTAFFED. We have horrible upper management that all our leads and team members quit. So yes. Orders are not being done under 2 hours for your 1 item, we only have 2-3 cashiers at a time, the lines will be long, guest service is a mess and we only have 1 person there at a time, and our store is a mess. Stop taking it out on us, the workers and start complaining to our store director. Or take your business to other stores please. We are tired of getting harassed and yelled at everyday.

This review is specifically for Target Starbucks. The Barista was quick to acknowledge me when I walked up to the register to make an order. She was very welcoming, positive, and friendly. She did a good job on my drink, it was made with care and it was delicious!! 😊👍
Never seen anything like this place and Ive been to a lot of Targets. Dirty. Absolutely no service. Only 2 cashiers open. Lines everywhere. Empty shelves.
I went in earlier this week and I’m appalled at the service I received. I was looking for a toy for my little brother and I asked a man I believe his name was Stephan or Steven or something, where I would find a certain toy and while describing that toy he had kept interrupting me telling me it was on this isle or started describing a completely different toy. It’s rude and I ended up just going to look for it myself, I don’t believe it’s very good customer service to continuously cut someone off. Do better Target management.
I am completely fully vaccinated. I had COVID-19. I only shop when I need something. I do wear masks, but I have extremely difficult wearing them without something to drink. Posted in the Starbucks. No drinking and food, I dont care about the food. I suffer from a rare horrible disease. It is in all of my organs and I have to have something to drink to handle the masks. I might only be 1 person, but your policies have pushed me out of my favorite store. No thank you.
I understand you were remodeling but you still can be clean about it…. And stocking on a Saturday and how busy it was, should never happen and employees working with their heads down and not even an excuse me…. I am from out of town be glad to get back to my target.
This location is always so awesome with customer service. Evan (Even?) In guest service just went above and beyond today. He was so nice and accommodating to a price match I had. This location is also very clean and very good at having items in stock. Thank you for the great customer service.
Literally the worst target experience I’ve ever had this location. The Guest Service team was so rude, not helpful at all while I was waiting to be helped they just stood there and carried on with their conversation instead. Instead of trying to help me with a simple question I had the guest service team was extremely rude. Once I left I called to speak to a manager and once they answered after trying them they hung up
I enjoy shopping at target way better than walmart. Easy in and out. Worth the little extra to deal with a better atmosphere.
Employees here were super helpful. Went into storage to try and find a board game I was looking for.
I love this Target. Long lines are quickly taken care of. Managers seem really on top on everything and they are very friendly. Great customer service all around.
Staff seems not to care about how they place your items in your car when using Drive Up Service. This is now the second time I have had issues with my items in as many orders. I spoken to Store Britney prior and she advise she would address this issue however as shown below you will see NOTHING has been done. Yet they have two staff members deliver you items.
I don’t know what has happened to this store in the last few months but it’s worse than Ross or Walmart. Every department is completely trashed and while the staff is friendly, none of them can even tell you where even the most basic things are. It’s really sad because it was always so well put together. There’s clearly a horrible management issue at work.

Target drive-up pick-up is so easy! Todays pick-up took less than a minute!
There services are really good, mostly. There is some minor issues here and there, but overall pretty good.
Easy parking and access to the store. Has assistance upon entering. Items are easily found and isles are marked well. Large and spacious isles. Staff is available and accessible. Parking is easy for disabled. Has a public restroom that is clean and easily found. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
I love target prices, service and quality
Store is a big mess and managers are condescending and degrading towards employees. Would avoid altogether or go to the one in Sparks. Teenage employee was working in self checkout helping another customer when a manager came down on him in a disrespectful and disgusting manner for something that seemed minimal.
Drive up has saved me so many times! When I need to do two things at once or dont have time to do a store run.I just add it to my cart while Im at home. And the amazing employees never make a mistake. They are very efficient and quick! I go once its ready, they load it in my trunk & off I go. Now if only they can carry my bags into my home 😂 jk love target 🎯❤️ your appreciated!!
Quick, efficient and friendly service at pickup time.
Purchased about 150 dollars worth of home goods and when I got home a shower curtain was faulty so I returned it no problem and got my money back. Then 3 days later my card was charged again for 150 dollars. I tried calling the store and the phone rang for 5 minutes both times I called before being hung up on. I tried calling target customer service and was told I need my receipt for them to do anything. Why would I keep my receipt after I returned my item and why would I be charged again after returning something. So here I am out 300 dollars because they are incompetent.

Eggs (Good & Gather 18ct.) were bad. I found mold inside the shell and on the accompanying egg. Two other eggs in the same carton had (a) big gray spot(s). I stopped cracking them after that.I returned the carton of eggs to Target for food safety reasons. It was still 1/3 full (6 eggs) because thats when I realized that they were bad. Their associate lectured me because so many were missing (they reimbursed me $1.69 with the receipt).I give 2 stars because they have some good stuff at Target, but I will not buy these (or any) eggs from Target and I will be cautious about the Good & Gather brand and Target food in general in the future.
Quick stop to grab some essentials and look for some dollar items. Browsed by the fresh produce area and saw the clementines with free samples! Too cute!Had some slight hiccups with the self-checkout because of gift card bar codes but a sales associate cheerfully cane to assist us and we were on our way!
I remember when Target was soooooooooooo much better than walmart. I used to go for the customer service, now, its just another walmart. If I have to travel past 4 walmarts to get to Target why go to Target anymore if they treat customers like walmart does?Retail is dying because theyre killing themselves.

I left 10 minutes after a pickup order was ready, waited 20 minutes outside of the store and saw no one so I called the guest services where it just rung for 3 minutes straight with no answer. I normally don’t have issues it’s just frustrating when you need the product that night and can’t go inside the store.

Timely, friendly service. From purchase to pick up it was smooth sailing and quick. I was very pleased with everything.
Target is my happy place. I’m there 2-3 or more times a week. You can get nearly anything there and save a TON of money with Cartwheel and the Red Card. Get a Red Card. I can’t fathom why anyone who shops at Target with even just a little frequency wouldn’t get one. It’s 5% off. It comes out of your checking account. It’s like using the debit card your bank gave you only you’re saving 5%. The ones in both Reno and Sparks are great. Clean. Friendly associates. Literally my only issue is why does the one in Sparks have only 1 entrance/exit. If you’re just going in for groceries you have to walk across the store. In Reno just park by that side of the building. Otherwise Target is the best. Ever.

Well kept and stocked. Seems to almost always have someone around. Has a Starbucks and a pizza place and a pharmacy. Lots of parking.

This store is a joke customer service is horrible took 24 minutes to answer phone to check on online order which states ready for pick up in two hours after there hours they said will not be ready 4 to 6 hours this is pure fraud from website to get you to buy for store pick up went to store after 6 hours to finally wait 20 minutes for pick up and then can not find order the staff in this store do not know what they are doing very stupid DO NOT shop this store they will waste your time
Standard Target. However, it was pretty quiet when I was there in the late afternoon. I expected more people. It made me wonder whether or not Target was doing as well as Walmart during coronavirus. I feel like the Walmart is almost as busy as before. Hmm.

I love the on line pickup service and highly recommend...It really is time saving for a busy lifestyle. I also love this location. The store is a smaller one than other Targets, which I personally prefer. I love that fact I can grab a Starbucks drink, place a cup holder on the cart and off I go shopping and sipping.
The lady who answered the phone today 5:05 PM at Reno South target answer so rude and then when I was talking she hand up the phone.

I went target two days ago for pick up product who I buy online. The lady who bring the product to my car don’t was wearing gloves And the car next to my car the person who bring there product don’t was wearing mask or gloves. So target said on the website target.Com the people who work will be provided gloves and mask but I don’t see that they wear it.I don’t seeTarget said the employees have mask and gloves to wear but I don’t see it.

I would like to thank the Reno Target for the last minute help with getting coats for 12 kids. We had a budget of $24.00 per child and Sondra the General Manager came through. It might be a large corporation but each store is willing to take care of their community. I am happy to say there was enough money leftover to buy gloves for the kids. These coats will be a welcome addition to the rest of the presents that were bought for them. Merry Christmas and thank you Sondra and the Reno Target!

Very friendly and safe atmosphere, welcoming personnel, hassle free shopping, competitive prices. some of the wall-mounted scanners need to be replaced and I think they have to replace the restroom equipment with automatic ones.
Even though it was Christmas Eve they were still putting out product and very friendly and service with a smile...

The food court area was understaffed. Just one woman working during lunch time with a big line. She did a really great job of staying happy and positive while taking all the orders, making the food, serving everyone, etc, however it isnt fair of her to have to work by herself.
Clean, not very busy, shelve were a little bare in some locations of the store.

My favorite “Target” store in the area – parking is huge, plenty of friendly staff on site and almost always they have MY items at this location from their online “Pickup In Store” system. Never run into bad attitude or issues with exchanges/returns.

I love Target. They have trendy clothing and home goods at reasonable prices. My daughter wears out her shoes in a month or two, Target to the rescue!
I Order pick-up at thinking that I would basically skip the line for the holiday season. However that was not the case I end up waiting in line for over 30 minutes because theres only one cashier a customer service. Yall need to hire more people for the holiday season.
I am loyal to Target because the store is very clean and organized. The employees are very nice and helpful. I much prefer coming here over Walmart because its just overall nicer. They also have great sales all around.

This store hardly had anything in stock, there were no carts and every check out line was extremely long. I found a check out line that was lit with absolutely no sign saying closed. I had 1 item to ring up. The cashier told me after I had been standing in line for some time, that I would need to find a new register. Are you kidding me? I had one item and she couldnt ring me up. I walked right out and purchased my item elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

The staff at the Reno store are so unfriendly! The last 2 times we visited, we were rung by the most sour, unfriendly, unsmiling, UNHELPFUL workers I have experienced in local retail!

I purchased 3 iTunes gift cards that was $100 each. They were bad and when I went to use them I was told that they were redeem already, How is that possible? So I took them back and explain what happen and was told that Target does not have a return policy for gift cards. No where in the gift cards racks mention to buyers that purchase gift cards at your own risk. If this is Target policy why carried them at all, so now I m out three hundred dollars and will be sure to spread the word and Target policy is to screw their customers
All was good till I got to the check out. Two aisles open stood in line about 15 min with 10 items while they opened up other check outs no one asked me to move over while my checker dealt with coupons. Clerks were very aware of me standing there took people behind me but never said a word. Was very unhappy with the lack of customer service.

This is my go to store. The atmosphere has a positive feel. I can usually find what I need with little hassle and most of the employees are friendly and you can always find parking.
I hate shopping this store. It was badd enough when we lost $564 back when their system was compromised. But how bad is it when a store manager doesnt know the difference between a twin and a Queen bed pillow. Twin...20x26...queen, 20x28...twins are called standard these days. On top of that I asked my wife to pick up a head of lettuce and a tomato so we can make burgers they were out of lettuce. Who runs out of lettuce.I will never shop there again.Take my advice go to the target by legends.

The starbucks was ok. Drinks were good but the two girls working were to busy chatting to take our order. I had heard so much of their personal lives that I felt like I was apart of the conversation. Not to mention they talk so loud and were on their phones. Ridiculous. I also learned from their loud conversation that Kate quit.
I found the store messy and under stocked. It needs an update inside the store. Areas are not labeled well. Nice employees at checkouts though.

Went to retrieve an on line order place the night before to pickup today. Young man could not find my order and was not very interested inassisting me. Started looking for this item in a poorly manned and identified stor. Was like going through a bad maze! The South Reno store was a mess goods left abandoned and stacked up on shelvs. Finally found a young ladsy and she also looked on her phone for my order, no such luck (thius is with an order number) She went behind the counter with my name and came back with the order in a bag. Had to stand in a line of 8 people ( two lines one for returns & excganges and one for pickup. With only this very unmotivated person it was just stand in line. Finally had waited enough and just rushed the counter. Odly enough there was no scanner present to scan my bar code, which he did not even ask for the first time around. Some guy over by the cash register with a badge of authority and a walky talky was just standing. Motioned for him to add more personel to this growing line I was standing in. He made eye contact and just stood there. Could have gotten off his high horse and aided this poor employee, what a joke. Will not nor do not shop at thia target ever again. Will del;ete my passwords and all information pertaing to this poorly run Co.

Stephen was extremely rude and condescending. Treated me like a problem when the receipt printer broke. I have been shopping at Target for over a decade and have never been treated with such disrespect.
