I dont have piercings, but this place had alot variety of cool stuff

Whoever the boss was on Friday September the 24th was extremely rude and doesnt know how to politely talk to customers. If I were the owner Id have her fired.

Love the jewelry here but the staff is super unfriendly. They were very unresponsive and made me uncomfortable in general. I will not be coming back here

I have been getting my jewelry here for the past 6 months and they always have what I need. I specifically like gold or rose gold jewelry, and know they have it, but its kinda expensive for 14k gold.Found out this store moved to a new location when I was looking for it recently and I like the new location! definitely more floor space.Found the perfect glass plugs for myself along with some gold plated jewelry. The prices are pretty moderate, but the quality of the products is good. They also provide a stamp card when you buy stuff, so if you are a regular customer, like myself, you can get a discount. Most stuff is either steel, titanium plated, or sterling silver, so I never get any allergies from the jewelry.I recently bought earrings from another store out of town and there was nickle in them which agitated my ears and turned green, but I bought some from this store and I havent had any problems like that.Definitely like how they changed the store, and the new location. The girl I talked to was very helpful and helped me pick the right septum ring for me. Definitely coming back here with my stamp card to buy some stuff for my sister!

Avoid this place. My wife received a gift certificate as a gift and upon trying to redeem it, the copy of the gift certificate was somehow “lost.” The staff was adamant that nothing could be done and that we could not redeem it. Finally after requesting that the staff contact someone else, the staff reached out to the owner/manager and the owner/manager offered us a 20% discount because they lost the gift certificate copy for $25 and could not redeem the gift certificate. Their prices are outrageous, the quality of their jewelry is terrible, and the store has shady practices.

This place was great. Im normally very self-conscious about shopping for a new Prince Albert fitting but the staff here truly made me feel at ease. I was helped by Brooke. She had an extensive knowledge of jewelry and an overall lovely demeanor. I cant wait to come back and hopefully shell be there to help once more.What an excellent staff and clean environment! Though the prices do leave something to be desired.

Love this place!!! I’ve bought jewelry here several times and it’s always been great. It isn’t nearly as expensive as if you were going to a piercing place to get jewelry and it is always great quality. They always answer my questions and give me advice on pieces I should get! You can’t return or exchange jewelry which is fine by me cause they always tell you that when you are paying!!! And most of all the girls here are super nice and friendly.

Have been there twice this last month. Each time was a great experience. Was helped by a guy the first time and a gal the second time. Would give 5 stars but the music is so loud I feel like I had to yell half the time to have a conversation. But the selection is good and the staff was great

For all your body mod needs

These place is great if you go to the mall there are numerous places to get body jewelry but they have the biggest selection and me and my girlfriend got a peice of defective jewelry and they had no problem replacing it for us thanks again

Theyve got a lot of inventory but I didnt see any well known brands displayed. It may or may not be, but did not appear to be high quality jewelry. Not the place to find BVLA, Neometal or IS brand types.

The place is great but some of the people who work there are just plan nuts I think they might be getting high or tweaking out in the back

They literally only have one pair for each size of gauges and color/style. So if it’s a popular color like regular black or white they are most likely out. If you ask them if they have more in the back they always say this is what they got not sure if that’s true or not. I have bought a pair before, came back after 3 weeks and the same size pair I bought was still out. So maybe they are telling the truth when they say that’s all they got.

The staff is amazingly friendly and informative! The store carries an amazing selection of jewelry!

Went here for a new nose ring a late Christmas gift from my wife. I took my current ring out the girl measured it told me it was a 21 gauge but it was a 22 gauge. We bought 3 new nose rings that she said were 22 gauge but were so big that none of them would fit in my nose hole all they did was make my nose bleed and swell and now I cant get any of my other nose rings in. I would expect more knowledgeable people running the store. Very disappointed I would give them zero stars if I could. My wife wasted money on jewelry I will never be able to wear as they have an all sales final no exchange policy i will buy strictly from a piercing shop going forward

Place is great. Customer service is nice. They have pretty jewelry. But the last two times i went there i bought two sets of heart shaped nipple peircings. Anything you get there is nonrefundable but unfortunately when i got home to put my.new rings in one of them of both sets didnt unscrew. The jewel just came off.... obviously i cant use it because it wont stay in. So i spent over 40$ on rings i cant use. Their jewelry is cheap. :/ i guess make sure they unscrew first before you buy

I stopped by to check out pinchers and was looking for something really affordable so I could check out what they’d look like on me before dropping more money for something better. The service was good as well as the pricing for my particular pieces but the biggest problem came from the jewelry. After I bought a pair of acrylic pinchers, I took a look at them and they seemed off from each other. When I went back to verify if they were the same, I was told the the gauge was the same but the styles were different. I was told they can come from 2 different companies so they won’t match up all the time. When you buy pairs of something, you’d usually want them to match...

Just bought jewelry from here and I put it in my navel piercing after cleaning the jewlery and the piercing properly and now Im experiencing pus and a possible infection. took it out today and replaced with the original jewelry I was given when pierced.

I came in for a nose ring and a belly ring. The nose ring was perfect however, the belly ring is awful. Not made with the correct metals. I put it in and had it in for about a day and the paint coating on the jewlery rubbed off in my belly button making it red and itchy. Save your money and buy a belly ring else where.

They are very abrupt and have short fast answers that arent very kind.
