Signed up for water delivery through Costco. First water delivery was scheduled a week in advance and was confirmed with a email and they couldn’t even deliver the water. No email or phone call to at least give me a heads up. Customer service wasn’t too helpful either.

We have had Alhambra Water delivered to our business for over 5 years. We have had nothing less than excellent service and products during this time. When we have had issues (with dispensers etc.) They have been addressed promptly.

I signed up for water delivery through Costco. Never once since signing up did I received the correct amount of bottles I ordered. I would end up calling them multiple times a week and still deliveries would be incorrect. Finally cancelled service and now I can not get them on the phone or get them to respond to emails. Still waiting to get my deposit back and it’s been a month since canceling. Do not recommend going through this company unless you want more trouble than it’s worth.

Was a customer for 4 months then started missing deliveries and I would call and best they could do is reschedule another two weeks out then wouldnt show for that. Their customer support people cant do anything but reschedule and regardless of times you have already been rescheduled you are never going to be a priority.

We have had nothing but problems with this company since we started back with them in December 2020. It started with them delivering our dispensers and two bottles each, with a turn around delivery the next week (in like 3 days from this delivery) because thats their regular scheduled date for delivery, so I cancelled it. When our next scheduled day came and passed without a delivery(due to weather, they couldnt deliver and didnt schedule a date sooner than the next 2 week delivery date), I requested a drop off of more bottles on a date that was not in the normal delivery schedule (something they claim we can do, easily, and is one of their services) and no one came. We were now 3 weeks without water. We finally received more water but they changed our delivery schedule completely from our original because of that one week they couldnt deliver because of the weather.My biggest issue now is that on a delivery in February, they took 3 of our 5 gallon empties but noted them in their system as 3 gallon bottles, so we didnt get our bottle deposit back. I called (waiting 20 minutes for them to answer) and was told it would be sent to their route manager to fix. A credit would show up on the next invoice, but they couldnt take it off of the current invoice just issued the day before I called. Well, I just got the new invoice today, and theres no credit, and now we show to have too many bottles on hand. Sitting on hold again, waiting for their customer service rep to answer (I ended the wait at 15 minutes because I have other things to get done on a Monday), and sent a message through their secure messaging system. We shall see how long this takes to get a response (wheres the rolling eyes emoji when I need it!).Nothing but issues since we started.....looking elsewhere now

This company is a mess. Some bottles arrive 80% full... some are so full that you peel off the seal and water comes out. They deliver water and then change delivery schedule and deliver water again 5 days later. You never know where the water will be delivered, even though they ask you where you want it. Sometimes it comes to the front door... sometimes its by the courtyard gate... sometimes its by the garage. Contact customer service by email? Dont expect a response. In the process of cancelling my service.

Updated Review:::Website got way better, driver is better. Very nice guy. I can now change my order online and it works and stays on what I change. I still leave a note for the driver though. I love that iI can get other beverages too. Yay. So convenient!!

THE WORST COMPANY. You will sit on hold for 2 hours before being helped if youre ever helped at all. Our office keeps running out of distilled water and we need it for our dental equipment. We sign up for extra deliveries and we never receive them. Very disappointed.

This is the “new” water dispenser that got delivered to me a few days ago. The brown is filth. I don’t think I need to say anymore. Needless to say I’m still waiting to hear back from them. In the meantime I have this unsafe unhygienic water dispenser sitting at my house doing nothing.

If I could give zero stars I would. My driver left me 8 waters the last delivery and we have NEVER received 8 waters. only 2 at the most. I left a note for him the next delivery stating nicely that we would never need 8 bottles and it will be awhile before we will need a water drop off. He then left me a past due note saying he will not service my home until the past due balance is paid in full. I am on auto pay, so there is never a past due balance nor have I ever had a returned payment or late payment. I feel like he was mad I left a note for him and decided to leave on in return. I definitely would love to have a new driver. Cor definitely has not given us the service we would like, and has honestly made us question canceling all together.

Got the service through Costco. Great product. Ive had this service for 7 months now. My driver Dan is phenomenal and super friendly with prompt delivery and quick response to any needs or concerns. The water has been the best weve had and saved us so much money vs. having to buy bottled water. Couldnt be happier.

I have been with Alhambra for about 20 years. Ive have had ups and downs with the drivers. Right now I have a great one. But great water and only had to get a new dispenser once in all that time. Well worth it to me.

Been nothing but trouble. We keep getting broken coolers and getting ahold of someone is extremely difficult. I call and get the run around.. nobody returns your call and weve been trying to cancel for weeks and they cant even do that.

Started service thru Costco because they offered a member discount which was b$ because within 2 months they all a suddenly started charging me more. The bill got higher and higher. Cancelled service and kept getting charged late fees for final bill. Will never be using their services. False advertising and a rip off. Bett er off purchasing your own water cooler and getting the water gallons filled on your own. Dont be fooled

I signed up for this service at Costco. They didnt show up for over a month after I ordered. I have now had the service for 5 months and will likely cancel due to the delivery driver cancelling my orders saying that I have enough product when he hasnt delivered for 2 months, although I am being charged for the water that he is not delivering...... So now there are billing issues because I wont pay for water that has never been delivered. To anyone considering using this company, I recommend saving yourself the headache and using a different company that appreciates customers.

Ive had good luck with them up at my Truckee office. A little worried about the reviews tho if/when I have to cancel. Was just thinking about getting at our home. City water tastes SO bad :-(

The customer service at this place is a complete joke. The delivery guy says he delivered when he hasnt and when you call they treat you like you are lying. I am just about to quit them and write a letter to the BBB. DONT DO IT. Drive to Lowes or Walmart and pick it up yourself....sparklettes has lost its luster.

The water delivery person hit my new mail box damaging it and we just had the mailbox placed. Now it has to have a new post. The company did nothing to fix this. Also their little single bottles of water taste chemical taste to them.

Horrible company to work with. I called to cancel service and they said my cooler would be picked up and it never was. Now they say my account is on hold cause I hadnt paid my final bill even though i had stated as soon as the cooler and bottles were picked up and I was credited for the 5 gallon bottles I would pay the end balance. I still have the cooler over a month an d a half later and they still refuse to come get it. Will be dropping it off at the local office, btw they would not tell me where the local office was i had to look it up.

For someone associated with Costco, I am stunned at the absolute lack of customer service from this company. They are not delivering water. Phone calls week after week after week to ask for them to deliver are met with long hold times, transfers to other representatives, hours of frustration. Save yourself a headache and use anyone else. I am going back to hauling it myself. Costco - Shame on You for not checking in on this horrible situation.

Im very disappointed in the way you do business.cant talk to anyone on the phone about your Billing Im 78 years old and was happy at first with having the water delivery because I was filling the bottles myself and its hard... I was told a price that I would pay and I worked it into my budget at 27.00 a month and the first bill was that. for five bottles of 5gal then the next bill was higher I talked to someone finely on the phone who said she would credit me and she put me on a new plan of only 3 bottles of the 5gal. and a 24 pack of small bottles of water BUT the next bill was ever higher yetand a new charge for the 5gals 9.99 a bottle OMG! SO IM DONE with Alhambra water Shirley Bryant

They secretly sent me to collections for a bogus charge. Refused to accept my letter of dispute. How can they get away with that? STAY AWAY! Might be ok while you have their service, but it gets bad after the separation.

Really bad experience I had this company was OK with it until I had to move. Call to cancel my account and it was OK 2 months later they send me a bill for a delivery they never did call them and said it was OK there were not going to change me the money 6 months later collection calls me that ALhambra has send me to collection now I have to pay over 70 dollars so my credit doesnt get ruined. Cal ALhambra to get a refund and they refused they even hang on me.. Its not fair I have to work my a$_@ to pay something I dont own...Please if you want to save time and dont want to have a head eche please order from another company...

Actually make that NO STARS!!! ***DONT EVER SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!***I have never had so many problems. No invoices sent - no emails - no customer service. Very inept administration, very disorganized and well just stupid! I am reporting them to BBB and telling EVERYONE NOT to sign up with this company. I cant say enough bad things about them! I have a credit rating of 800 and have never missed a payment with water bills - then this idiot company buys out my other water company and nothing has been the same. STAY AWAY - I have yet to talk to any person that has a normal IQ and when I work with them to straighten things out - nothings done and I have the same problems EVERY MONTH. Please listen to me and order from another water company! Save yourselves a lot of headaches!

Customer service training needed in their Reno office. I had to cancel delivery service when I started traveling frequently on business. Put 6 empty bottles out which they picked up. A year and a half later and numerous phone calls to them, I still havent received my $48 bottle deposit back.
