UPDATE 2019: They did an amazing job again this year. Whoever is running this place is doing a great job. Only thing I would say is that they could do a better job showing how it works to people who just walk in. It wasnt clear who was staff and who was not when it was super busy. Overall amazing place to get water though. See you in 2020 for sure!2018: Great place for burners to get water. Was just there. This is THE place of you need water before you head to the playa. Wonderful local, small business owner and operated by wonderful people whom will remember you by name. The water is delicious and is a steal for what they charge as compared to grocery store prices. WELL WORTH A BI-WEEKLY STOP!

I enjoy going into blue dot water. Everytime that I make my way in there, the staff greets me and ask if they can help out with the 5 gallon bottles I have. They have a loyalty program too that will get you free gallons of water. I normally shop for the alkaline water and I believe they are reasonably priced. They have a rinser for your bottles so you can clean them out. They even have extra caps in case the one on your bottle breaks or is just loose. I was impressed that they even have alkaline ice. Once finished with my business, the helpful employees will even assist you to your car. Thanks blue water for all you do.

Chris is very friendly and knowledgeable about his business. The service and water are excellent. He delivers to home or office and coffee and ice have never tasted better. So stop by and say hello and hydrate with the best water in Reno.

Unfortunately I only get to Reno once a year, but this is my favorite spot to visit. Easy access to fill up our RV and water tote and the service is beyond compare. Do not hesitate to shop here!

Employees are awesome and helpful. They have a rewards program that rewards points for gallons of water bought. The points can be redeemed for free gallons. They also have a outdoor water filler that can be used after hours.
