Came in for an alignment that was gonna cost at least a 100 bucks, they called me back and said that the weird tire wear was due to uneven tire pressure. Picked up car and it was free! They could have totally screwed me but chose the honest route! I will forever appreciate that and will always recommend them!

I stopped here in July on a road trip from Colorado to California because my car was vibrating like crazy on the freeway. I asked them to balance my tires and they told me it would take about an hour so I went to get some lunch. They called me and said it was done before I had finished eating. The car drove perfectly smooth after that. In addition, they checked my brakes and suspension and left notes on the condition of everything on the receipt even though I hadnt asked for it. In short, it was a job done proficiently, thoroughly, and quickly: exactly what Ive come to expect from Les Schwab. Well done!

I called this morning because I had a flat tire over the weekend. Rob told me to bring my car in around 9 am and that it would take about an hour....Well in 40 minutes I was on my way. They had fixed my tire at no charge. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Have been buying my tires through Les Schwab since I was 17. I moved to Reno from CA, and still experienced the same outstanding customer service at this location. They fixed my flat, got me in and out quick and were very genuine. I will be purchasing all of my tires for both my vehicles here and only here. Had a tire pressure problem on a long road trip and they quickly patched it for me. Shilo was friendly and very fast...it was a great relief. Oh, and bottles of soda were only a buck.

I pass through Reno several times a year..While Im here I always stop at Les Schwab and have my vehicle inspected.Which is a service they do for no cost..Today Ive having my brakes repaired.Also shocks installed on my truck bed trailer.And I must include...at a very reasonable price..I passed through last March..at which time I bought a tire and had one repaired..Great front desk/ Great service.Great prices...Thanxs to there intire staff..

Clean and comfortable store. The staff are just the right amount of nice, friendly and professional without being too pushy on the sales. I walked in on a pretty busy evening and managed to get out with a free tire repair (on tires they knew were not from Les Schwab) in just under an hour. Refreshment stations include coffee, tea, water and popcorn.

Good tire shop... had a bad experience with theie brand tires years ago. Week earlier got an outrageous quote on Michelin, This time got quote on mounting tire got on line...highest quote I got in Reno.

My tire on my camaro was slowly leaking. I knew exactly where I needed to go! Les Schwab has taken care of me for 11 years, and my father, for as long as theyve been in Reno. Felt like 15-20min tops and they were all done! Checked all the other tires, made the air pressure all match, informed me of the two leaking points!!! Trust me when I say I will continue to faithfully use all your services!

Les Schwab fixed my slow leak tire for free, which I was not expecting. The staff person said they just want to earn my business in the future. While I waited, I priced tires. I most always wait for a sale but from what I saw I would say they are reasonably priced.So between the staff, prices, very clean shop, and thank you for fixing my tire for free, yes you have my repeat business.

Motor home air. Pre seasonn air pressure check. Pulled in at 8 they directed to bay filled all 6 tires done at 8:15. Polite and quick also gave me some tips on correct pressure. Thanks Steve

My go-to place for brakes. The thing here is they replace the calipers, springs, etc. on all their brakes. So a front disc job will run you $200-250, which is more than the $99 an axle job other places advertise. But actually getting out the door for $99 usually means standing your ground multiple times to the you need to replace this pitches. Here, the additional parts are part of the price.Another positive is I dont believe these guys run you on unnecessary work. Ive had two front disc jobs and both times I was expecting them to say the rear finally needed to be done. But both times they said they were fine.I also had them check an alignment issue once and they came back and said it was fine and didnt charge me anything. Same with a flat at a different location.Also, I have had all these good experiences without actually buying tires from them. I buy tires from Discount Tires.

On a road trip had a flat, quick turnaround and friendly service.

I brought my old car in with a relatively worn tire that was very out of balance. Greeted immediately, they looked at my tire and said that it was likely that the tire was separating and may need to be replaced. This being an old tire, I told them I understood if that were necessary.

I use Les Schwab whenever I can and have for 15 years now. They have great service and have always treated me well. I used fleet vehicles for work and often get vehicles from elsewhere. They will help me out every when I have a new vehicle and the tires werent purchased from them. This is my favorite store. I have used them for tires, wheels, brakes and assignment and have never been disappointed.

Trying to sell me stuff that I didnt want or need. I replaced my brakes and went over there and told me that I need all new brakes but I myself just replaced the 2hrs before.. dont come here. It was the store manager that who did it

I went into Les Schwab to have them check my tires because the check tire light came on. They were super friendly and I was in and out in about five minutes. They checked the tires, filled them all to the proper pressure, and sent me on my way. All for no charge! Thank-you :)

Les Schwabs is great to buy tires at, but dont have them do any mechanical work on your car. You will pay through the nose. I had agreed to have some mechanical work done, and my son told me I was paying too much so I took it somewhere else and the bill was 1/2 of what Les Schwab was going to charge me.

Sitting on the side of the road changing my wifes Tire that you guys told her was fine a few days ago. Garbage service, garbage company and to hell with the tech that helped her. You guys are a farce if you even understand what that word means. She is a nurse and neither of us have time for your lazy employees to not do their jobs. Will definitely be seeking a different tire shop in the future after this!

Staff is friendly but they have closed my account on me TWICE and impacted my credit score. I have had my account for nearly 5 years with them and a perfect payment history along with a credit score of nearly 800 with zero derogatory marks in my file. After the first time it was closed with NO warning, I contacted the main office and it was reopened and ASSURED it would not happen again. I have spent a ton of money getting my truck worked on through them and really dont appreciate the lies. Evidently if you go through a stretch with a zero balance and dont have any vehicle problems, they will just arbitrarily close your account with out even a courtesy call to see if you would like to keep it open. Sorry if Im not going to patronize your business just for the sake of keeping my account open. They fixed the brakes on my truck a few years ago and was just in need of getting them done again but with a closed account and the impact to my credit score, I wont be utilizing their services again. No way to treat years of being a loyal customer. When Les Schwab was founded, it was based on customer loyalty and it seems that has been forgotten. Sad to realize that when I needed your services, I could not depend on you.

I was a walk-in right at the opening and Les Schwab welcomed me with no issues. I took my 2015 Toyota to the dealership for a mandatory 25,000 mile inspection and the next morning the sidewall of my tire came off the wheel and the check oil light came back on. Les Schwab took care of me within an hour. They have my business for life! The best service in town hands down.

Really customer focused. Great service, no attempts to sell things I dont need and they went back twice to try and get my cost/price reduced. 4 tires, 45 minutes, maybe less. Wifi was great and charging area available!

I used to take my personal and work vehicles here but not anymore. I know cars very well. I know I had an issue with my wheel bearing and left my car for diagnosis. They thought it was the same issue and I left my car there the whole next day to be fixed. Half hour before closing they inform me it was not the bearing and they said it was the input shaft bearing (in the transmission) and they couldnt fix it. So I go get a new transmission thinking they knew what they were talking about and it was not the case, 1000$ later. Had another garage look at it and they tell me its the wheel bearing as I thought and they fixed it that day no problem. So not only did they misdiagnose my car, they cost me money in the process, and an extra transmission in my garage that works perfectly. Thanks alot. Time to call corporate.

Great tires not so great service. Tried to get credit and couldnt, the girl helping us moved on to other customers before hearing that we had the cash to pay for tires on hand, had just wanted to credit if we could get it. Paying with in hand cash was going to be a huge drain so credit would have been better. They just ignored us after that and after about 30 minutes of waiting and trying to get help we left.

Les Schwab can write the book on customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help in any way. Good selection of top quality tires, custom wheels and other accessories. Never an unsatisfied customer!

I had occasion to speak with the Reno/SouthVirginia/Kietzke branch about a billing issue and they resolved my issue promptly, and professionally to my satisfaction.

When a customer explains to you that you dont have much time. Then the customer comes up to you to ask how much longer and you tell him a couple more hours thats aggravating. We get your busy but be honest with your customers. Next time Ill go pay for somebody else to do it an have it done way faster. Very poor communication on your part.What was awesome as I go in to complain to the manager about the situation and he acted like he just didnt care

Came in after firestone told me 4 times that there was nothing wrong with my tire....i had to put air in it at least once a week and they say oh its fine....well i take it to les schwab and its fixed, no hassle, no fuss trying to up sell me on anything and! No Charge! Love this place and anytime i need anything that they can help me with, im coming back and referring my friends amd anyone else to the and their shop...

I have to get some retribution for the horrible experience at a place I have been a customer at for 10 years. I got my summer tires here at the beginning of summer with no problems. Tonight I went to get some snow tires swapped out on the same rims. They were not purchased at Les Schwab as I found a better deal elsewhere, but I figured since they were my go to for tires, I would be treated fairly. I called ahead and was told the mount and balance would be $60. When I arrived I signed something that said $100. I figured they were not cutting me a break as they were busy and they werent their tires. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was charged $206 for a mount and balance. To top it all off, I got in my car and it REEKED like clutch and they had used a 1/4 tank of gas in not very many miles. That tells me they took my WRX out for a beating. I care for and maintain my car meticulously, and all I can say is Im extremely disappointed.

How about when I asked for a k&n filter they sold me the cheap one and charged me for the expensive one they will take advantage of you if you dont know alot.

Worked for my business and didnt BS me, (unlike the Sparks Les Schwab which is a total scam).

I found out that Les Schwab was the only place in town that wouldnt have to order my tires, so I decided to go in for a quote. They wanted to charge me $450 per tire, when other places in town were only asking $385. They also wanted to charge me $200 to install the tires, when other places offered to install them for under $100. I did not go here for my tires, and ended up paying $400 less for the exact same set of tires and installation, at another shop. I just had to wait one day for the shop to order my tires, instead of getting them that same night.

They had what I needed in an emergency while I was traveling and away from home.

The establishment does not carry my size Toyo tires any more for my small pickup. Wanted to buy one tire but had to buy two, because of tred design. Seemed high priced and took over an hour and a half with customers coming getting new tires and going as I was passed up. And no tred discount from my old Toyo tires. PS not happy.

WoW!!! The employees at this location really upheld Les Schwabs brand motto of We do whats right. I had a nail stuck in my tire. I called to request to borrow a 4-way lug wrench and was told that they would do me one better by sending a service technician out to me. Long story short, my tire was repaired for free with no hassles or pressure to buy something. Although, I was given a quote for tires by the time I walked out of there...It seemingly came from a position of concern being that my tires were bald rather than a salesman attempting to make a sale. As a regular visitor to the USA from Scotland, I have had to use Les Schwa tire centers several times. I have on every occasion found the staff to be most helpful and very friendly. The tire centers will always be my first choice for a tire problem.
