The ADT service person on the telephone was wonderful. But once Jonathan the install technician arrived, he was terrific. I love the ease of use, the sense of security and potential to add more services in the future. Thank you ADT!

This has been a harrowing experience. It took 2 months to get someone to come out and install. A few hours after installation, the doorbell camera, and doorbell itself werent working. They sent someone out 2 days later. They replaced the doorbell, but same issue. I cut my losses and decided to cancel. It has been two weeks, and not one call from the local ADT manager to come grab their equipment.This is shockingly awful.

This company has some very unethical business practices! They make you sign a 3 year contract, and have a very expensive “early termination fee,” which for us was around $950! If you sign up and then move before your contract is up, your choices are: 1. move service at great cost, $350 minimum, and can go up to over $1000 from there, depending on what you want. 2. Pay the early termination fee. Or 3. Get the person that moved in to your old house to sign up with new service. If a company can’t keep you on their own merit of customer service and quality of service (instead of trapping you), then something is wrong! Basically, they have you stuck no matter what you do. I had to close my business due to COVID, and now not making much money, barely surviving, but they want their “early termination fee” and are calling me daily! I tried to work with them, but they would only take 25% off the fee. With options such as SimpliSafe and others with no contract, and much less expensive to install, it’s a no brainer!

Worst Company you can possibly work for. Ed is by far the worst boss I have ever had. All he does is run his mouth all day. He wont train you properly and is verbally abusive. Do not work for the reno office

When Michael came to install the new security and to test what I already had, everything was done professionally and thoroughly. My house was built in 1958, so there were challenges but he figured them all out.

Reaching ADT by phone is a joke but their technition Eric Brown is a genius. Very helpful and efficient. He is good at tech stuff and is an artist at installation.

I meant to write a review weeks ago, my experience with ADT has been top notch. My sales representative Tracy came to our home in Carson City and was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. She helped us decide on the best security system for our home. We love the pulse app and use it on a daily basis to arm and disarm the system. We highly recommend ADT security.

Called and asked if they could send out a technician to reset our alarm system ( lost our passcode ).Guy on the phone said only way they would do it was if we signed a 3 year contract at $40 per month.In this day of Eufy, Simplysafe, etcThey’ve got to be kiddingLocal helpful neighborhood company? The manager at this store is a dishonest crooked individual.They don’t honor the 90 day free cancellation. The service never worked for me, we had to schedule six service appointments and they never got it to work.Save your money because they will rip you off!!

ADT is by far the best at their trade, the best value for your money, has the best customer service hands down, and are absolutely the most honest. Do yourself a favor if you are considering an alarm system, don’t bother with the local companies...HUGE waste of time...and talk about outrageous pricing!!! Go straight ADT! You will be SO happy, and grateful you did.

We’ve always enjoyed having security of our home and ADT is the obvious choice.We are senior citizens and our sales representative (Mr. Coffey) has been back to the house several times to help us with the camera app. or just check in with us. Ask for him personally.

John Bennicelli set up ADT for our new business. He has was able to answer all of our questions and has excellent customer service to the point that both my son and I who own the business asked for him to be our account manager at our homes as well.

I am a listing real estate agent and the alarm located in a house I am representing (Sharon Reno) started an audible ring, another agent showing the house must have set the alarm, I called the Customer Service Company with whom the seller (deceased) had a monitoring contract to ask if they could provide the resent code. They said if I started an account with them, they could provide customer service. I understand their need to know that I represent what I asked, but they were not helpful and as a result of no opportunity to work outside the confines of the rigid procedure in place I will not recommend this company to any of my clients and will be sure that all of my counterparts at BHHS Real Estate knows of this rigid non-assistance I was provided. I know the owners of Burgarello Alarms and will recommend them when asked.

Scammers. They are horrible in every single ounce of the way. Dont use them.

If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. Purchased me an alarm system, ended up moving after a year to a new house, the contract at this point was nearly over. Upon moving to the new house, they wrote it down as a new contract and signed me up for another three years. (I specifically requested to transfer my current contract over, and not resign). And of course, to cancel, I would need to pay out the remaining contract (IE 3 years of monthly fees).

Great system easy to use, would not even consider any others. Do recommend this system to anyone great company to have watching out for you and your family.
