Wasnt really looking to purchase a motorcycle when I walked in, but due to Ruckers amazing customer service, and having a great bike in stock, I bought a 1200. The purchasing process was very easy and fair. Imagine my surprise that there was a lot of extras this dealership gave us for buying a bike. Not something I ever received at any other Harley dealer Ive bought bikes at. The cherry on top was the tank signing and letting my kids ring the bell! Amazing dealership, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle.

The guys, there at the shop were awesome. They helped me unload a heavy classic harley-davidson without a scratch. It wasnt mine, but they still treated it as if it were their own. Had to roll it out of a 7x14 trailer by hand, it is a restoration project for family.

Great customer service with minds oozing knowledge about motorcycles. From finding you the bike that fits as a beginner to putting you on the baddest bike on the road.... Reno Harley is the bomb. My wife and I were on our honey moon and I had a problem with my ignition switch. Service department fixed it in the parking lot in 15 minutes and free of charge. Id recommend them for anyone riding through at least spend some coin in their show room

Went to Reno Harley yesterday to get a poker chip which I have done for years traveling with my job. Just drove from Seattle where I went to Jet City and got one and stopped at Bend Harley and picked one up as well. So far I have over 105 chips so I can say I’ve seen my share of Harley shops. Bought a 2019 Street Glide from Central Texas Harley in Round Rock, Tx a couple years ago, so I ride as well. Anyway, I walked into Reno Harley yesterday, no one at the front desk to greet you, so I headed over to the motorclothes section where the chips usually are and there is a line and I was fourth in line. There was only one lady at the counter and she was helping a gentleman but kept asking a coworker,who was helping a gentleman and a lady in a motorized wheelchair with a helmet purchase, questions so she seemed new. Anyway, the line keeps getting longer and I know she spent 20 mins with the first guy. Well the guy finished up with the people with the helmet and finally comes over and opens the other register and asks for the next person in line. I finally get called over when it’s my turn and I ask the guy for a poker chip and he said “we don’t have any, we’ve been out for awhile, check back in a couple weeks”. It’s not a COVID issue because I’ve picked up chips(probably 10) in the last month. It’s a management problem and it’s not just about the chip. WOWUpdate: I went to Battle Born Harley Davidson on Saturday Aug. 14 and picked up a chip for my collection. They had a large assortment. Reno Harley must be a geographic anomaly and just can’t get chips shipped to their location. Lol

Customer service could be a little better. After notifying me that the parts department was closed (all automated messages said all departments were open) when it was apparent that I was about to leave, then all of a sudden they were willing to look up parts. I was happy to move on, but they were able to find my parts and get em ordered.

Update to the review near the front tire on a Sunday Chesters got me in during Street Vibrations swap the tire out had it ready to go in an hour and a half great jobAlso lost my $800 cell phone with somebody found the parking lot turned into Chesters and they had it at the counter waiting for me. What a great team that works here! Dane, Edwin, Mike, and Jeremy all helped us at one point. My husband was originally looking at a used bike they had in stock (a 2017 Road King he saw online with low mileage that clearly needed rescuing). We were all set to go for it, when the Reno HD team realized the bike wouldnt be CA compliant (it never occurred to us to even ask). My husband looked crushed. Mike, the manager, noticed the look of absolute devastation (not exaggerating, my husband looked like someone stole his bike and ran over his puppy in the process). He offered my husband an excellent deal on a NEW 2019 Road King. How could I let him leave without a new bike with such an offer and such great service? All the guys were amazing and made my husband very happy. Definitely check out Reno HD for your next bike!

My wife said, I want a Softail Heritage Springer for my birthday. So, I called Reno HD and they said they had one. I said, It has to be an EVO motored bike. They said, We have one. So, we beat feet down to Reno HD and the perfect bike was there on their showroom floor. We went to pay for it and they said, Since you are a loyal customer, we are knocking off $850. I am sold on Reno HD. Since then, we have moved to another state, but I still check Reno HDs website for my next bike. They get right back to you if you leave them a message.. 6 stars out of 5 star rating.

Worst shop I have been in was looking around an they dont have anything checking out the bikes and not one person even came out to talk about the bikes they dont have anything in the store really. The girl mary jane was really nice though the rest could care less there it seemed

These guys helped me out when carson Harley messed everything up. It is a long way from my house, but I will always make that drive to get anything I need, and another bike.

Coming from Sacramento and did a quick stop by. This location is huge with a lot of great looking bikes and huge selections of apparels. Customer service was great and they patient with me. You will have a great experience shopping at this location. Ill be back next time Im here in Reno.

Picked up my parts, I ordered last week.

John was great, I got passed to him from Maria. Much rather deal with John. Maria didnt seem to be interested in talking to unless it was making the sale. Sad, but John was on it! Service washed and prepped bike for me but Failed to check tires, very low! Big safety to me.

Ive been to this dealership a couple times now, and each time that I come in in always greeted with a smile. Ive been to a few dealerships but the Harley Davidson has been the most pleasant one. So much so that not only did I buy a bike from here, my brother did too in a matter of an hour! The sales team and management really cater to your needs and really work with getting you a great deal on a bike. Its a non stressful environment and everyone gives you distance if you need it.After purchasing my bike. I looked at some new riding gear and the staff that runs that segment were knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. They were up to date with the new trends and even assisted me in looking at some new jackets that looked great!
