Location is like others. Large selection of product, but also lots of missing items. Ill chalk that up to the current supply dosages. Overall the staff was helpful, but as usual they do try to up-sell you. Good experience for the party I was with, but lines were long. Be prepared to wait.

This location-- the staff girls are horribly rude.The website says masks are recommended for vaccinated, but only required for staff and non vaccinated. Curbside links werent working, so I went in, rightfully refused a mask, and the girls working there just constantly stared at me and kept talking amongst each other and laughed the entire time i was picking up my order. SO unprofessional.

This ulta is small compared to the one on los altos i thinkBUTThe advisors there actually care about helping an getting what you want! Went in yesterday almost before closing returned 3 shades of foundation the manager swore she could match me i was in such disbelief an irritated as is but!Walked out with the estee lauder double wear in shade 3n1 she told me in not a solid undertone thats why finding foundations are hard she even gave me tips on how to make my winter shade fit my summer shade so i dont have to go in againI believe her name was brianna dont know for sure

They were out of the 1 product I needed & the other product was temporary tattoos Bridal. I didnt want bridal, but its all that was available, I bought 3.

I am satisfied & happy w/ customer service employee that took time to help me & explained & knew what i was shopping for. She was very patient & nice. I will find out results & looks of makeup i purchased.

Terrible customer service. All three Cashiers were both very rude and passive aggressive. Had an issue getting the sticker used to cover the pin on a gift card off. The cashier quickly alerted me she had no way of helping get a sticker off the card. After struggling for a few minutes, she finally got a tool from under the register that took it off in easily 5 seconds. She then continued to be passive aggressive. Will not be going back.

Every single staff member asked me if I wanted help and followed me around the store. It was funny no one would look at me anymore once I was checking out and paying the $250 for my makeup! The constant beeping of security tags and getting followed is not my cup of tea. I contemplated leaving the store while shopping because I felt so uncomfortable and then I contemplated returning everything once I left. I noticed TJ max has a lot of similar stuff for half the price so make sure you stop there first. Also this store was dirty and out of stock in a lot of popular products. Next time I will spend my money at Sephora where it’s not so trashy and I can shop in peace! I have spent thousands here but not anymore See ya Ulta! You suck!

Had a bad experience on 2 separate ox Rude manager with glasses was extremely rude. I ordered some makeup online and opted to get curb side pickup. When I got there I called to let them know i was outside. The manager gets on the phone and says “you knowHi we’re open and you can come In and get it yourself” why do you give people that option then?!And2. I needed help matching my shade. So I said to the manager “I have a question” before I could even ask he cut me off and said “everything we have Is on the shelf” and I tried asking again and again he cuts me off. Then finally I’m able to say can u Match me?and be says. “No I’m not a name make up Artist” and doesn’t help so another employee comes over to meAnd says “I can match you” and does a good jobPlz get a new manager and better employees. These ones are awful

I love ULTA enough to have a large limit credit card to this store, but there was a very rude and snotty little man with glasses and he ruined my experience to the point where instead of spending over $500 as usual I almost walked out without buying anything (and should have with how rude he was) but I was so put off I only spend about a fifth of what I had planned to and am now purchasing the rest online due to his attitude. Very, very unfortunate would be an understatement for the quality of customer service due to this pushy, judgemental and mean man.

Honestly blown away with the perform ... walked in as soon as it opened ... which was an hour late and no one asked us if we needed help . Wait it didn’t end there checking out the lady was so rude... I will never come in the store !!! I’d rather order online ... good luck with your futures ladies .

I lost my brand of make up due to them moving out of the area, I went in hoping for help but after 20 mins of being confused on what brands are better than the other I finally asked a Representative, Rachel I do believe her name was. She was a great help, but I felt rushed and not wanted in the store unless I was there for a makeover. Could have used a little more help than I got, but I will go back and try again after testing what Rachel told me was a good brand, so thanks for that.

Its hit or miss on the products, if theyre available or not, but the staff is nice. I wasnt dolled up one day and got ignored until I was at the counter. Once the girl realized I was a platinum member, suddenly she was trying to upsell me on products or to get the credit card. Nope. Definitely not after that experience.

I was so happy to find the new perfume that I was looking for. There was some confusion over labeling from the fragrance company that differentiated the old from the newly released bottle; and the tester tubes had the same problem. I had 2 associates and a fellow customer help me and we figured it out, no thanks to said fragrance company. Thanks ladies!

It was my first time actually in the store and the workers here were seriously amazing.. I dont know why people are saying their customer service was terrible because my experience definitely says different. They answered every question I had, and everything they recommended to me, i am now in love with. Ulta Reno Nevada just gained a new forever customer. ❤️☺️

The location seems to be chronically understaffed, but what staff they do have are unfailingly friendly and helpful. They seem to have a reasonable selection and range of products. I went in to make an exchange today and the process was smooth and painless.

I love shopping ulta and love the salon. I can get everything hair and makeup wise I need at reasonable prices. The rewards program is awesome and everyone on staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

They rarely have what you want in stock and most of the employees are not helpful, they are however always nice nonetheless. 3 stars because their variety is minimal and last time I was in search of a very common Clinique product the manager told me I could try my luck at Macys instead of referring me to another Ulta location. 🤨

Staff need to really work on customer service especially on colored races. Was not acknowledged at all during my visit but all the people after me were greeted. Walked around and staff that were not busy just gave me a very insulting look. No thank you i took my money and went to Sephora where staff is just fantastic and very helpful.

I went in for the hunt of a new foundation 06/09/2018. I didn’t have an idea what I wanted but wanted something new. Nancy helped me and she was amazing!!! Literally the best makeup service I’ve ever had and I’m an avid makeup shopper. She was personable and patient with me and found the perfect Tarte foundation and bronzer kit that suits me. I will now be going back just to get her help and amazing service. Thanks again Nancy!!

I went in today looking for a few products and after not being able to find a foundation I asked one of the girls for help (of course after telling them I didn’t need help). The csr who helped me was Nancy she was great! She didnt only find me the best foundation but she made sure I was happy with the shade and she did my makeup which by the way looked amazing! Inventory was out of so much stuff. The stuff was put away on the shelves really sloppy, I went to do a return here and the girl behind the counter told me she wasnt sure they had enough money in the drawer to cover it so they could put it on a gift card. I told her Hell No, I paid cash, I have my receipt and Im not going to take a store gift card bc you dont want to give me my money back, Ill just go to the other store location. So the manger steps up and tries to tell me something about store policy but she will do if for me this time and acted like she was doing me a favor when in all actuality she was simply doing what she gets paid for= HER JOB!

Love this Reno store...I live in north sparksThe Reno store is much more organized, always has products stocked..the Spanish spring store never does especially the ULTA products, which is their name product..

Ive been to the Ulta in the Northwest region multiple times to buy a few products. I dont really use make-up, but I want to purchase a products that I can use when my skin isnt looking its best (I get redness a lot) and maybe something light I could start using. The associates there were never ANY help, so I never bought anything. I tried this Ulta today. The young lady at the benefit bar was SUPER helpful! She didnt care for my looking through NYX (cheaper) products. She was very suggestive and supportive of the products I wanted. Wonderful service.

Not one employee greeted me today during my 40 minutes at Ulta. Normally this wouldnt bother me, but they were not busy and I had questions about which products to purchase. Three of the employees were just standing in a circle talking and did not acknowledge me waiting to ask for help. Overall made me want to walk out.

Nancy is the girl to see at this ulta. Super friendly and very helpful. She takes the time to ask you what products you are looking for based on your needs. I kind of feel like they are understaffed at this ulta for the location. Overall I feel like they have more of a wider selection than the one in sparks. All the girls are friendly but Nancy goes above and beyond.

Only drawback to this store is that the testers are always a mess. Broken, smeared, etc. I know that can be a given with makeup. But it just looks bad. Everything else is great!

Was spoken to once when I was about to leave. Im not sure of the employee policy, but I didnt feel welcome.Store was a mess and I didnt understand the store layout.I went in to find 5 products I loved and left with zero.

I generally like ulta and have used this salon on numerous occasions for brow waxing. I called and was told I could walk in and get my brows done if nobody was ahead of me, with the last spot at 640pm. Well, I made the special trip done and the girl was waxing someone and said it was her last one. It was 620pm. I got what I needed and saw the girl hanging out talking to coworkers. I will never use ulta for brow.

Im a good customer to any ulta store.However i will never go to the ulta in Reno at 4891 Keitske Lane. Again.If you want to be treated like a criminal and be harrassed by a SALES PERSON,i highlight sales person because she was far from that,i think she thought she had a badge!! Lmao

Theres more than one Ulta in Reno, I do not recommend this one. Not well stocked, picked over, the staff isnt the friendliest.

I usually go to this ulta because it is close to work and is the only location with Colourpop. Sometimes the people working there are okay and I get what I need. Im usually a solo shopper and dont need any help, so it gets annoying when they ask 800 times. Anyway, this time and the last three times I have been there, its been impossible to get help when I needed it. There have been gaggles of girls sitting at the front counter laughing and ignoring anything else in the store or looking out the window because their friends are messing around outside. During these purchases, I was rang up through all of this and then my bag was handed to me without so much as a goodbye. Super rude. Last time I was there without needing help, I was asked if I needed help, I said no thanks, and the girl sat there staring at me like I had kicked her dog. She then turned around and walked off without another word. Today was the last straw. I went in looking for concealer. I asked the nearest staff for recommendations. I asked between two brands, she said the other. She was behind me then, so I asked her how I could figure out the best shade between two. She goes, um...you swatch it. And walked off. My hands are full, Im looking for a little direction, and it was not worth any time to her. I ended up having to ask the cashier which looked best after bringing them both up because she couldnt be bothered. Sorry this is so long, but this place has seriously gone downhill since moving locations. The Spanish Springs location has a better variety (besides colourpop, because people shop less there due to distance) and the staff is always helpful and always where customers would need them to be. I am no longer shopping at the Firecreek location at all. I can order everything else I need online.

Save your time and go to Sephora. Seems like the staff is there to stock the shelves and collect your money. Asked a question where to find something and got an eye roll. It was around 8pm on a Saturday with several people working. Lots of giggling and complete disregard for customers.

Ok salons open only one stylist there but 4 other pointless employees at the counter? Yeah if they cannot cut hair they shouldnt be in the back standing arou d in the salon when clearly there were customers on the floor throughout the store that could have used help, disappointed in this location.
