I was put on hold over 10 times just to find out the store was dead with no customers. Given incorrect information. And then lied to by management.

Pharmacy never has what I need even though I call and they say my prescription is ready. They have filled my prescription with the wrong drug and the wrong count on two separate occasions. Terrible.

Pretty horrible experience, I wish I could give less than 1 star. Honestly, if you have photo needs, avoid walgreens altogether. I placed my order for holiday cards on 12/21, and had incredibly poor communication which finally ended in someone there canceling my order and not telling me. Its 12/28, so theyve really killed my hopes of getting these cards out before new years. But since no one I talked to physically canceled my order themselves, none of them cared to help find a solution.

My son and I had appointments for flu shots today, which we had booked several days ago on the internet. We arrived 6 minutes early, and waited in line at the pharmacy for 25 minutes. When we got to the front, we were rudely told that it would be another 35-45 minutes, and that appointments dont really matter there. The rude employee actually seemed relieved that we were unable to wait the additional time and needed to leave. We have appointments tomorrow for flu shots at the competing pharmacy across the street. Even if we have a bad experience tomorrow, it will be better than our experience at Walgreens today.

I live an hour away. Had samday photos on a friday, they told me they were done by 6pm. I showed up at 830pm, the guy told me they lady working on them left for the day. But theyd be done by morning. I explained that I live over an hour away and that I would be making a special trip backup in the morning. He told me he would leave a note to make sure that they were done by 9:00 a.m. The following morning. I should up at 9:30 they told me that they do not have the materials and I could have them by next Wednesday. This is for a present on Sunday. The whole thing is disaster and the staff was nothing but rude and not helpful.

Went to have an RX filled for levothyroxine, they chose to fill it with Tirosint which is also a levothyroxine generic just in capsule form, but is more than $100 in cost. When I went to pick it up, there was a nice pharmacists who also questioned it, but the bottom line is its dishonest business practices and they are trying to pad their sales by ripping off the patients. I will never do business with them again.

No green walls anywhere

This Walgreens is horribly mismanaged. The pharmacy is always understaffed, creating lines that wrap through multiple aisles, or sitting in the drive through for an hour. I am currently writing this review after waiting more than an hour for a flu shot that I had an appointment for. I’m mostly writing this review to remind myself to never come back here again.

The pharmacy here definitely deserves six stars. They’ve saved us by quickly filling prescriptions that other pharmacies in town don’t have and don’t care to help with. The staff goes above and beyond and is friendly and willing to help deal with complications. Great customer service.

Pharmacy is always understaffed and slow. Drive thru, in store and on the phone, be prepared for a long wait! Still the same 4 months later!

Scheduled a flu shot at 4pm. Have waited an hour and they took the guy that came in 30 minutes after me first. Poor management.

The slowest least efficient Walgreens I have ever been to. Guaranteed at least 15 minute wait every visit to the pharmacy. When you get a notification your prescription is ready to go.Typical line, so inefficient.

Ashley might be the most helpful person I’ve dealt with in my history of Walgreens Pharmacies. Please keep up her level of customer service!

Advertised as a FedEx drop off location. They would not take my package as they did not have room. Package was 6x12x24.

Cortney the pharmacist and Leah the technician are awesome. Veryhelpful and professional!! They go above and beyond what is called for. Would not go anywhere else

There were 2 very good people who USED to work there....I found them at another pharmacy and asked why they left.....put these complaints together and figure it out..I noticed how WORSE it got after they left..This is a corprate issue..so when Walgreens tries to make you warm and fuzzy,they are actually going for your nether regions.

Wish I could give a 0 Star! Worst! Place! Ever! Rude and absolutely ridiculous. Go here if you want to get harassed and treated poorly.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!. Staff ignore you. Extremely long wait times and definitely not ready when they say to come back. Lose scripts and then find them then start whole process over. Cant figure out how to work insurance company so you have to walk them thru it. I have 3 kids so have had many scripts filled across the US and this place is by far the most horrid experience Ive ever had with any sort of customer service place anywhere. Matter of fact this is the first review Ive ever written, thats how bad the pharmacy dept. is!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Im totally confused over the low ratings! I just came here Oct 28th and needed my rx pulled from Springfield, IL Walgreens. I called the pharmacy and the immediately assured me they would handle it. Which they did. The girl who waited on me was very nice and friendly. I had the rx filled again via email as Walgreens sent me an email to just reply to. I am staying here thru the holidays and will be happy to keep going to this Walgreens!

Thr staff are always very happy to help whenever a problem arises. I like the auto refill program as well.

Im from PR. Which the real id takes effect in October 2020. The pharmacy supervisor said that it was not like that and told her to check the law. Which did not want to accept or dispatch my controlled medications. It is very sad to be marginalized just because you do not have the capacity for guidance.
