Wasnt much flavors to choose from, 😕 but i wanted a topping and she was really shaddy with the toppings, for over 7 dollars, like dang ..

Yikes. They had 4 flavors, hardly any toppings and the store was a complete mess. Trash everywhere, all the tables were dirty, the counter looked like it had never been wiped down. Sanitation and cleanliness should be number 1 in food service

Love frozen yogurt here. Very sanitary and clean. They also have some sugar free flavors

This place has awesome frozen yogurt! Every time Im in this area I go here when I’m craving it. Im very picky about what public places I will eat food from. This place is clean and well maintained! The staff is friendly and always welcoming!

Not one of the better froyo joints Ive been to. Seems to be the closest one to Peppermill Resort and the cashier was polite

Fund raising with Sweet Frog was wonderful. Their frozen yogurt of absolutely the best. Will I go back? Definitely and have. Boxers and Buddies appreciates their support.

This is the cutest yogurt place Ive ever been to. They have good flavors, and even name the swirl of two which is really cute (think chocolate + strawberry = chocolate covered strawberry)! Plenty of toppings, uber friendly staff, and a little outdoor seating. On top of all that, the prices are reasonable, and they have a great rewards program. The shopping center theyre located in also has lots of fun stores, so you should definitely stop in for yogurt!

This place is always dead for some reason, but the options for frozen yogurt here are really great! They had been closed prior to 5:30 p.m. due to being short-staffed, or so the sign said on the door, so when I went to go get some of the cake batter flavored ice cream, it came out a little bit melted. This shop keeper said that this was due to the frozen yogurt machine just starting up right before I arrived. Still though, it was a small inconvenience to exchange for the quality of the visit.Sweet Frog just took over U-Swirl, so they are trying out new events to see what attracts and grows our customer base. Part of this is that every Monday in December 2018 is no way Monday, meaning frozen yogurt and the toppings are priced by the cops, instead of the normal weight pricing. That means you can get as much frozen yogurt and toppings if you want, and its a flat price for each cup. $5 for small, $7 for medium, and $9 for large. You have got to try this place.

Great variety of yogurt and toppings! The staff is always so friendly when my family and I go in there! The manager is in there all the time and is so sweet!

Experience was decent. Staff was friendly. I wish they offered a few more dairy-free options, though. Overall, it seems they have fewer yogurt options/machines than others I have been to.

Great frozen yogurt place. Pay by weight. Lots of toppings. Lots of flavors of frozen yogurt. They also sell t-shirts with their logo on it. Places to sit and eat inside and outside.

Pretty run of the mill yogurt. Employees were fine but looked liked theyd rather be ANYWHERE else; just on their phones the whole time.

The manager was very nice and answered our questions about flavors. (How they come and go, and switch out the flavors from month to month.)Plus, they have sample cups!!! So you can pump a quick shot of froyo and try it out before you commit to a flavor. You pick your cup size and add any or all the flavors you want. Then you pick your toppings, they weigh it and charge you accordingly. Last time I was there she said they had 2 for Tuesdays, which is buy one get one free, and no weigh Wednesdays, where the cup is just a flat rate, they dont weigh it, and you get quality froyo for cheap!They also do birthday parties, but the manager at the Reno store told me Sparks had more room for parties.

Fine.5 minutes later, a guy walks in and says: I heard you had a deal today?To fill the cup as high as you can for $4.Im like: Why didnt she tell me about the deal 5 minutes earlier?Not about the money--but the principle.

There are not comfortable chairs to sit in. Its fun for kids and grownups who are kids at heart. Just want better chairs.

First time at this quaint little yogurt shop and I love it! The décor, The Staff, the Yogurt! YUM! I would recommend this place anyday! They have a pumpkin yogurt that is just amazing!

Disappointed, I usually go to the one in Sparks and its always been great. This visit was disappointing. Four flavors were out of service. Toppings were very limited.

Good and not a bad price for Fro-yo. Not as flavorful as other places in town but good for a quick treat.

We went here with my daughter and our grandkids. I paid for mine and my husbands (we wont go into how exorbitantly priced it is). My daughter followed behind to pay for herself and my grandkids. The girl at the counter made a remark about grandma not having paid for everyones desserts. Not only am I hurt and offended, but this girl doesnt know us or our situation or anything weve been going through. My husband and I live on a fixed income and I didnt want my daughter offering to pay for ours. We couldnt afford the $12 that it cost for two small desserts let alone five of them. It was upsetting enough to handle all that without an offhanded and thoughtless remark. I would LOVE to have paid for all of it and not thought twice. People who deal with the public need to be more sympathetic and keep crappy remarks like that to themselves.

Decent selection of flavors, good selection of toppings, friendly service and excellent value for money.

Fantastic desert, maybe a little too fantastic considering how often we find ourselves here. Only complaint is that they are rarely open until their posted close times, often close an hour or more earlier.

Very good, they have lots of good options, can be a hit overpriced but they offer lots of coupons and deals.

I swear this place is crazy. All the rewards were wiped, giving out expired rewards, tablet only works half of the time.

Expensive! 4 smalls =$30. Sure that included toppings but we each had 3 toppings max

The yogurt is average, the service barely there, and the prices are outrageously high. I bought 2 small one topping yogurts and paid $18.
