Love my new sound system, it is amazing.

I recently contacted these folks about replacement speaker grills which were installed in the ceiling of a screen porch. I live on an island in South Carolina where the humidity and salt air had rusted the grills. Even though I was the second owner of the house, and the system had been installed about 12 years ago, they covered it (including shipping) under warranty!You never see customer service like this anymore, this American company is to be congratulated.
