I worked for this company for approximately a year. I was unable to perform my duties anymore due to medical reasons. I was offered and accepted a severance package. Which included approximately $10,000 in education related to certifications in Information Technology. Only to find out when I went to the education center to receive my training they had stated that the Ecliptek had given my severance package to one of their current employees. When I spoke to my old supervisor, Robert Hardy, about the issue in-person, he just smiled and said yes, seeming quite pleased with himself for taking advantage of somebody. Other witnesses to this event were a coworker Dan Anderson who started as I left. And an employee named Ryan Watts who work for a sister company of ecliptek called Anodyne.
