Im an amateur freelance artist and went here to get one of my artworks printed off for a couple clients, and Keystone Quality did not disappoint! They were easy to work with and gave me some pointers on adjusting the .ai file the artwork was on so that the colors would appear brighter and stronger for the printers that they had. For the 32×18 print, I forgot to ask for a quote and had I known it would have been $50 for it, I would have raised my price for my client before they paid. But you live and you learn, and I will gladly choose them again for my business.

I just received my print job from Keystone Quality Printing. I am so impressed with the turnaround time and quality! The company I work for has used Keystone mainly for letterhead and envelopes. I needed 300 two-sided postcards in color and I needed them quick! David was very responsive and communicated with me every step of the way. I called and emailed several times and he was always so patient and professional. His wife, Jennifer, even helped me with part of the process. Excellent customer service! Ive been going to Keystone Quality Printing for years. David and his guys Frank and Buzz have a great eye and always makes great suggestions to make my business look great!

This had to be the worst experience of my life! getting my business cards printed up. I went in thinking that a local business is the way to go, but I was wrong.First of all...I went in and asked to have my card put on thick paper, the associate that helped me, David, kept showing me this glossy stock paper that they have piles of. I asked him several times if he had a book of card stock that I could go through and choose my business card stock from. He never showed me anything like that. He kept steering me towards their cheapest thinnest card stock, you know that type that can be put through a laser printer. So, I trusted him and went ahead and made my order. I should have just gone on Vista Print and done the $5 deal, that was the kind of business cards I received. They are thin and cheap and my design isnt even centered and worst of all it cost almost $70 for just 250 cards. When David saw my total disappointment he decided to show me other cards that are on thicker card stock and take longer to produce since they are actually run through a printing process and not through a laser printer.No matter how many times I asked David about different thicker card stock, he just didnt listen! Worst of all, and this is the clencher, is when I went to pay his outrageous price for 250 cards, he looked at my Mastercard debit card and told me that MC had just raised the price for my card to be charged. He tried to make me feel guilty that he has higher overhead in order to charge me. Really! Like I need to hear that?Beware! Keystone Quality Printing, they want to overcharge for everything and not give you the Quality that is in their name. I will never go there again. Just go to Vista Print.

I called and asked would they be able to print large quantities of oversized of paper in color, the person who answered said very unprofessionally “yeah, why?”. That is nonstarter to do business with me.

I emailed them at 1:05, received a response back 15 mins later. At 2:28 I emailed them to go ahead with 400 one sided color flyers and it took them less than an hour to print and hand deliver them to me!! Very Satisified!
