I am beyond grateful for working with Sanchez Granite. Everything i imagined it to be, the guys were super fast and professional, they even cleaned up after themselves when they finished. Especially Stephanie, worked great with pricing and communication. I would definitely recommend working with them

DLR construction . My order has gone empty for weeks. Now I cant get an answer from anyone. Phones go to a voice mail and even if You leave messages to call back are simply unanswered.This what you find here in Reno area, I’ve noticed over the years people here simply are lazy and don’t want to work and provide good services and goods.Guess they simply don’t care due have plenty of business and dont worry or care about future growth and keeping loyal customers.Because of this, we lost several customers and due to incompetence of these people and we could not fulfill our services to our customersAnyone considering uses these people, do yourself a favor and find someone else that can hand and give customers services

Terrible experience. I have recommended them to no less than 5 people (all of whom used them) after an initial experience with them years ago where I didn’t end up moving forward with the project but was really impressed with their service and prices at the time. I was so excited to get to work with them myself. I have a FOUR unit project and could never get a return call/email after the initial visit and first couple emails. I’m so disappointed with their service and will never use or recommend them again. Fortunately I found another company who can work with me on my timeline since I wasted FIVE WEEKS trying to communicate with them.

I am so disappointed with the work that this company did. They were initially very responsive on the phone, returned calls, and came out when they said they were going to come out. I was so excited to work with Sanchez Granite. However the workmanship is very poor. There are cracks in the granite surrounding the sink, four of them. I was told it was part of the stone, fissures. they came out and poured resin or something into them and said they could do nothing more. It is clearly not a natural part of the granite and it’s collecting more dirt and grime as the weeks wear on. The rest of my kitchen remodel is beautiful but I’m honestly devastated every time I catch glimpses of the dirty, increasingly more visible cracks in the granite, probably from the install or the initial cutout of the sink. I couldnt have been happier working with Sanchez Granite. It is a local company, with many years of experience. I emailed to ask for a walk through and estimate, and I received a response and a confirmed appointment time by the end of the day. The walk through was 3 days later (based on my schedule). We were looking to replace the countertops in our kitchen.After the walk through, the next day I received estimates for different granites. I narrowed it down to 3 types. Sanchez Granite didnt have a sample of one of the types I was looking at, so they tracked down a piece and delivered it to my house within 2 days.I picked the sample they delivered to my house and the next week it was ready to be installed. They did the demolition of the old countertops, and came on a Saturday to install the new counters. The measurements for the countertop had an error in it, so the owner of the business came by to talk to me about the error. He guaranteed the new piece of granite would be delivered with the correct measurements within a couple days. And to make up for the mistake, he gave us a matching window seal in the kitchen and replaced the countertop with a new sink in our bathroom! He was correct about timing, and the whole project was delayed only 2 days.From the time I emailed about estimates to the time the new countertops were finished was 3 weeks.I couldnt have been happier working with Sanchez Granite. They were professional, and communicated quickly with me during the entire project. I highly recommend using Sanchez Granite for any granite needs.

I cant say enough! DONT HIRE THEM! Never completed the job then their license was revoked!!! 6 months past and had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes!

Not happy with the experience. At first they were very quick and responsive by email and phone, then immediately after receiving payment, everything changed, and it was difficult to get them even within 3-4 days with many email ignored and phone calls not picked up. When the guys came out to do the work, they did a great job and were very professional. It is mostly Stephanie in the office who ignores calls and emails after she was paid.The guys only forgot to do the backsplash, and she told me two different occasions they would be coming out to do it, but no one ever showed up, and the mason guys came out and ended up putting in stone veneer in there thinking they were suppose to because it was left undone, so now we are stuck with that. I would not recommend them again.UPDATE: In response to Stephanies reply below. I was not once told about any wedding that was happening, I would have understood the reason for some delays if I was. Second, I already sent a check for the remainder of the balance. They forgot to install the backsplash, and you had indicted they would come out on OCT 28th to wrap it up, and no one showed up. On NOV 2nd I sent an email that no one came out, I was hoping I would hear from you that something came up and can they come back out, but never did, so I decided to email you back. Was not until 5 days later I got a response, NOV 7th asking if Juan can back out to install the backsplash, which at that time I had just found out the mason guys had already put stone in its place. Unfortunately, because of a lack of communication, a big mistake was made that cannot be undone, and a small discount of a $203 for no backsplash was offered in the end.

Awesome! Starting with people who work there, very professional, knowledgeable and super helpful plus very nice. Love the fact that they are a locally owned family business. And the job they did AMAZING! My kitchen came out more beautiful than I even imagined.

Sanchez Granite is a family owned business and their pride in their workmanship shows. I ran into a HUGE problem with a cabinet company in town. Stephanie at Sanchez went way out her way to put me in touch with installers, plumbers, etc. to make sure the job was completed on time. She sent out their crew on a Saturday and within hours the job was done. The granite was cut beautifully, they were precise in their measurements (they came out and measured 2 weeks before the job and again after the cabinets were installed to double check), the seams are flawless, they sealed the granite, they were quick, and cleaned up after themselves. And, their prices are very reasonable to boot!I am so incredibly impressed with the customer service and level of professionalism at Sanchez. They were an absolute dream to work with and I wouldnt hesitate for a second to recommend them.

I chose Sanchez to do my BBQ counter tops and Im glad I did. They were flexible in the design, did everything exactly as I wanted for a good price. The fabrication was excellent and the installation was on time, professional and fast.I would use them again definitely and can recommend them to anyone.

Excellent communication prior to installation. They came and measured twice, once before demolition of old counter and once after. They arrived on time on scheduled installation date. crew installed granite counter tops, back splashes. My extra counter top and back splashes areas were very reasonably priced, my kitchen looks absolutely great. I am very pleased with my experience with this company, they were a pleasure to work with.

Sanchez granite did an amazing job on my kitchen island granite countertop. They were quick and easy to do business with. I definitely recommend this company!!

Can you do less than a one star? Kept changing the parameters. Then the pricing ... not explaining costs ... then jacking the price ... FINALLY said the date we agreed upon wouldnt work ... The work entailed about 15 linear granite counter, and 12x12 backsplash ... $1,700 to fabricate and install the granite. OK. BUT $882 to install 30 feet of kitchen backsplash (NOT including the tile 12x12 tiles that I already bought???) I would not recommend these people at all. They do not know how to communicate. Left me hanging.
