Recently renovated! A convenient and friendly grocery shopping experience here at this Savemart. When there is a long line, another checker is called over and they really keep the customers convenience and experience in mind. I appreciate that!

Clean, bright shiny store!! Friendly & welcoming staff.I have an affinity for SaveMart, I grew you up next to one of its first stores in Modesto CA.Today on my fixed income I buy Red Tag items only & visit the deli and Pharmacy.The pharmacy & top notch in customer service and insurance billing. Personally, I prefer the overall service provider by a Regional entity versus the two large national concerns in our area.No complaints at this store, just keep an eye on overall costs if youre on a limited budget, there are great sales available.

Customer service is always awesome! I never have any issues and I think they go above and beyond to ensure customers safety during covid-19 they even which I think is pretty awesome(I witnessed a senior citezen enter to do shopping but she didnt have a face mask and they were nice enough to give her one free of charge), but even before covid-19, they were very welcoming and kind. I think the prices are pretty fair, the quality of the products is always good. I love the fact that no matter how many isles im walking down - I dont see poultry left out or items where they clearly shouldnt be- like they really do a good job to make sure that all their items are stocked properly and Ive never bought anything from the store that was expired and I just think its an awesome place the shop especially if you dont need a whole lot groceries and prefer a smaller store. Also I love the fact that whenever there seems to be a long line starting to grow, they always hurry and get more cashiers to the register, which is a huge plus because they work really fast and still maintain a positive attitude and do their best to get everybody checked out properly. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Decent store, employees were a bit cold

This is a nice, clean, well stocked store. Very seldom is there much of a wait at the registers, especially since theyve gotten self service check out. But the best part is the outstand customers service. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy! Gigi and Vickie are the best!

The produce produce and baked goods are excellent a wide variety of selections different products make it a great place to shop very friendly their Pharmacy there is very quick drop off two little shopping and all of a sudden youre prescription is ready I Tech definitely recommend going there than any other place

I love this store. Employees are always so happy and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. Recently I needed a cupcake cake and no other store bakeries were even willing to hear what I was asking for. I spoke with the cake decorater and sent her a picture. She said no problem. It was better than the picture I sent her. Thank you for making my nieces birthday perfect.

4 instead of 5 because I am always looking for whole wheat fresh loaves. I dont accept white flour as anything more than flavorless carbs. Any grocery that sells whole wheat baguettes or similar unsliced loaves gets 5 stars in my book. All in all, they have a good selection and I often find something I regularly use at a great price and I clean off the shelf. Just wish I could get good bread all the time. I can dream.

Some of the deals at SaveMart are really good! They also have a good selection which includes items not available at any other stores, especially in terms of low or no sugar items. Add friendly service and this was a very nice surprise todat after I hadnt come in for quite a while.

Everything is laid out in the store nicely.....found turkey stock there which no other grocery stores I shop at had it. Thank you for such a nice clean well organized store.

I went in for some very simple items I was not very impressed. I needed windex paper towels and dog food. They had the dog food in the paper towels but they had no windex which is ridiculous. I dont think this is a place that Ill be shopping again

Never enough checkers. Staff doesnt seem happy. I go there now primarily for quick trips. Theyre quite pricey. You can literally drive across the street to Walmart and get items for $2 less. Unfortunately, this is the closest grocery store to my house.

I like this store a lot. I usually end up here a few times a week. I like the sales and the deals that come from this store. The employees have always been kind, and its a welcome alternative to the long lines at Walmart. I dont mind paying a little bit more for fast and courteous service, at a fraction of the wait.

They have most everything you would need slightly more expensive than Walmart but much easier to navigate and much friendlier. Never have to wait too long in line. And the meat department are happy to accommodate any request

One of the few store left in our area. They have great sales and a pretty good selection. The only drawback is that its far from my house.

I found the lay out confusing. I walked around 3 times just to find the cheese section. Looks like they have a moderate selection of each item. Clean store and did not have to wait in line long. Did not have self check out though.

There are places with better prices and then there are places with better produce/baked goods in town, but Savemart is the middle ground for both. Best prices weve found for good quality groceries. Decent selection of beers and wine. Staff is fantastic and always helpful (except that one cashier who always looks like she wants to slap somebody). Our goto grocery spot.

Very friendly staff at this location. Always greeted and treated well if I need any help. The store is a little run down, and the prices are pretty high. You can shop at Raleys, a way more upscale store for the same price now a days. Id only recommend this place if your in a hurry, otherwise, Savemart means you Save less

Despite what people say about prices I find them to be comparable to walmart but without the crowds and lines. The people are always nice. The fresh vegtables are the best around, good cucumbers.

They were selling expired baby yogurt. I bought a pack of Stonyfield organic yogurt for my 11 month old twins on Dec. 30th. I gave my son some and he didn’t seems to care for it, and my daughter gagged on it and threw up. Turns out it expired Dec. 13th!I returned to the store on January 4th to exchange it and went to the dairy case to get the same flavor. They were expired as well. One expired Dec. 17th, another Dec. 13th, and another Nov. 20th! This is food for babies and they’re selling it far past its expiration date. I took the three to the front and spoke with a woman named Cassie, who said she was a manager. She refunded the money and apologized but kept making excuses like that it must have been shoved to the back. First off, no it wasn’t, and second, THAT DOESN’T MATTER BECAUSE IT IS ON THE SHELF FOR SALE. Then, she told me that it was weird I found them because she personally checked all of them the night before and didn’t see anything. Bull. I will never ever shop here again, and encourage other people to avoid it as well. Who knows what else is expired on their shelves?!

Very clean and convenient when the crowds at Walmart are too daunting. But if youre looking for better customer service by going to Savemart, dont expect to find it.The cashiers used to be pleasant and nice to talk to, but now its a crapshoot. When I dare to pay the high prices at Savemart, I expect a little coridalness at the register. Especially when Im trying to be friendly even though I just paid over $4.00 (might as well be $5.00) for a gallon on milk because they were out of the $3.98 brand.One time, I happily assisted a cashier with bagging my 15 small items totalling to about $140.00 because they were swamped. Not a glimpse of appreciation from him, much less a verbal thank you. Should have expected that, as hes never friendly when I go there. Unfortunately, Ill go back due to Savemarts convenience and just deal with it.Being a single father, it sure would be nice to go somewhere where the dreadful pain of shopping would be eased.

Avoid Gigi if you want to have a calm experience other then that this shop is one of the best in the area.

If I could put 0 stars, I would! The customer service was scarce and bad when I finally got helped. Two employees were complaining about other employees as they were both working their checkstand.They were rude and unfriendly.My niece was telling me she has also quit shopping there as well for the same reasons. This was the Savemart on Kietzke in reno.

The store is exceptionally clean. The Produce Department is exquisitly displayed. And the fruits and vegetables are fresh. Everything is in its place, no matter what aisle you stroll down. The meat and the fish are very fresh, and displayed in an orderly fashion. Their Deli is great also. The floors are like mirrors, they are so clean. Its one of the best Savemarts Ive ever seen. And the Manager knows what he is doing, when his employees are working exquisitly.Thank you for making my day bright, every tIm I come in!
