This is actually one of the better locations in Northern Nevada.. but I cant help but be concerned when products that used to be readily available now must be ordered online.. the store is usually clean and staff very helpful.. also the location is easy access in and out, no traffic woes.

Cleaner and better stocked than other Walmarts I have been to lately. More employees on the floor to help. It is worth an extra drive to shop here.

I mean, its Walmart. It has stuff I need. Plus random peoples children touching all the vegetables and fruit for no reason. With the added benefit of other children screaming somewhere in the store, its always a fun experience. They added some real spice when the robot floor cleaner made its debut.

Worst WalMart ever. I get nothing in stock, but nothing is where it says it is located. They don’t even have minor things like eggs. Associates make you walk and shop around them (not venders, those with the Walmart name tag. If you ask them where something is your told I don’t know or we don’t have it. Then you see the item in 4-5 different places. Never the correct price under the item. U have to walk with the app scanning every item you put in the cart.

A lot of personal care items were out in bulk when I was at this store this time. Like if you like Dove soap. For 8 dollars get 6 bars. That kind of thing. Also. If you have a Straight Talk phone and its a little bit late for a refill. The pepole who are behind the counter. Will be able to reactivate it for you in the store.

The store is so cold they have the ac is so hard to shop around. I was shivering all around i had to go to another walmart to finish my shoping

Great place to shop but i couldnt help but notice the staff practically breathing down my neck at the self check line she didnt do it to all the customers just me guess its the brown skin. Other than that it was a nice roomy store and they offer great deals as usaul

Walmart is a very nice to go grocery shopping or for whatever, I would recommend going there. And the employees are very nice as well

Normal superstore atmosphere with reasonably priced items. Store was clean and staff were helpful when asked for help.

Quite a few empty shelves. Not alot of cat food stocked or selection. Tons of dog food though. 3 to 1 isles ratio.Trying to get help with the spray paints was impossible. Pushed the customer service button 3 dif. Times waited more than 15 minutes and ended up just leaving.. too bad was going to buy at least a dozen spray paint cans but locked up in glass display.. Lines at the registers were long and slow. To the under cover security crew, pick your targets more better and quit following me. Im not a thief.

This is a new store and not in the middle of town so its fairly easy to get into. They were missing the GV cereal that I prefer to buy, but otherwise the store seems well stocked and well cared for. The self checkout line backs up a bit and it says its for 20 items or less. That said, Im not sure there is sufficient lines for all traffic unless they get more self check out without the quantity restrictions.

Large store. Alot of variety. Nice that there is also a grocery store.

I was called up at the last minute to go to Reno to work for a week..i didnt have to rush to pack because I knew Walmart had everything I needed in this situation.Work tools, hygiene essentials, vitamins and allergy pills. Also fresh produce and friendly faces.. thank you Walmart

Lemmon valley Walmart is a pretty good supercenter. As it does have many products to buy, it does lack on product and brand diversity of supplies in comparison to other Walmarts in the Reno area though.

Walmarts Walmart you seen one you seen them all their staff is friendly their store is clean and because its in a little bit of a wealthier part of town they have a better selection.

Pickup is hit or miss. Some days theyre quick, other days Ive had to sit and wait for over 30 minutes.

Nasty!! I just bought this rotisserie chicken last night. It appears to have maggots in it. Avoid this place as much as possible not only that I got my tires done there and they messed up my tires to the point to where I had to go to a different shop!!

Store in general a mess, very few checkstands open all with long lines and lots of employees standing around doing nothing. Would recommened to Wal Mart to make self check all forms of payment rather than card only.

Every time i have had to use this store i am always disappointed!! You can wait on hold for hours as where the other stores pick up so fast! I live right next to this store and would rather drive to Spanish springs store then use this one. Id give it no stars if i could!!

The bathrooms were open we didnt need a key woohoo! Everything was clean n in its place. They had everything we needed. Including a wonderful chicken dinner, potato and may salad were great. Ambrosia was Excellent!

It was easy to get in and out and the staff were helpful. I was disappointed to see the Adult bikes were totally out of stock, and the backpack section was just basically kids backpacks. I cant really hold that against the store.

Epic fail Walmart. Looking for a drop spreader, which I thought would be a common item for a garden center at a retail chain. They said they have been out for a month. This company no longer emphasizes being in stock like they used to. Being the biggest does not equal being the best

The employees seem to be pretty sad.And their also less knowledgeable. I completely have no ear for an employee that says they dont know when being asked about anything!Perhaps training these individuals the art of customer support.

Just like every other Walmart. Clean, stocked. Only complaint is that at every entrance there are homeless people who have their RV parked across the street.

This service is great as you do not have to shop. You order online and pickup. Very convenient. However don’t count on quality produce and only half the items you’ve ordered.First off like I mentioned, half the items I ordered were not available so I received exchanges. If they are not avail. why have them on order list?Second- I ordered black cherry jello and received DIET JELLO.Third- all my fresh veges and fruit were very poorly picked old and wilted.And last, I ordered 3 different fresh sprigs of herbs and received three of the same herb because they were out of the other two!I feel if they don’t have the item just take off the list and do not exchange unless it is exactly the same but just different brand.It’s very confusing and inconvenient when items are exchanged, you have to rummage through the groceries delivered to your car to except the exchanges, as some people picking up may not be the one ordering.

Excellent! Is a different Walmart today. Not the one in Fernley, which is sop chaotic! Better organized without aisles being over ran with stocking of items in the cartons making it difficult to maneuver!

Honestly, this store was a complete mess. They had so many items that were not on the shelves in the food department. I stood in line for what seemed like an eternity because the cashier dropped a gentlemans razor who was in front of me and he wanted a new one and the cashier got very upset with the customer. Whoever was running to go get the replacement never showed back up. Then when I finally checked out the mirror I was purchasing had a defect on it so once again whoever was going to grab it never showed back up. So I had to walk back to that department to get a new one. Trying to find anyone to ask questions was impossible. It was a huge huge disappointment! I will never go back to this particular Walmart!

Walmart is going down hill fast. Their quality is nowhere near as good as it used to and their prices are only rising. I can hardly ever find anything I need in their employees are not very knowledgeable.

Walmart still doesnt have enough registers open, self checkout is frustrating, way over crowded, prices are no longer reasonable, employees dont like to help you much, and shelves are never stocked. I try to avoid going here if I can. They never have the isles cleaned and organized. Prices are...okay. you get the same things off Amazon for the same price or cheaper. I never buy meat, fresh fruits or veggies. I have come across way too many moldy items to trust anything fresh from there. Frozen items are fine but please check dates on everything you pick up! Clothing is ok quality for the price. No one is ever around to help you. Now mentioning this, HIRE SOME CASHIERS!!! I do not work here, therefore if I have a cart of items, not just one for 2 things, I expect someone to ring up my items. When you finally do find someone their attitudes are as rotten at their produce! I would rather go to 2 or 3 different stores and pay a little bit extra than go to Walmart. Absolutely disgusting

No cash back in the self checkouts. And only 2 registers open with mile long lines, all with full carts. I had 7 items, because I needed cash back, I waited probably 30 minutes. I think they are really hurting their business by not having cash back at self check out. I saw 3 people leave the store altogether, leaving their carts behind.

Always got something there you need, generally cheapest one stop place around, often crowded but thats just the way it is. Not a bad place to run in and out of with what you need.

Clean. I dont find the employees as courteous and helpful, as in other Walmarts.

No help from employees, picked up alot of clothes on floor rehung them. Pharmacy tool thier time to walk me to the clip on shades. Cashiers and help to car was pleasent.

Another Walmart dividing out self check outs abilities on what forms of payment. We all need to shut this practice down! Complain about it. Every check out of every type needs to take both cash and card as well as all allow cash back. This is dumb and shows Walmart sees most customers as no value to their businesses success anymore. DollarTree does better.

There is a pandimic going on, that gives no one the right to be ride or disrespectful to any patron.. Walmart needs to remember there is other places to shop besides there. I order anything I need from Walmart on line because its not worth the angry upset feelings when I leave. I only use their drive thru pharmacy. If I need something right away I go to Smiths down the street, or Sams club or Coscos better atmosphere, better actions from the emoloyees

Good shopping experience, store looked clean, well stocked, and there were actual associates running the registers. Things were organized and moving apace. And they were busy. I got in and out in a timely manner!

I went in to the store accidently went over budget so I simply asked them to manually enter my card and they refused and then kicked us out of the store. I am simply just trying to feed my family. I have never experienced this rude customer service.

Packed to the brim and half the ppl were not wearing masks. Our cashier was super friendly and we were able to get what we needed for the most part, but I wish there was more mask and social distance enforcement. Never enough registers open, and ppl stacked up like sardines waiting to cash out.

Same deal different day. Store is cleaner than most, and am greatful for the close location. (Garden center needs more support).

You know its a wal-mart. They all the same in every way. The lighting. The colors. The products. Workers and customers. The only thing that is different is the layout of every store. Also the prices. Believe it or not. Depending on the locations in town. Some people pay more and some pay less. Crazy huh?

The groceries are good prices and have a surprisingly good selection if you need something on the fly. Tire shop is pretty good too. However, the fishing, camping, and hunting selections are very limited and are generally poor quality. I know theyre aiming at a particular demographic, but it wouldnt hurt to have a few items in each department that are a step up from the rest. This is the one Walmart Ive been to though that has shelves basically full, which is a great change of pace.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! This particular Wal- Mart has horrible customer service. Never enough cashiers trained to work the register so you only have 1 or maybe 2 registers open for a line of 30 people. The managers have yet to provide a solution for the long lines every night around 9:30pm-11pm.The head supervisor Johnny in security racially profiles individuals. Walmart almost always has what I want, its just sometimes the employees forget they are working and treat customers rudely and move in front of the moving cart basically playing chicken with grocery items on a pallet vs shopping cart. Got what I needed 👍

Its just what you would expect i love Walmart but the 2nd street reno nv Walmart is absolutely horrifying the staff treat you like your a prisoner and they are the guards and your up to no good plus their layout and placement is awkward and different from our famulure map. I will never shop at 2nd street reno nv ever again.
