It is my first time visiting IKEA and I was surprised by how large the place is and the variety of items inside. The items are prized appropriately and fairly that it makes sense to just buy in bulk when youre moving to a new house or just buying new items for your place.

They had an item I had been looking for so that was nice, however many items were out of stock. An employee was able to look up the out of stock items and give me an estimated in store date. 👍 Parking was reasonable for such a big place. They had someone at the door requiring masks. Check out was the quickest we’ve ever had so maybe close to closing on a Saturday night is a good time to go if you know what you are looking for. Bathrooms were clean which was also nice. Overall a good place for reasonably priced items for home or school.

Its best to come to IKEA on weekday mornings. It is not crowded and you can see it smoothly and shop.Please keep 6f in the store so as not to forget the mask.The IKEA store is large, so its a good exercise, All the displays are helpful and good. I think its better to make a shopping list if possible. Otherwise you may be distracted by other things and spend time on extra things. Am I the only one who sometimes feels like a maze inside the store? If you have something you want, you can also make a shortcut, so dont overlook the sign. After all, I like IKEA and walk around the store for quite a long time. Since the start of pandemic, the product shelves may be empty, and the products may be sold out. In such a case, you should check online.The price of things is relatively reasonable and I think the design is good, but there are things that are difficult to assemble and do not last very long. However, all the ways to show the inside of the IKEA store are helpful.

I went there with someone who required a wheelchair, Ikea provided us one, and I appreciated how easy it was to get around, even inside the exhibitions.

Its kind of overwhelming but its a lot of fun. Even if you dont buy anything you can get ideas for future decorating. Prices on most items are very reasonable. The restaurant is great. Food was tasty. The store was very busy but its well organized. I hadnt been to an Ikea in at least 15 years. Destination shopping.

Nice modern furniture for a good price. You can find really nice ideas decorating your house. They have samples with the rooms,kitchens etc. it helped me a lot and I hope it will help you too.

Came for an Alex drawer and left with way more as usual. I love the beautiful displays and amazing food. We love everything about Ikea and always look forward to going.

Huge store. Best would be to check the aisle and bin number of the items you need before you come in. Amazing variety and prices

Great place to get started on furnishing a new crib and if you are down to assemble the furnitures yourself. Else you can commission the assembly through Task Rabbit.Its just sad to see the effects of the pandemic here. Since the pandemic hit, its just hard to find anything in stock consistently.Most of the time you end up seeing empty shelves.And the application nor the website reflect the stock correctly and updated. You might find items that show up as in stock but if you go in, youll see empty shelves yet again.And the options at the cafeteria has also been trimmed down to the bare minimum.

I love IKEA! Contrary to popular opinion, I find that their items though inexpensive, last a long time, sometimes longer than they even need to! How many times have you seen IKEA items for sale on craigslist? Long after someone has lost the need for a piece of furniture, they will resell it again on craigslist. You can’t do that with poorly built furniture. I get a lot of inspiration from there carefully designed displays. Bravo IKEA!

Love the furniture, but who closes their restaurant at 6 PM, prime dinner time? Ah well, still an amazing store.

First time ever going. I loved the lityle rooms decorated to showcase the merchandise and give decorating suggestions. Taking pictures of the tags to find the merchandise at the end was interesting. Had a great time exploring and shopping for my sons room. The only disappointment was that we wanted the square wall shelves which were in stock but the wall mounting brackets were not and the associate did not know when they would be in.

So many fun things to purchase! Great prices good quality! My daughter has a bed we purchased in early 2013 and the only complaint I have is that the color is no longer available so she can add a night stand 🙃 but she ended up purchasing one that well change the color a bit 😉

Had a fun meal with my kids. Sadly the ice cream and pizza were out of stock. Several other things Id have liked were also out of stock.

It was cool to see Ikea join with Seattle in the decriminalization of mushrooms from this photo and the food is always cheap and warm!

This IKEA lives up the IKEA reputation. The warehouse showroom is not quite as large as some of the ones Ive been to, but its certainly large enough LOL. Always clean and I always seem to find everything I want and more. But most importantly, IKEA products is Affordable!

We love Ikea, but we bought this chair and it is clearly too small.

I had heard so much about IKEA and it exceeded my expectations. So much great stuff and such great prices. I wish there was one closer to me. I will go back or order online. I loved the displays. It was so enjoyable seeing all of the ideas.

Normally like the store but noticed a lot of empty shelves. It would be a lot more convenient if there was a quick path to checkout rather than having to continue to navigate the maze once one has what one came in for.

When we need practical furniture, IKEA is our go to place. We start buying appliances there now. They offer 5 year warranty with no extra cost. Join IKEA Family and you may enjoy extra discounts available to Family only. We saved $150 on a refrigerator by joining the IKEA Family. The staff are super friendly. But they are under staff. If you need help, you will have to wait quite a bit. So allow plenty of time when you go. We try delivery for the first time. If you pick Pick Up Truck, the cheapest option, dont assume a full size Pickup. Our delivery came in a small pickup truck. Good thing he made it fit.

I love IKEA, fun to browse around & spend unnecessary $ there. The restaurant is ok, good but but great. The groc items for sale are good & fun to buy inexpensive furniture items.

I love this store but their couch selection was minimal its what we went for and didnt find anything decent or comfortable, a great place to go when you dont know what you need or want ideas for design

Waste of time and gas coming here. Out of the 9 items on my list I only bought one, because this store was out of the other 8 items I needed. Lots of empty shelves and innacurate in stock store availability and sadly this is the only Ikea in our state and unless you buy online and pay their shipping fee you are stuck coming to this store. Used to be well stocked now this place is garbage. Not coming back anytime soon.

Checkout here is appalling. Staff is polite and friendly but not enough to make up for it. Sometimes you just need to go to IKEA, but if youre used to IKEA thats fun, this will be a different experience.It doesnt seem to matter when Ive gone here. Early on a weekday afternoon the checkout lines are still horrible.Spare hardware was completely absent last time I was there and looking for it.I recommend planning your visits so they happen at most once a year. Less is better.

While Ikea has less than 50 % of its inventory for actual sale - they sure have done a great job destroying many of the same sample items throughout the store by putting holes in them to ziptie to other display items. sure would have been nice to actually purchase something - if only one display pieces werent purposely wrecked

Man I just love this store. The stock is sparse because of the pandemic but most of the time we can find what we need. Good staff members are hard to come by, typically theyre not the most friendly or helpful... we had one that just walked by and ignored us when we ask for help. But you know what, shout out to Cameron at the pick up desk, he was patient and extremely helpful. Definitely made our experience much better!!

The food servers that served me around 2:30pm today was not very pleasant. Her food serving is very inconsistent when it comes to the food portions. I observed the people before me, and I noticed that some people got more food due to their skin color. When theyre not colored, they get more food. Meanwhile the colored people get a lot less food. Its petty to point this out, but I thought I wanted to share my experience to future customers. I come here to enjoy the food, not to witness servers being unfair.

Don’t waste your gas coming down, find items online. Practically the entire store seems to be “Temporarily Unavailable”

The same as many IKEAs that Ive been to both in the states and in Europe. But thats a good thing. On my first visit but I was able to get in, look at the showrooms, pick up the items I already knew I needed using the app and check out. The staff were very friendly with the few questions I did ask.

IKEA is such a great place! Especially their food court! Their food is delicious and they are very fast paced. See a long line? Don’t worry! They go through it so fast and their service is exceptional! I will definitely be back!

Very long lines and I had to take so many turns through crowds to get to the warehouse in the back. The item I wanted was in stock this morning, down to 5 left at noon, and 1 left at 2:30 pm. Then on the shelf at 2:35, were none left when I finally arrived at the aisle and bin where they were marked. I was very disappointed because shipping on this product is $49 and I kept refreshing the page while in the long outdoor line to get in, and it was showing 1 left in stock all that time. I think there should be a better layout for the people who want to get right to the checkout area and already know what theyre looking for.The next day:I ordered the item I wanted for Click and Collect and this was a lot smoother experience with less time indoors. One negative thing, is the staff member who brought out my items looked at me like I had three heads when I opened the trunk for him to start loading my items into my car for me. I saw staff doing that wearing an orange vest for the customer across the lot from me. Why did that customer get the items loaded in for them, but I did not? Did they pay extra or is it because I look like I can handle it? Also after this awkward moment, he asked me to do him a favor and put the cart back when I was done. He also asked the customer next to me to do the same thing. Did we just get unlucky and got the rude staff, but the person across from us got actual service? Its hard to know.

Very helpful staff and nice, clean warehouse but the last two or three times Ive gone, about 80-90% of the inventory is temporarily unavailable. Seems theyve only been able to keep smaller accessory and textile items in stock. Definitely save yourself some time and call ahead before making a trip, as items listed as low inventory online definitely meant no inventory when I was in store.

Fun store with lots to explore. This location has expanded their parking and dining area, which is great.We had a not so great encounter with a rude store greeter (older lady) today so wanted to update my rating accordingly. 👎

We visited Kia of Everett shopping around for a car and Ron Monzon helped us. He was very knowledgable and did not pressure us to buy. Will definitely refer our friends and family.

The warehouse staff are very skilled at not making eye contact and rushing off in the opposite direction. Pictured are two gentlemen doing their absolute best to ignore the line that is about 7 people deep at the time this photo was taken. If management encourages an environment where you go out of your way to ignore customers you might as well have them work at night so at least they dont have to ignore us while they work. It really sucked because all the Ikea literature says oh just ask for help we have you taken care of but everyone youd ask for help is actively rushing away from you.

Went here on a Saturday and this place was BUSTLING. Youd think this is a Costco or a Walmart. Did not realize this many people would be shopping for furniture. The route and displays through the store were nicely organized. The Swedish meatballs at the food place were tasty too. Unfortunately, many of the furniture items I wanted to get were marked as temporarily unavailable. Even one of the items marked as available only had one of its two parts in stock (table had the frame in stock, but not the actual tabletop), which was misleading. My warning is to be wary about whats actually in stock when buying furniture here.

We love taking day trips down to ikea. Its a nice big store to spend a few hours walking and looking. Grabbing a bite to eat is a great midpoint.

If anyone is ordering furniture for delivery make sure you don’t mess up the address! My sister ordered a bed frame and wrote the wrong zip code-with the correct address-and as soon as we found out (a week before the shipment was sent out) we tried calling the shipping company and Ikea. They both kept transferring me between one another saying nothing can be done. The day of the shipment the delivery driver notifies me that the address is wrong and he cannot bring my shipment to the correct address. I usually never write reviews but this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to deal with!

First visit after many years and we were not disappointed. We bought several items for inside and outside decor. They were out of the dinnerware and glasses we wanted, but we found them on Ikea.com, ordered them on the spot, to be delivered after we return home to eastern Washington. After loading the car, we returned for lunch. We highly recommend a visit if youre in the mood for home shopping. It was busy on a Monday.

Great prices, quality and an amazing store! Only one little problem it is so popular I went on a weekend Saturday jam-packed. But its taking a few hours to look at all of their stuff it was a great experience!

Great place for home products, modern and classic designs. Dont trust all reviews on things not to buy from IKEA as Ive bought and they work wonderfully.Also check for times when not busy as the place gets packed with families preparing to school from home (so its presumed).

Traditional IKEA experience. Since its opening its calmed down pretty considerably, but still quite busy on weekends. Marketplace is usually organized well with everything in its proper place, but they have been recently out of stock on items that havent been replaced.

Great place for your basic needs in a basic way. Kitchen section is particularly great compared to online stores. You can choose how much you want to spend, and what you get in return directly reflects that.Be ready for a good walking exercise though!

Kind of crowded, but was expecting that.What I wasnt expecting, customers standing around in the main walking areas having a chat and not moving forward. If youre going to have a chat, move to the side.If this were pre-Covid-19 I can and have spent hours here. Have a Swedish meatball break, and maybe spend another hour or so more, just looking at all the stuff. Just a little sad because didnt take a Swedish meatball break today. Did not want to wait in that line.Would like to thank whoever came up with the shortcuts. Because of those, the maps, and arrows got what we wanted, after figuring out where it was, then used shortcuts to skip sections and got out a little faster than if we had to walk the whole store sections 1 - 23 to the checkout.

We love to frequent this store. They are always changing things up and moving in new products. Food is great and during non covid times they generally have good stock. Sale selection is usually very good.

I absolutely LOVE IKEA but this last time we kept looking for items we needed to find out they are temporarily out of stock (there were so many of those). I seriously hope their ship comes in with the missing stock.

Loved the cafe. Generous healthy plant based and vegetarian options available. Price is very affordable. Plantball set was only $4.99. Add a side and you will have a pretty filling meal for less than 10 bucks.

Whats not to love. Get some great ideas for design and affordable products.

Most of our visits include time to have lunch or an early dinner. Today was no exception and as always, the meal was hardy and nutritious (I skipped desert this time). We picked up a nice wardrobe cabinet for the job as all the kitchen, bath, walk-in master closet and utility room cabinets are IKEA because you cant beat the quality, versatility, and price. These all have gone into a 1.5 million dollar home in Burien. Will add photos when completed in late October.

World wide brand that has good priced furniture. I was able to buy what I needed for my new apartment at an expected price. There are some stocking issues as expected with the current (2021) supply chain of IKEA. This can be very disappointing if the tags are not updated and stock runs out when you are looking for it. I recommend looking for a similar product or even the same product but a different color. I’ve heard that their customer service department has wait times that are very long on the phone. Also, there might be some billing issues and refund mishandling on IKEA’s end when ordering online. Be careful, but this might not happen to all. Back after they’ve changed this place...no more garage parking. I liked the old IKEA but definitely welcoming the new IKEA! A childhood friend mentioned how she miss IKEA. Will definitely be back!

The selection can be very overwhelming especially with the size of the store it seems never ending.Iv been furniture shopping now for over a week and made a trip here and i have to say the prices arent bad given the fact YoU WILL BE SUPPLYING THE LABOR so that being said its has about 100 if the each item you need and 50,000 of the ones you didnt know you needed.clean and friendly staff aslo very helpful

IKEA lost a point for poorly notifying me of product location. A desk I wanted for my daughter was not available for customers to load on their carts, at the location specified in the showroom, and no information was posted. As it turned out, the item was available but not on the floor. We paid for it and it was brought out. IKEA could have handled that better with accurate signage.My ratings always begin at three stars, which indicates my expectations were met. Disappointing me results in lost stars. Pleasantly surprising me will earn added stars. I seldom award five stars. Five is the terminal rating and, as such, indicates no room for improvement.

I always have an excellent experience visiting IKEA. In my opinion this is one of the best stores to buy furniture and everything related to home decoration. It is amazing the amount of options they have! The staff is very kind, resourceful and diligent. They will help you with everything you may need. The prices are good too, and you can find good discounts on special days. I highly recommend this store.

This IKEA location is really well lit and had the candles that I was looking for. The staff was helpful and the checkout was super fast and efficient.

Was super excited to go to ikea for new furniture, the show rooms were wonderful but when we went to pick everything up almost all of it was unavailable, i wouldn’t mind as much if the items were marked as unavailable at the show rooms but they weren’t! i know it’s not the employees fault and it probably just issues with shipping but i’d appreciate it if i knew ahead of time it was out of stock instead of looking for it. cashier checking me out was SO rude and was throwing my glass ware :( i didn’t say anything rude i was just trying to check out and she had attitude, definitely check online to see what’s available before coming in

IKEA? It looked pretty much the same since they rebuilt after the fire a few years ago. Actually I was picking up freight next door at Di Tec, where the make the dies that cut out cardboard boxes for various things. (Mostly fruit and produce boxes) 🤘😎

Great store! Though many items unavailable & cant be ordered online even with paying for shipping. Café also out of items. But super fun shopping experience for my entire family. Fun & beautiful decor.

Love Ikea, so much to see and walk around. Though they were running out of some items like bar table carts, and some bed frames. Other than that would totally recommend coming.

My first time inside this store. It was actually a pretty awesome store. Although a little overwhelming with the sheer amount of items they carry. You could spend hours here and still not see everything. I came an hour after they opened and it wasnt too busy but by the time I left an hour later there was a line outside to get in. I definitely recommend getting there early. The checkout lines seemed to start getting long by the time I left too although the express lanes were still fast. Overall good experience.

Always a good place to look for furniture and household goods. The layout is quite nice although a mess at times. Skip the guided walk and go to the lower floors first if you know what you need it saves you a lot of time.

Interesting place. A lot of the products seem very cool but also well-priced comparatively to other things in the area. If youre new to the area this is a good place to shop to get all your stuff you need to get your house set up. That is if you dont already have stuff you bring with you. The food in the cafe was okay. Okay overall store.

Went here for some furniture and some miscellaneous kitchen stuff. The Ikea Marketplace section is pretty typical, but the furniture inventory is bare.None of the furniture items we came here for were in stock despite the website having them listed as available in store, including in alternate colors and materials. Come prepared for disappointment, if you want a really specific item then Craigslist might be the way to go.Many of the items in the showroom are labeled as unavailable, it seems like these will be out of stock for quite a while.

Pandemic has wiped Ikea out. I had no idea going in, that theres nothing on the shelves in the self serve area. Cafe was quite limited as well. Great place if you need to get a walk in though!!

Ikea is always a nice place to buy staff for home and get some ideas, but on my visit this time the staff wasnt to happy to help me find what i was looking for and the table i needed was out of stock.

Good prices. Weird how its set up. Makes for long shopping if youve never been there before. Holy cow they had awesome shopping carts. Have never seen any like it. My husband said that was the best part about the experience. The carts move in all directions. Super cool.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!! When you purchase items from them was super easy and quick! But you trying to return something you have to waiting for 2hrs!!!!!!! And the other side of purchasing are still fast than ever!!!!!!!!!!! They just doesn’t care about your return! You wait or not they don’t care! They are happy if you can’t wait then you don’t have to return it!!!!!

Probably pandemic related but I have had a mix of experience here. Cant get ahold of the final bits that I need, the kitchen associate help is hit or miss, better hold on to your receipts (returns are no fun without).

My wife would give it a five! Great place for the other half to go on game day to bring you stuff to build on Monday night

I love constant change in my house. I rearrange things at least twice a year. I am so grateful for IKEA as they offer affordable prices for items you thought you don’t need 😂 best time to go is before they close.

Always a great experience for me and the family. The sale associate even told me about a coupon I didnt know I had. She was awesome!

Very crowded.... And very disappointing...Went in to buy sofa. There were at least 50 sofa designs but 48 were temporarily unavailable.... Both in store or online...Total waste of precious time and had to bear the brunt of weekend traffic as well.

We found everything we were looking for, plus more. I came home with so beautiful plants and pots that were reasonably priced. I need to pot the bamboo. :-)

Walking to the entrance makes me feel like I’m going to a meat truck. Wish the rainbow ikea bags were by the door so I didn’t have to use a blue one walking through till I found one. I had to do 2 separate trips because I needed two dressers. Found one. And next day went back since more were in stock. Need to stock up because almost lost out on 200.00.

This is the best store!I would not recommend going on the weekend however. There were a ton of people and no one was social distancing.Also the food court is only open in the weekdays.

Super cool and unique layout of the store. My five-year-old a night we casually walk through and it took us three and a half hours. We didnt look at everything and I think we even missed some nooks and crannies.

Its Ikea. Its exactly as one would expect. They do seem to be low or out of quiet a few items.

The employees were all masked, patient, and friendly in spite of the number of people there. I saw several cleaning crews, it was reassuring. I love the things we got, well go back soon!

Love this store! I was looking for a chair, I found one that I liked but I couldnt get to it, they had it closed off with a sign that said to get a staff member. I decided I didnt want to do that, I would just order on line. I went to the as is department and there was the very chair that I was looking at upstairs! And it was a few dollars off. Love this store! As always staff members were friendly and helpful.

It’s the second time in a month that I visited because the first time I they were not well stocked. This second time, even more things were out of stock. Furthermore, associates were not really helpful. You’re on your own throughout the whole experience and there is no chance to ask questions unless you actively search for and reach out to them. They are behind the game compared to Amazon’s customer service and availability.

Very big and store. The location is very convineient. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. More than enough parking.

The online order pickup at this store is such a mess. The online system to get in line when you check in doesnt work, I had to ask a staff person to check me in. This system also appears very hard on the employees. All who helped us were incredibly helpful, but they have 3-4 employees trying to deliver 20+ orders all waiting in a hot parking lot with no shade or walkways. Whoever designed this concept clearly only considered maximizing orders, not quality of service or employee safety. I would recommend going into the store and picking out your items, which is saying a lot considering how crowded the store is and how the inventory is often incorrect on their website. Like a lot of things with Ikea, youre definitely getting what you pay for.

I do generally love IKEA. The people are really nice, the products are really well designed and innovative. However, today the stock was very low. Certainly not their fault, Im sure supply chain is a real challenge right now. But displays looked a little tired like its about time that theyre going to change them out to summer. So, I wouldnt give it the usual five stars but a trip to IKEA is always fun. Customer service is always excellent.

Interesting place. I like how you pick out what you want and then pick it yourself in the warehouse. Too bad there are so many out of stocks.
