We originally started out with a great experience. Nick was very helpful and patient while finding us the right mattress for our needs. We were in and out within 40 min. The mattress showed up to our house early, which was nice, but the guys that delivered seemed in a rush. They not only shoved the mattress up the stairs case and scraped our ceiling, they broke a screen on our hallway window. We called Mattress Firm to inform them, myself once, second time my partner. He even talked to Nick himself and he informed him thatd hed get it resolved. A month later and still nothing. This made our experience turn sour and we definitely will take our business elsewhere in the future. Look out for your property if you get a mattress delivered from this place.

The sales representative, Nick, was helpful but not pushy. He left me to make my decision and chatted amiably as I paid. The delivery team were courteous and quick. The entire experience would have been perfect if the distribution/scheduling people had accurately detailed my setup; the poor delivery team was harried for time because my gold service delivery was not listed nor was the required time provided in their schedule. They also have not been informed about how to open a Purple mattress (there’s a provided special tool, apparently). I cannot be the only customer who needs someone else to lift a heavy mattress or wrestle it open, that’s why I bought the mattress at your store instead of online and paid extra for the set-up service. The information and necessary time should be provided to your team.*Edit - Nick responded to my feedback immediately. He refunded my set up cost and assured me that my feedback on communication will reach the right people. I want to clarify- every representative whom I met was friendly and professional and I would buy a mattress from your store again.

My boyfriend and I went into Mattress Firm today expecting to just browse and get an idea of a new mattress, however after speaking with Thomas and getting some advise- he was able to put us through mattress firms special sleep test and we fell in love and found our dream bed! She ensured that our original offer was honored and handled our shipping very efficiently (both from a data entry perspective as well as timing of the actual delivery...we lucked out and were able to receive it the next morning!She also went above and beyond offering to look up our original mattress purchase to print the invoice as we are looking to resell it...just wow 👏 We were done in about 30-45 minutes all around.World Class service and not something that you can count on often anymore...would send anyone we know her way for a mattress or other bedding needs :)

If you’re looking for a quality mattress, go see Alex Cooke. I knew the bed I wanted going in, so he gave me the pros and cons, and showed me a different bed to have another option if I wanted. This bed was a tad more expensive and slightly better quality. Again, he gave me the pros and cons compared to the other bed. I ended up going for the second option. Alex gave me a great deal which ended up being a few hundred dollars less than the price of the first bed I had initially come in for. Alex is super kind, helpful, very informative and willing to work with you.

It was really nice to be able to try out different mattress types in the showroom - especially right now when there are so many restrictions inside businesses due to COVID. The salesman we worked with was helpful and ended up getting us a better deal on the bed we were interested in. We were also able to set up really quick delivery the next day. I thought Id be waiting a few weeks at least. The delivery team was great as well - in spite of having to deal with a narrow staircase in our older home that made it really difficult for them. So far weve had only a good experience

I needed to buy my first new mattress, but wasn’t sure what type was right for me. I appreciated the help I received from Daryl at mattress firm to try and find which one was best. I liked that he was patient and didn’t rush me, and also very friendly. I was also able to get the mattress delivered the next day and set up. My new bed is great. Overall it was a smooth process.

Excellent service!. My fiancée and I were both experiencing back pain with our old bed and with all of the selections on the market we wanted to stick to a certain bed and price. Alex asked a series of questions and presented what we were looking for in our price range. During our experiences he took notice that my fiancée’s hips were bothering her on the first few mattress selections so he let us demonstrate a Purple 3 hybrid premier. This was more than we wanted to spend but after he explained everything about the bed and what came with the purchase, it was hard to turn it down. A 120 day trial period and being able to return it for a different bed under a different manufacturer was what got my attention. There are a lot of beds out there and they are not cheap so buying the wrong one and being stuck with it was my biggest concern. All I wanted was for my fiancée to return to getting a good nights sleep again so this was what made us pull the trigger. It was kind of hard to put a price tag on that. I placed an order and spent almost $1000 on a queen mattress18 days ago, to have it delivered to my son, in WA; It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Received an email yesterday, saying you “just heard from the vendors,” and you can’t deliver as promised, and we’d have to wait for another email to find out a new delivery date. Received that email two hours ago in the middle of the night. The new delivery date is now more than 2 weeks from now!! Why bother setting up a schedule for delivery, if you can’t fill the order? And like I said, this purchase was made, paid for, with delivery arranged, 18 days ago, Why ido you bother setting up a delivery date 18 days in advance if you can’t even fulfill the order? People request time off of work to be available for an entire day (since you don’t find out until the day before the delivery, what your two hour window is.), and then you can’t follow through? Why does it take over a month to have a mattress delivered? All of the furniture was purchased, delivered, and assembled a week ago. Still just waiting on the mattress

I dealt with Mike, who was very kind and helpful, purchasing experience was wonderful! Prices were great too. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because upon delivery, the frame was damaged so I had to reject delivery and wait 3 or 4 days for a new one to be delivered. So my mattress is currently on the floor, but its still very comfortable!
