It was great service. I came n the store was remodeling so i call the guy pick up n told me to go nearby store 3 minutes walk. Good service n we got our matress n pillows, sheets n matress protector. Now we just waiting for it to come deliver. Hopefully great. Thanks again.

The guys were great. I was there durring a busy time and they still made me feel like i was the only one they had to help yet no one was neglected. They had me all set up and ready in a few minutes once i had made my choices. A real great team that knows what they are doing.

Wonderful place. No pressure sales. Great deals. I had ordered a mattress as a gift, and it was out of stock due to supplier, so they upgraded me to a model that was 400$ more for free and refunded my delivery fee. Thomas Simpson is amazing, also the newer young man, Don is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Daryl (store manager) was quick to greet my wife and I and quickly showed us mattresses that fit our criteria. We were looking for a mattress that was going to last us for a while so quality was a main concern. Daryl was able to point out a few mattresses that he thought would be a good match for us. We took our time laying down on each mattress that he showed us and never once felt pressured or hurried. Even though money was not an issue for our budget, I did tell Daryl that we wanted the best bang for our buck while getting a quality mattress. At the end, we walked out with a great mattress, a great deal and super happy that we had come to this store for our mattress. Will be returning again in the future. Thanks Daryl!

This was our first stop to look at mattresses, Don at the Renton location was very knowledgeable and was patient while we tried various mattresses. In the end he was able to work with our budget and we walked out with two mattresses for our guest bedrooms. I highly recommend anyone looking for some thoughtful guidance to meet up with Don.

My wife and I bought a king size bed a couple of years ago and decided to return when it came to buying a new bed for our 2 year old daughter. While we only intended to browse, we ended up with a great deal that we couldnt pass up on.We worked with Mark who was exceptionally friendly and patient with us. That is super appreciated especially during these stressful times from COVID and the holidays.The best presents are sometimes the ones that come unexpected so we have no regrets in buying a bed today sooner than later. The salesman was plesant and knowleable. We were able to get the mattress we wanted quickly and easily. However the day of delivery came and went with no delivery, and no notice that they would be delayed.

First things First. Alex Cooke. Awesome!He is the ONLY reason for a 5 star review.Otherwise i would be leaving 1 star for Bellingham store3 star for Monroe store5 star for Sealy chill plush hybridAnd 3 star for Purple 4 hybrid mattressIf you buy a bed from mattress firm... Make the drive to Renton.Our experience was a nightmare that started in Bellingham. Then went to Monroe. Endured and ended in Renton.After 3 different beds... 3 deliveries. 2 of which were a joke.... And thousands of dollars (8k +) ... We finally ended up with a split king purple 4 hybrid.First. It took a lifetime to even get the bed and frame and sheets etc... Weeks on end... Repeated phone calls. Delays. Delivery snafus ...lies!When we did get the bed.... All complete.2. we were sold a mattress (Sealy) on the wrong power foundation ( mattress firm 300).. Which could potentially void the warranty due to manufacturer specific requirements.And then found out it was not even the correct mattress delivered (firm vs plush).... We wondered why this plush bed needed a gel topper!! I paid 200.00 for from Amazon. It shouldnt. Only explanation was a firm version deliver rather than the purchased plush. They look identical. ... I still think the Sealy chill plush is the most comfortable mattress i laid on in the showroom. But couldnt risk not getting the right one.... The second time around.So we endured the weeks it took to get the first bed.... It was delivered with out sheets and protector.... So the bed Sat in our room for weeks while we waited for the final delivery. Per the 120 night guarantee. Your not supposed to use the bed without the protector and sheets. Or possible not exchange.Then finally after we got the sheets and protector... We used the bed. Horrible!!! Not the same as the showroom.... Why? Because of reasons above. Wrong power frame. Wrong mattress.etc.... So then finally after a few weeks.... I was in the landing parking lot....Saw the mattress firm store and decided to go In there and explain the situation.Luck had it. Alex was there .... He listened to my whole issues..... And got to work fixing the problem.Between poor service at Bellingham store. The shipping issues between the Bellingham and Monroe store.... The contrasting stories. Excuses that we were told by multiple sales reps.Finally we got great service... A person who listens and doesnt lie... And a new bed and power foundation correct for the mattress.Alex ended up solving the issues.... Handled the return process . exchanges and financial details.The delivery was another story. Not great. Delivery person didnt even know how to do set up and installation. I had to coach him thru the instructions.... 3 hr process of delivery. And install... The second time delivery..... 3rd delivery was a little better.... But still awkward.Bed is crooked in our bedroom. Well figure it out.End of story. Alex Cooke saved the day. Regards to the sales and serviceSimple recap1. Bellingham store sucks2. Sealy chill plush mattress 5 star3. Monroe store difficult to deal with... Except for the woman manager was fantastic and helpful at the end. With getting the bedding.4. Renton landings Alex Cooke stellar performance. Should be promoted to sale rep trainer.5. Purple 4 hybrid... Meh ... Just okay . really great advertising. Not 5 star mattress..... I would of and still do think the Sealy is best.... Purple 3 stars at Best! ....But i am exhausted throughout this process... So i am just accepting the purple.Its a Jello mold.... Squiggle wiggle mattress.... And not plush at all ... Really a medium at best.Hard to explain. Great for watch tv. So so for sleeping.... Side sleeper. 6ft1 inch 235lbs

My husband and I had been researching mattresses online and needed to feel the difference between different styles, but...COVID. We went to this Mattress Firm and noticed that they did indeed allow customers in the store by appointment only, to minimize contact. We went and saw Arthur and he educated us so well on the different types of mattresses (spring, memory foam, coil, etc) and i felt safe in the way we were allowed to test the mattresses. I very much appreciated that Arthur knew out budget and while he pointed out higher quality/priced mattresses, he certainly didnt push them on us! We actually got a great deal on the mattress we bought, a better mattress we intended to get, but at the price we wanted to spend! Even during the check out process when I asked about mattress covers and protectors, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but not at all pushy in any way!!Our mattress was delivered the following day and we were happy with the delivery process as well. Why buy a mattress any where else?

My husband and I had to find a new mattress. We had some idea of what we wanted and we went into mattress firm in Renton where we met daryl. He was helpful in finding our needs. We found the mattress we liked the best but wanted to continue looking around. We walked a little bit further to another mattress store which ended up being mattress firm and spoke with thomas. We continued the conversation regarding the mattresses that we liked and tested out a few others. Thomas was patient and knowledgeable and interesting to chat with while we laid on the bed to make sure it was the right one for us. I bought a mattress mid May, until now no one is able to get the process going to get the mattress returned. The people answering the phone keep saying they will call back, and of course they don’t. One time finally I was told they would send someone to pick up the mattress and I would get an email. Nothing happened. The last straw was when I called and while I’m taking to Nathan the manager someone says something over the phone. Nathan said his “guest” was being funny. I don’t recommend buying in this store. The staff was not helpful at all. Don’t buy here.
