Ive been buying tires for about 35 years. I always went for the most amount of miles for the least cost of money. I never really was satisfied as the road noise was always high and the comfort of the ride with these tires was never what I had hoped for.I looked at my tires to see what size was on there and started looking for tires. Ive only been in Seattle a couple of years and people at work suggested Les Schwab because they could trust them as well as the post purchase support was good.So I picked my tires based on what I had on my the used car that I purchased that is 6 years old and made my appointment. When I got to the store Hannah was there and went out and checked the tires on my car and noticed that they werent the recommended size. We talked about why it was important to get the size thats recommended for my vehicle and I started to talk to her a little bit about the difference between the 80,000 mile tire and the 60,000 mi tire that I purchased. For the first time someone at a tire center explained to me that the 60,000 mile tire had a softer rubber to it and would improve the feel and road noise.I was a little leery but she was right. Its been about 5 weeks and I noticed the difference in the ride and the sound coming from the tires. The tires were $30 a piece cheaper which meant I saved $120 and therefore the cost per mile was very similar to the 80,000 mile tires.Im really happy with Les Schwab Renton on South Rainier.

As I started my 2018 Toyota Corolla Se from the Walmart parking lot in Renton, I noticed my tires warning light is on. I checked all my tires and noticed that the left rear tire is flat. This is 5:28 p.m. on a Friday night. The staff checked my tire and stated that the tire cannot be save since the tire stem broke off. I agreed to have two rear tires change. However, the sale clerk told me that the only tire they have in stock are two Continental 215/45R-17 87V True Contact Touring tires. I asked how much per tire and the sale clerk stated $203.99 per tire. I thought this is expensive. After I left with the new tires, I googled the tire and found out Discount Tire sold the tire for $135, Tire Rack at $134.99, Walmart for $140. Talk about price gouging.

Very professional service. The person at the desk, Jacob, was quite knowledgeable and provided plenty of useful information. Replacement of four tires and alignment didn’t take more than two hours which considerably shorte wait time than other counterparts.

I came in for a flat tire repair and the staff was phenomenal! They were friendly, cordial, and polite, and took care of my needs immediately. I called two other places that were closer to my house but they both declined my late afternoon request, but this store got me in and out within 30 minutes. Very professional staff, received a free inspection + repair quote in 15 minutes after simply walking-in with no appointments, and another 15 minutes after that to replace the new battery for a chrysler 200 sedan. Will visit again for any repairs and replacements.

Ive always liked this branch of Les Schwab. Hannah is always very helpful at the front desk and I have found everyone to be trustworthy in their advice about the safety of my car.

I took our 2002 Toyota Prius to this shop to get a wheel alignment. That part was ok, but a young man named Cody D P (thats what it says on estimate he gave me) came out and in a frantic voice told me that the front struts were blown and needed to be replaced right away. The estimate he gave me for this work was $986.11. I took the car to our regular mechanic who has over 35 years of experience and happens to be a good, trusted friend. He is also ASE Certified. My friend found no problems whatsoever. The vehicle has also been to a different tire shop later for a wheel alignment. They ran an inspection and reported to me that the car was extremely well maintained and they found no issues. Since the encounter with Les Schwab, we have driven the Prius over 40,000 miles with no work needed to the front struts. I recommend that you watch out for Shark Attacks and definitely get a second or third opinion when dealing with this shop. Ill never go near a Les Schwab store again!

On May 4, 2021 I was at Les Schwab 710 Rainier Ave S Renton WA 98057 between 8:15 am - 9:30 am. I went to repair my L rear tire, they found 3 nails on that tire and they notified me that they had patched and siping the 4 tires for which I paid 66 $. That same day in the afternoon the dash light came back on indicating that a tire was running out of air. Due to being very busy, I continued to fill the tire at my house until today May 15 that I had time to make an appointment but in Les Schwab de Marysville WA 98270. That day in Renton the damaged tire was placed on the right and not the left side which was where was previously. Today in Les Schwab Marysville they showed me that they placed the patches but they never removed the plastic and did not seal them and also cut a piece of tire apparently by accident which caused it to continue to lose air. Today then I decide to buy the 2 rear tires to be able to drive in peace and not continue having the same problem. I am writing this email because you should ensure that employees do a good job and in a good way. I visited this place now because I needed help and I lost more. Here I include pictures of the poor job they did at Renton WA 98057.

One of the most frustrating tire experiences Ive ever had in my life. After waiting an hour I was told by Jacob that my tire was dry rotted and that he just was going to give me the keys for me to leave. Understandable. I assumed that they patched it. So I asked how much and he told me oh its free because we couldnt patch it. I wouldnt have known that until I left and my tire was still damaged. Then I settled on a new tire for them to put on, waited another 20-30 mins just for them to tell me that their inventory was off and they didnt have the tire I asked for. So of course, they upsell me on another tire. I have no choice because I cant leave with a damaged tire. I was offered nothing but apologies for my inconvenience and had to pay the difference. Terrible experience man, nonchalant and minimal customer service. I feel like they just got me on buying a more expensive tire.

Luckily it was not too busy. Got in and out quickly.

I loved Les Schwab!I was there recently to get a second opinion on a recommended wheel alignment and get a nail pulled from one of my tires.My dealership told me they couldnt remove the nail because it was too close to the outside wall of the tire.Not true in my opinion, the nail was only in the last tread before it reached the outside wall of the tire.In other words, nowhere near the outer wall of the tire.They also told I needed a wheel alignment, due to the wheel miss alignment, the tires wore unevenly and told me to be careful because Ill need new tires very soon.I then came to Les Schwab asking them to check the alignment, not telling them what I was already told.They informed me that I did not need one, all was fine and removed the nail also letting me know that I wont be in need of any new tires for approximately 4500 more miles and said the tire wear was fine.If I wouldve believed in the advise of my dealership, I wouldve spent an unnecessary amount of money by prematurely replacing tires and buying a wheel alignment I did not need.Hooray for Less Schwab, honesty goes s long way, guess who Ill be purchasing new tires from when Im really ready for them? 🤗

Dont buy tires with them they tires are bad. I bought 4 run on flat tires with them for 1687.80. They end up wearing out sideways just in 6 months. They told me no warranty1😡😡

I came in the late afternoon. They were particularly busy at that time. Their parking lot is super small. I ended up having to just kind of park where I could. Hannah, the person at the register, is great. I dropped my car off on a monday at 5 pm or so. Jacob called me when they opened on Tuesday to run down prices for tires and alignment. All the prices included tax. He was also very nice. I asked them if I could pick up Wednesday morning, because I had a meeting at work. He was super obliging. I ended up being able to come later that day anyway, but I appreciated ther willingness to keep my vehicle for a second day. Their customer service is top notch! Super professional. I will probably always get my tires from these guys.

I love Les Schwab! They are very attentive and cater to the customers! They fixed my tire for free right when they were about to close! I have been coming to them for years and they never let me down.

They got me in and out within 40 minutes. It was a busy day for them and they looked understaffed but worked hard to get everyone taken care of. Not my favorite location as it is a small building but they did what I needed and thank them for it. For anyone concerned, they practiced covid safety measures.

So done with this place. They can’t seem to get much of anything right. Had a tire almost fall off. They are not careful with their work. Also my tires are always wearing out way too early because they can’t figure out how to do a decent alignment. We are moving and so I am happy I don’t have to deal with this place anymore. Good riddance.

Took my truck here after the Firestone on Rainier told me they couldnt align my truck until I sawed off my tie rod ends. LOL. Anyway, Les Schwab did get my truck aligned fine enough and I figured I finally found a reliable shop but when I took it back in to get the wheels rebalanced, I was told I needed to get a new rear tire. Took it to where I bought the tires and they confirmed they replaced it, but their techs were actually laughing at how bad a job the previous shop (Les Schwab) did at balancing my tires, and they rebalanced then for me for free. Waste of $70. This is getting old- if anyone has a good and reliable shop let me know.

Once again the guys at this Les Schwab come through in a tight situation. Called last minute about a wheel hub that was on the verge of separating from my truck. They said to swing by any time, so I stopped by 15 minutes later and they had the truck fixed like 2-3 hours later. No drama, no surprise charges, just pure professionalism, timeliness, and respect. Thank you guys so much for always being there for me!

Dropped my car off, took the bus home... now I get a call saying they jammed my key in the driver side door and cant get it out after I left a note saying to use the other door. Dont know how they did this, it has never gotten stuck in the door before... now I get to take the trip all the way back because they apparently cant follow basic instructions or be allowed to handle a car...Edit: the door and lock they jammed my key into (even though I told them not to use it) is completely broken and I am losing money on the job as it drastically slows down my delivery times, as well i cannot affotd to fix it. Thanks for costing me money and breaking my car.Edit: its been weeks and no one has contacted or reached out to fix what they broke. I filled out the forms and have been waiting, I guess a civil suit is my only option now. The links and customer outreach mentioned below are just to make my complaint seem less valid. We had to stop here because we noticed our tire pressure light on and we were heading back to Spokane in a few hours. Didnt want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere for who knows how long. Turns out we had a nail in our tire. They told us that they can repair it but we would need new tires. They repaired it and didnt charge us for it. That was so awesome and nice of them. They are all friendly and helpful. If we lived in Renton they would be our tire store for sure.

My go-to place for tires for 30 years. I love the service, usually. Today I waited over an hour to get a flat repaired. They are always super busy and just like the commercials, they run everywhere. Maybe if management wasnt so cheap they would hire another person so these poor employees would have to work under such stress. And their customers could get in and out as fast as the employees run!! Listen up management, loyalty only goes so far!

Les Schwab offers complimentary tire repairs, even if you didnt buy your tires from them. I assume a good will gesture toward future customers. Its first come first server, but I was there less than an hour from check in till I was driving away. I know Ill be back, next time Im shopping for tires.

They were so helpful with our faulty battery. Tested it and replaced it for us at no charge. Love their warranty, they definitely came through. They operate on a walk in basis, so dont get upset if theyre busy when you show up.

Quick reliable service. They worked with me on payments for tires since mine were illegally bald. Costumers need to know how to check their tire tred. If its too bald they arent allowed to do anything to them till changed.

They got 2 stars for the tires, they have always been quality. Ive been a customer since the early 90s but I dont enjoy getting yelled at. I have no reverse on my car so I had to park it funny but it was out of the way of everyone and this huge man came out YELLING at me I cant park there which scared me so bad that he put me into meltdown. Im autistic and I have severe PTSD so going anywhere or doing anything is a milestone, after leaving here I had to go sit in my car for 3 hours before I could even function. After another bad experience at the south Everett store, this was the straw that broke the camels back.

They had me in and out of there in less than 45 minutes and it was all free. Had a slow leak, internal tire gauge was fixed and a pre trip check. I will go to this location again!

The wait with them was kinda long, but its expected for walk ins in my opinion. Theyve always been friendly and did a good job for me. One time I had a huge flat at Fred Meyers down the way and call them see what they could do they actually sent someone to come pick me up pulled the flat off and went back and replace the tire. I got the tires at a reasonable price. They completed the service when they said they would. While the put the spare back in the trunk, they didnt put the jack, tire iron and the rest of the parts back. Really???

I wouldve given 5-stars but the wrong part was installed inside the 2 new tires I purchased. Had to return twice because my tire pressure warning light kept on popping up. Luckily on my 2nd return, an eagle eyed repairman saw the problem & fixed it properly!

Repaired my flat tire at no charge, everyone was nice and the process was faster than they suggested. Also, there’s a popcorn machine, so my bias for popcorn will give them a 5-star.

I took my car to LS because of a nail in one of the tires. LS sold me 2 front tires for $340.00. As for the nail, they said what nail and were ready to let me drive off with a nail in my rear tire. They did not inform me that there was no nail in the front tires, but replaced them anyway. They only repaired the back tire when I told them that was the reason for my visit. They showed no reaction to their incompetent service. BTW, NO OTHER cars were being serviced. SAVE YOURSELF - DO NOT GO TO RAINIER AVE. LES SCHWAB. I will be taking my car to another tire center to examine the safety of my tires.

It started out good and ended bad. I went to them to have my tire repaired (it had a small hole in it). They fixed it pretty quick and didt over charge or anything. I didnt think to check my car over before leaving the parking lot... huge mistake. When I got to my next destination (which happened to be in Federal Way), I looked back at my car and saw a large dent right above the tire they had fixed. There was long scratch mark too. I called them up and told them about it- making sure to be friendly to them, because accidents happen and I wasnt terribly upset. They told me to come back in and file an insurance claim. They took pictures and so did I. It took three weeks for their insurance lady to send me a letter saying they were denying my claim. They thought I took too long to get back to them (it was the same day and when I got to my next destination!). I called her up and talked to her. Once again making sure to be polite, but I shouldve been rude, because she gave me the worst attitude ever! She said that the workers said they didnt dent the car, there for they didnt. And it probably happened on my way to the next location- But I was driving and the Les Schwab manager told me it was a difficult place to dent, so Im sure I wouldve felt it. She asked me why I hadnt seen it before. Well besides not feeling like I had to look over their work, it isnt as noticeable at certain angles because of the way the light hits it. Even though it was on the drivers side (right next to the gas tank). They admitted there was no dent upon my arrival, but claimed there was none after I left too. I guess my car just decided to dent itself? Thanks for giving me an attitude, calling me a liar, and putting a dent in my car. Much appreciated.

Noticed a low front tire when leaving work and made it to Les Schwab just before they closed. They patched it and I was out the door within 15 minutes at no charge. Always fast and friendly service whichever location I find myself at. 10/10!

Amazing, I always buy my tires from Les schwab. Great people, great guarantee, great customer service. Popped a tire (I do a lot of wood working, Tons of screws in my garage). Had gone to 3 different shops, each one wouldnt patch the tire, instead tried up selling me to one of their brands. Took my tire to Les Schwab (note, Was not a Les Schwab carried brand) and they not only patched it but also found the cause of my rear drum brakes squeeking, only chard $30 for that repair (vs selling me a new set of drum brakes). Awesome Shop, plus had a friend who use to work their, their employees get a Holiday Bonus, not a lot of companies do that, very respectable.
