Always great service with knowledgeable baristas!! Love the fact that the owner comes in to work at the stand, and, from what the baristas have shared with me, treats them REALLY well!! Comparable prices to Starbucks, but Id rather support a small business than a big chain. PLUS they have great coffee here!!Coffee so good, almost gone after only 20 minutes!!

Normally the coffee is decent and the baristas are friendly, but my last visit was awful. The barista was so rude and kept interuppting while we were ordering. When I took my first sip of my drink, it was SCALDING hot and burned my entire mouth. That was the type of coffee that could cause burns if spilled. I will never come back here again. Its been days and my mouth is still healing.

White coffee tasted like chalk and watered down. zero flavor even with syrup. 7$ to toss the drink isnt worth it. will not be returning.

My husband absolutely loves their signature Grizzly drink (hot). They also have lovely cake pops available.

I love this place and the ladies that work here. Their coffee is awesome. They have a convenient program where you can load money under your name and if you have it set up you dont even have to hand them $ when you come through. You also earn a free drink after 10 purchases. On top of that, if you come regularly theyll likely memorize your drink, making things even easier. They are friendly and quick. (The line does get long, but thats to be expected when with a place as good as this.)

Love my 32ounce spiced Chai Tea w/ vanilla syrup, iced. Very clean, respectful establishment. I have loved Black Bear Coffee Company ever since their beginning! Big recommendations to stop on in & give em a try! You wont regret it! ☕🍵

I have visited Black Bear Coffee quite a few times in the past 6-9 months and I really wish I would have stopped in sooner. They have a loyalty program and allow you to enjoy a casual conversation (or not, if thats your preference) while they whip up some extremely tasty caffeinated beverages. I am a huge fan of the Grizzly and go for the 20oz on Friday mornings to really start my day right.Wonderful spot.

I’ve never been to Black Bear Coffee Company but they did accept a fraudulent credit card charge May 24, 2019 when someone used a clone of my credit card. I had to close my account and deal with all of the related issues this $6.71 transaction has created. I would suggest they ask to see ID when presented with a credit card for payment.

Black bear coffee company has such great coffee and I love my morning chats with the ladies! They remembered my order super quick and always have the best recommendation when Im feeling something different! :D

This is a drive-thru with some tables by it (I didnt expect that). My coffee was good. My muffin was similar, and everything was well worth the price. The service was AMAZING. The workers there asked about us and helped us pick hiking trails for our trip. One even called her mom to ask what a road was called.

Visiting Seattle and hands down my must stop in whenever I’m out here again! Coffee is amazing and the girls working are always in the best mood!

Love this locally owned coffee stand! They remember my drink order, my childrens drink orders and even my mothers drink order and she lives in West Seattle and only goes there maybe once a month. Always friendly, always delicious. Oh and to the guy that no one hears pull up, does your car not have a horn? A quick little beep and they would be right to the window.Just a suggestion. =)

I go here all the time. The ladies are awesome, great at making coffee and redbull drinks, and are fairly quick. They also serve and support many local police. I recommend going here and supporting local business!

My wife and I go to this coffee stand daily, we had a problem before with one of the girls not knowing we were in the drive thru but since my last review, shala the owner has installed a motion sensor in the drive thru eliminating the issue we had. The coffee they make is fantastic, and all the girls are very friendly! I recommend this stand for anyone looking for good coffee and fast service!

Baristas have had a tough time mustering up enough energy to be friendly. Only reason I still get coffee there is because I like and support the owner.

Best-tasting espresso in Renton (Caffe D’Arte) BUT... I’m editing my review because they recently changed their policy without warning. It used to be that you bought ten coffees and then you got a free one. Now, they do a rolling average of how much your coffees cost and on your “free one”, you very well may end up having to pay for it! Seriously, this is lame and not how you treat customers.
