Staff is friendly and can hold a conversation. The coffee is good but the ice cream is amazing! I wish it was a little bigger so that there is more seating inside (during fall/winter). When its warmer out, the outside seating is fantastic though. Been there 4 or 5 times now but never during busy hours. There has always been a ton of parking and speedy service.

Dinner here was perfect!! Hot roasted mozzarella panini and turkey mozzarella panini… so delicious! The ice cream is also delicious!!

Such a fun atmosphere with good vibes and friendly service! I’m a huge fan of the patio outside and pretty lights. Sometimes they have a food truck parked in front which makes it a spot you can hang out with friends at for hours. Ice cream selection is always great and they make a mean affogato! Definitely recommend!

I love the outside patio for meeting up with friends and neighbours - it is essential!The location and the concept for everyone to meet at Cloudbreak is the best solution for upper and lower Kennydale as well as surrounding areas!They don’t take cash - note that!I wish they can have a little french bakery there with a good coffee they already serve.Food truck stops by around dinner time at cafe if you are tired of cooking at home.

This is the cutest cafe in the area! Pastries were fresh, ice cream portions were beyond expectations. I’ve been coming to cloudbreak for a little over a year and all current baristas are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and willing to make any order that I throw their way. I definitely recommend coming here! I am now a loyal customer, and in regards to all the negative reviews, the coffee is very good quality and the service is great! So excited for when they get the food trucks to come back out in the summer!!

Also I have been trying to find a coffee shop that serves breakfast sandwiches and theirs are AMAZING. This is such a great atmosphere with great coffee, food and customer service. Got a scoop of praline and an ice chai latte. The person who gave me the scoop made the scoop as large as possible, so a big plus for that ♥️ its located in a residential neighborhood, theres parking, its clean, and the mood is good! Would go again.

Its a shame, because I really really really wanted this place to be good. The coffee is meh, the pastries are uninspired and just... Ok... But the worst part is they understaff. When you go to Starbucks there are always 4 people running around when its busy. Saturday morning they were slammed and there was 2 people! The wait times were such that I bet half the people probably wont come back. Which is a shame because I want this place to do well. Its being squandered. The line out the door wraps around the building, and the line to get your food from the counter is nearly that long.

Waited way too long in the drive thru. Was excited to finally get my coffee but when I tasted it, it tasted watered down. Also from looking at the reviews I can tell that a lot of them are fake and they’re just trying to boost there rating.

The Bacon Omelette sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in a while. The service was absolutely wonderful!

It was a very busy time, mid morning on a Sunday and it took close to 30 mins for them to take our order. Im currently pregnant and was hoping to order a decaf latte and all that time waiting, was told they were out of decaf. Hopefully they will get their efficiency down better for future experiences. It was a bummer.

This is a new place. Well kind of new. I ma glad that it exist, and especially because it is open very late for cofffee window service. The area it is located in really needed a good coffee stand that was open late. I have already used it several times since I found out about it a month ago.

Fantastic location, really great customer service and delicious drinks. Highly recommend this place. The covered outdoor deck is taped off so its social distancing friendly. They have some food but also have food trucks that go there which I think is so fun. Love this place, will definitely be back soon!

This is a neat, new neighborhood coffee place. The kids love coming for ice cream and the food trucks on Fridays and Saturdays are a nice touch. The staff have been great too. This has become our new go to coffee place.

Some of the best espresso in all of Seattle. They use Olympia Roasters coffee, which always delivers, and a beautiful Slayer machine. I hope they keep the quality high as they surely grow their business going forward. Looking forward to when they begin offering pourover too.
