I just wanted to take the time to express the impeccable customer service provided by Faith And Sihara!!! They have both went way above and beyond their duty expectations! They have helped us find a solution were numerous other cricket customer service reps could not assist! I hope these ladies are recognized for their outstanding service!

Bought a new Motorola phone from them came in 6 days later still have an issues with it they said they fixed it after I left it was still having issues came back couple days later they wont replace my phone or fix it or anything because its out of the seven days that they warranty it even though I brought my phone in before the warranty was up. I went to another location which is owned by a different guy and they were willing to give me another phone and I can just pay the difference and they couldnt do it because it was owned by a different company but this company in Republic wont do it do not buy from them. Dont buy from the Republic location the West Chestnut location or the North glenstone location cuz its the same owner and they will not help you out even if its on them.

Dont use the Republic MO, west Chestnut Expy and the north Glenstone locations. The owner of these locations doesnt take care of the customers he ripped my husband off on a new phone he paid cash for so we had to buy another one from another location that is owned by another person. The one by Walmart on bypass and Sunshine manager was awesome.

This place was so helpful to me tonight! I had bought a new phone through Apple and brought it in to this Cricket store. They helped me remove my Cricket Sim card to put into my new phone. The manager even helped me set up my entire phone and probably spent 30 to 40 minutes with me. She was so knowledgeable and so kind. This is a great store and cricket is a great cell phone provider!

Very pushy on cases, give incorrect info on phones, and backtrack when called out. Phones work well.

My whole life changed for the better when I got my Moto/Cricket unlimited data. No contract phone. I pay $52 per month. Why didnt I do this before? It does things that my Galaxy/ATT could never do and apps others pay for are pre installed. Never buffers like my Metro PCS did constantly.

Came in a couple months ago, the gentleman was not very helpful and very rude, I almost decided being against Cricket up until recently, I tried giving them another chance and going in again to try to save money. I noticed a couple new faces, they were very friendly and helped me get set up and answered any questions we had. Im glad I made the switch now, they said we could come in anytime we needed help with anything on our device. Very nice team! Hoping last time was just bad luck

Honestly, I would put a 1 star here but I remember working for a cell phone provider before and understand it isnt fun. But still very dissatisfied with all three of the in store visits I have had at this location. I had a great experience with the store in Springfield off sunshine by Wal-Mart and westbypass. But nothing like that here.Every time I have been in, not only have they not been able to answer my questions, they have also been very rude. There were a different set of young people working here on each occasion, yet I speak you truth when I say each pair was too busy flirting, touching, playing and one even was making out when I needed help. Not exactly helpful. I tried to give this store another chance... Twice and sadly was just as upset each time. Not to mention they take lunch at weird times and go together, thus locking the shop up for their time together.My wife has hearing difficulties and was also treated terribly, the man even complained to me about her hearing difficulty when I called to clear some confusion up. Thats not exactly assisting to people with disabilities... He was very arrogant as well.I see a now hiring sign at this store, Im guessing other people were fed up with the current staff as well. A suggestion, and this coming from someone the same age as these people, try hiring someone fit for the job, even if they are a little older, of even a younger person with some maturity between their ears rather than some random kids just because they are fun, hip or because its just the cool thing to do now. Or the manager they always seem to call for help with questions when I come in... Where is this person? Why are they not keeping an eye on this place? Hopefully your experience is better than ours
