I went to the Republic Mo. Verizon Store to buy a new IPhone. I was greeted by Ryan when I came through the door and he helped me with everything I needed and did a great job! I left the store with my new phone ready to use and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a phone!

He got me a phone that I wanted pretty quickly. The only issue I had was he was getting annoyed with me that I wasn’t purchasing any of the extras. Like phone case, charger, air pods etc. I only had enough money for a phone that day. I think the employees should understand that a little better than get annoyed with the customer. Which I cannot believe the iPhone 12 doesn’t come with a complete charger. that’s absolutely ridiculous.

I came in as a new customer a month ago leaving with an understanding that I was signed up with auto pay. A few days after my bill was due I get an automated call saying it was past due. I call back to the store and they tell me over the phone that they can only help me if I come in. I go in to get it resolved and they say they cant help on the situation and dont seem to care. They say they can only help prepaid customers. I ended up getting ahold of Verizon and resolving it and learning a little about what I get with my account. Russell Cellular barely gave me info.

These guys are fantastic! They went above and beyond to help me get a new phone; PLUS I was able to find the perfect birthday present for my mom!

The guy helping us was super nice and friendly, and I really appreciated all his hard work, but we inquired about promotions last week and were told about a few but were not told they were expiring in a couple of days. They didnt have the phones in stock and had to order them. When they got the phones in, the promotion we needed had run out. We were there for 2 hours just to find out that the promotion was gone and we couldnt afford the service so we left with nothing. It was upsetting because we were very excited about switching companies. We greatly dislike At&T. I wish phone stores kept a proper inventory so we can purchase the day we inquire about pricing and specials.

I started off at a Verizon retailer in Aurora but after waiting an hour they could not help me with the simple task of replacing a current phone with another that I had. I showed up to this store and was helped right away. They were able to get my phone switched over very quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great job!

The customer service here is EXCELLENT! My Verizon account was hacked and fraudulent activity occurred. I immediately went to this store and they took care of everything! They were super knowledgeable and eager to help! I am so appreciative of their services!

Wasn’t in a good mood when I got there due to phone issues. Ryan did a greate job and got me back out in a timely manner.

Great store with knowledgeable staff. They were very friendly and helped me save money by switching plans. They also have a wide variety of cases, speakers, watches, and other accessories that make this a one stop shop for all your cellphone needs.

Visited store to have fourth phone added to my account. Was met very quickly by newer employee ( was constantly asking how tos from other staff). Very quickly found out that this store was unhelpful and unwilling. After 10 minutes of being told we cant do that.... or were not authorized to do that, I stood up and dialed 611 to speak with Verizon directly. Quickly found out I was dealing with a local franchise and was offered to resolve on the phone or to visit Verizon office on Battlefield to resolve. I traveled to Springfield too visit Battlefield location where I was handled like the only customer in town. WOW, will not return to republic Russell cellular store. Thats too bad since its closer. Would not recommend this location. Think twice and drive the extra distance.

Poor customer service. Poor product knowledge. I ordered my replacement phone on line in no ute with no issues. I always have issues with the Repuplic Verizon location. It could be because theres a new face ever time I go in there. I wont be making that mistake again. Ive been a Verizon customer for many years and I love the coverage but this location isnt good for the Verizon name.

I needed to return a phone . So they ordered one . It was going to be here in 2 days . The salesman said two daysI gave him my number . I drove from Nixa to republic . The phone didnt come in and might be, in 7 days more days . Why didnt I get a call telling me not to make a trip .I ask for a refund and gave them the note 10+ back with in the 15 day return policy . But I didnt get a refund for my pix 3 xl . Or 2/3 of the 140+ taxas .They dont need to worry about selling a phone or the . tab s 6 to meTime to find a new provider .

Just went in tonight on 2-5-18 to look and ask questions the guy who was there was very rude and didnt care about what he was doing the whole time when we pulled up he was on his phone and then as soon as we turned our back he went straight back to his phone... Also this guy had no clue what he was talking about... Seems like he is just there for a paycheck he shouldnt be in sales that is for sure... And verizon is not getting our business thats for sure....

Tried to con us into phones. We backed out and are still dealing with their mess 2 months even though we didn’t walk out with phones or service. BEWARE: if they say your number is having issues porting they just need to contact customer service. RUNNNN! That’s how they attempted to trap us.

I went there and the girl that we talked to was clueless on anything and then some redhead lady stuck her nose in and was very rude and before we were done she say bye was the worst customer service ever anywhere so we went up to Springfield and had great service and she missed out on a good sale when we got done we bought 2. New phone and 2 tablets along with the cases for them all.

Terrible customer service. When they mess something up they lay the blame on you as a customer. There is also a new employee that has no knowledge of any process the store uses. I would suggest going to a corporate store that has structure.
