Terrific experience at this NTB! First time I had a flat, so brought my car in to get it replaced. Dan and David were both super friendly - they explained to me my options, walked me through pricing, and gave me a concrete timeline about how long the work will take and when I could come pick it up. Everything was transparent, professional, and efficient. The new tire runs great. 100% recommend.

I was shopping for tires and decided to stop at NTB in Reston. David was extremely helpful and explained everything on their estimate. Although I decided to hold on replacing my tires I was very impressed with David and the transparency of the estimate. Highly recommend NTB.

I have been purchasing my tires at this NTB for years and have always been fully pleased. Several times the staff helped me locate hard-to-find tires for my car, persistently calling around the country until they located and ordered them. Most recently, they helped me locate and order special wheels and winter tires for a newly purchased car. When the merchant who sold the wheels sent the wrong sizes they helped me get the problem corrected. The manager, David, has been especially helpful over the last couple of years. I will not purchase tires from anyone else even though there are closer stores and service centers. Ive read the other reviews and it seems they are talking about a completely different place than Ive experienced for years. These guys are great.

Make sure to double check the pricing. My 25 dollar oil change was 38 dollars until I spoke up. There was literally a sign in front of me saying 25 dollars. Theyll try to rip you off

Very satisfied with their service, they dont try to sell you unnecessary work and I think they are the cheapest around town, plus their online appointment booking is very convenient. People complain theyre slow but theyve always done my services on reasonable amount of time.

Limped my car in because it was the closest option when I had a breakdown on the highway. They were able to look at it quickly even though they were busy, and when the repair turned up more problems that were beyond the budget and scope of what was discussed, David notified me promptly and even waived the fee for the diagnostic work and the labor already performed. I went in by chance but the excellent service I received convinced me theyre the mechanics for me going forward.

I am a car guy with a couple of classic cars as well as daily drivers. I brought my 2013 Kia in for service (alignment). The work was done in a timely manner and the quality was great. As I waited I watched the team work with other customers and deal with other clients with various repairs. Andrew, the new manager, was proactive and really treated each customer and their challenges with the utmost care.As I sat there I realized I had found a place I could trust with a standard brake job for my 50 year old mustang. I spoke with Andrew and he told me about his mechanics experience with new and older cars. Mo knew his stuff and I found a place to do the work.The thing with older cars is you never know what may have been done previously and what could happen unexpectedly. So you really need a mechanic that is honest as well as one that is not going to get frustrated when it turns into a puzzle that needs to be solved. My job turned into the puzzle and they worked on my car until they solved the puzzle. They found issues that I was having that I was unaware of and solved them.This car is a special car and they treated it as such. They were more than fair in what they charged me and I feel thankful that they made my car more safe. I would highly recommend the team at NTB Reston for any work.

I pulled into NTB cause my tire was low and as I pulled into parking lot i saw two of the guys in the back run to hide with what looked like beers in there hand and another guy wiping his face. IDK what was going on but I will never return to this company. It was my first and last time. Store looked run down and full of junkies.

I needed to get my oil change done and they were able to get me in and out under an hour. They explained everything I needed for my car and quoted me the work. Andrew, Rogelio and Willy are very knowledgeable on cars and I trust what they say. They are not pushy on trying to sell stuff .I will definitely return back and recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent service today. I had a damaged tire, made an appointment over the phone, and was in and out in an hour. I will definitely be going back to this location in the future if I need service.

Good fast service on a tire replacement.

Every time I stop to have my tire pressure checked, the team at NTB are quick to help me and get me on my way. It’s easy to drop my car off before work and pick it up at the end of the day. When my battery died, they were willing to let me use one of their portal chargers to jump start my car. After I got my car started, I dropped it off after 6:30pm and they stayed a few minutes after hours to replace the battery. I’d had a rough evening and appreciated the time they took to fix my car and get me on my way.

Great service at NTB today! So glad we purchased our tires through them because they provide insurance for the tires after purchase, which has saved us a few times. This morning I discovered one of my tires was leaking air due to a screw and called for an appointment. They got me in this afternoon and fixed it no charge. How strange, supposedly today I had an appointment, they already ordered my tires and a man with a beard did not want to attend to me, he started talking on the phone and he did nothing, he only did bad service, he didnt want to attend me

Honestly, these guys are awesome. The manager knows a ton about tires and is willing to talk you through your purchase. The techs are great to and make sure everything fits and works right. All around super happy with this shop.

NTB is awesome! I completely blew a tire and had to be towed in. Willie was great. He took care of me quickly and jumped through hoops with my warranty company to get it covered. Im glad they were the closest shop.! Ill definitely be back!

DO NOT GO HERE!6 hours to do oil change and tires.Oil all over my door after it was done.These people should not be running a shop.They messed up my tire sensor and told me it wasnt them amd them called me a liar when I told them about the light coming on after they serviced it.Its been a month and its still on. I would rather pay a real tech to fix it then taking my vehicle back to them. Will never be back even if they offered me free stuff.

Had new tire installed. Two months later, it developed a slow leak. They said tire is fine, probably the bead is no good. They said there is NO WARRANTY for the bead that had been done! Said I could just pay a tip to have it re-mounted, which I did. Shady stuff here. No warranty for the proper installation of the tires they sell you????

I am very happy with my service experience. I called from my car dealership (who was not willing to fit me into their schedule for over a week and a half). Erik fit me in that day and provided excellent service. He called when he said he would call and kept me informed the entire time my car was in for service.

My friend and I realized we had something dragging under his car, or possibly a problem with one of his tires while commuting west on the Dulles Toll Road. We limped the car west to Reston Parkway, and pulled into this NTB. The guys immediately put my friends care up on the lift and found the left front undercarriage cover had busted loose, most prob ably the result of some steep speed bumps we traversed in Tysons) and broke away fully when we pulled into the NTB lot. We asked for all four tires to be inflated, which they did and sent us off for no charge!! We tipped the technician anyway and off we went. The service was speedy and fantastic!!! Stop in and they will take care of you!!

I needed two new tires and when I came in I got the best prices in the area. The manager Andrew described the different tires available for my car and he recommended a very good tire with good tread wear. The mechanics did look over my car and advised what maintenance items are coming up soon so I can plan accordingly. They weren’t pushy at all and also provided me with a very good price for what the upcoming maintenance items will cost. I now have a shop that I’ll always take my business to and I’ll recommend this store to friends and family.

My second time visiting this location and am glad I did. Gomez, the service manager, took care of all the questions I had and even went out his way to suggest what i should do to maintain a well driven vehicle. Definitely coming back for future maintenance.

A few months ago I dropped off my car around 9:30am and expected to have it done and available for pickup later in the day. This was for an inspection and oil change.When I thought it was strange that I hadnt received a call after a few hours around 4pm I decided to call and ask if it was ready. It seemed they had forgotten my car was even there after asking me what the make and model of my car was. They went to check and came back and based just on the sound of their voice I could tell they totally had forgotten.Another hour goes by and I stop by to pick up my car at 5. They look at me like a deer in headlights because they had forgotten about my car again, letting me know they hadnt event started. I have no choice but to sit and wait for them to finish my car. There ended up being additional issues causing even further delay which had me sitting in the small waiting room for another 2 hours. Luckily they had The Office playing on the TV which I enjoyed.The work ended up being good and the staff was friendly enough which makes it difficult to leave a bad review because it might have just been an off day, but having to check on the same service multiple times just to get an inspection seemed a bit unreasonable. Might be worth trying them because the staff seem knowledgeable about cars and friendly when assisting you but based on my experience its difficult to recommend this location.

NTB has great pricing on tires and are good with maintenance type services. Always get my oil change done here. They let you know about things that may need to be done with the vehicle WITHOUT high pressure sales tactics. Their overall tire prices came out to be at par or better than Costco. With better options and locations for service (rotation,balance) I made the switch from Costco after 10 years

Really nice folks. Helped me quickly when i was in a jam due to fords awful bimetal lugnuts. The professionals here took care of me and my car quickly and for a fair price. I will do business here again!

I go out of my way to come to this location, like 30 minutes out my way. The customer service is amazing and they do not oversell you on services. Drew is a great manager and treats every customer as VIP. I highly recommend this location, they can get packed but it is well worth the wait. Free Wifi is available for those who need to work.

Been going there for years now - the guys are great - Andrew is awesome and you feel like he is looking out for you and takes the time to explain what is going on. Nick has been very solid as well - you can tell he cares as well and wants to get the job done right. The mechanics including Mo and others have been super friendly as well and will take time to explain, so I never feel like I am getting taken advantage of.

Honestly, what a waste of my time, I would NOT recommend this place. I called in the morning to see if they had same day appointments for a conventional oil change. The guy told me to bring my car in at noon. I went to drop my car off and he tells me that I wont be able to pick it up until 6 PM! It would have been nice to tell me ON THE PHONE that it would take 6 hours to get my car serviced. I wasnt planning on staying at work that long so I asked for an appointment the following day.The next day I come to drop off my car and the guy tells me that I have to purchase synthetic oil for my car. For some background info, I have had this car for 10+ years and NEVER had to get synthetic oil. My car is able to take conventional OR synthetic oil, so I have always opted for conventional. NTB employee insists that I pay for synthetic oil because his system wont allow him to override for conventional oil. I am confused because again, Ive never had this issue anywhere else. My 2008 vehicle has been operating on conventional oil this entire time. When I refused to purchase synthetic oil, he said he refused to service my car. What a waste of both my lunch breaks. I am never going back there again.

Staff is nice and courteous. But, appointments are meaningless, I had an appointment for 2PM, they didnt get started until after 2:30. Waited over and hour and a half to get an oil change.

Went here to get a plug put into my car tire. They charged very reasonable rate for it, and the mgr. (Andre Long) was actually very knowledgeable about other tires as I asked him. He really knew his stuff.

Awesome I had a little emergency to put some Fix-A-Flat in one of my tires and when I pulled in I immediately had service to put air in all of my tires 🌞🎆

This location needs a new crew. They are paid on commissions and it shows. They appear to be dishonest and disconnected from the customer experience.I bought my tiers at Merchants in Tysons corner, but with the merger/re-brand they closed that shop. I got a flat tire right around Thanksgiving so I came here to get it replaced as they said they would honor the road hazard warranty. That experience was alright. They got the job done in a slow but acceptable manner.Then this last week I got a nail in another tire (I know it was very frustrating to lose a second tire in a few months!) When I came in to get that tire fixed that is when I noticed all sorts of issues with this shop:1. They charged me $40 more for the second tire than the first. I understand warranty schedules can be irregular, but a $40 jump over 2 month period for a tired that is rated for 80,000 miles seems very suspect.2. The demeanor of the staff is very poor--even for the auto care industry. The guy at the front said: I could lie and say this tire has more life on it, but when we send it in they will check it. And later on that day he also mentioned Things have been busy. ... but busy is good because I got to pay the bills and I am on commissions. which didnt help his case for credibility.3. It took them 2 - 3 hours for a job that takes about 20 minutes. I had an appointment for 3pm. They told me 45 minutes or less. And I didnt leave until after 5pm when my wife called a second time saying she was going to be late for work that evening.4. They didnt tell another customer his car was done. The poor customer was sitting there waiting patiently an extra 20 minutes past when his car was done just because they didnt say anything about it being done until he approached them again asking if it was ready.5. There was another couple sitting there waiting for a tire to be patched. They were told it would take about 45 minutes. Yet again they didnt even pull their car back until after an hour. The guy started cussing up a storm and they finally pulled his car back into one of the bays.6. And during this all the location manager was sitting in the back doing something on his phone eating Wendys.7. And to cap it all off, someone else from the NTB chain came through and as he was walking out the door publicly scolded the office manager telling him the shop looked like a mess with tools everywhere and that if he didnt pull things together and get his crew to step up in the next day or two he would be out of a job.In short, I agree with the regional NTB rep. This location needs a heavy overhaul.

Nick was very helpful and has a wonderful personality. Also heard him helping out a bunch of other customers, some were easy and one was rather difficult. But he did a good job of keeping everyone happy. He even have some great advice to a couple of customers regarding future services and how to save money. Nick may have had some misinformation regarding the package I had previously purchased but didnt charge me extra regardless.Smallish location but its relatively close to shops and restaurants in case you dont want to stay in the waiting area which is small and right next to the front door. Service was quick even on a Sunday morning but I recommend having an appointment.

This place is a scam. I went to get a simple state inspection completed and wanted to charge me $180 to change 3 light bulbs. I ended up changing them myself, went back a few days later to reinspect and told me I failed because a light bulb was still out. I replaced 3 light bulbs and then the tech told me I mustve changed the wrong bulb. AVOID THIS SCAM. Go next door to Wygul where it’s cleaner the customer service is WAY better.

I had an excellent experience here. NTB really does guarantee its service - even on an oil change. Andrew, the manager, clearly explained exactly what was the problem and how it was going to be solved. He also made all arrangements to accommodate me while I was without my car. Excellent service!

I had a nail in my tires so I had to come here it was the closes option at the moment well 6 month later I need front tires go see on the back tire what size I need go look at the front and there 2 different sizes then I look in my door jam and the front tires is the right size but yall gave me a wrong size back tires all 4 tires should be the same size great i wasted 400$ on 2 tires that I have been having problems with the back tires every since well thank u for the waste of money I guess Ill be going to pep blys at least they know right right size and dont try to up sale u.....

I had steel belt popping through a tire. These guys got me in just before closing. New set of tires, alignment, the works for about the same price as the dealership. Great service and they saved our vacation.

This place should be the measure of which all other stores are measured. The manager (Andrew I think) took great care of me, and made me feel like I was one of the guys. Not once did I get that slimy feeling I usually get at other shops, where they try to take you for all you are worth by highly recommending unnecessary service. I was advised properly (I play dumb to see if they are taking me for a ride, Andrew was honest and knew his stuff!!!), and the staff under-promised but OVER-delivered. Others need to take notes... This is how its supposed to be done. Thank you to Andrew and the rest of the staff (sorry I forgot their names)... You guys have a great crew...

I ordered two tires from TireRack for my Tesla Model 3, and had them shipped to this store. My front and rear driver side tires had to be replaced due to road damage which was the reason for the visit. When I arrived, they did their best to try to get me in before the end of the day which was much appreciated. Johnathan who worked on my car, did a fantastic job in mounting my low profile tires (35 ratio). I would also like to thank Tommy for taking the time out of his busy day to help me inspect the tires for road hazard eligibility. I strongly feel this NTB goes above and beyond all others in the area to help its customers out, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely make this store my go to place in the future.

LOOK NO FURTHER THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!! Andrew (the manager) knows without a doubt how to run a successful business. He and his team were incredibly polite, responsive, and prompt. I showed up later in afternoon needing all 4 tires replaced and in somewhat of a time crunch. Despite the store being quite busy they managed to get me in and out in a timely manner. 11/10 would recommend this experience to anybody. This location has made me an NTB customer for life.

I had to have a slow leak repaired in one of my tires. They were very professional and prompt in their service this morning. In fact, they completed the work in less time than they said it would take. Even better, when I called yesterday afternoon to ask if they would be able to repair it then, they were honest and said they would not be able to do it, but they would get me in first thing this morning. I will keep returning to this shop.

They told me it was going to cost me $380 to change my brakes on my 2004 Toyota Camry after they already had two of my tires off... Which was way more expensive than buying 4 brand new tires for my 2012 Mercedes. After putting my tires back on my Camry, my car made extremely weird sounds and just as told today one of my decently good tires is no longer food and cannot be fixed. I dont know what they did when they put my tires back on my car but Im sure they did a poor job. Not to mention, the three men behind the check in desk talked about having sex with girls the entire time I was waiting there... Over priced, inappropriate behavior and poor service.

Usually i am LAZY to leave reviews for places but this place is seriously the BEST and the manager is amazing. Hes been there for a long time and ive seen them since 2015 ish. Never ever had a problem. And the the guy david is super cool too.the time he promises to get things done its the time it turns out to be everytime. Please go here if u must. Convenient and local. Decent price and quick turnaround. They forgot to put my center cap back on but had it there luckily when I noticed a few days later.

Just don’t go to this place. Got a routine tire change about a year ago. During this change, they busted my tire sensor - obviously should have replaced it myself. After busting it, they tried to tell me I had to pay to replace it. After that ridiculous idea passed, they replaced it for “free”. I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised when it malfunctioned a week later and I had to come back in. They sent me to a partner shop a few miles away where I waited for an hour before they sent me back to the first place. A year later I have just taken the car back in to fix the exact same sensor. The car has been well maintained otherwise, so it is no coincidence. Horrible service, quite rude, and obviously lowest quality work.

Came here because I had a coupon for an oil change and had a great experience. They were great at explaining what work was needed, they didn’t pressure me to get work done by them, and the. Went above and beyond with their service.

I like to take the cars to this place, Andrew, the manager is always available and corteous. They take the time to explain the work and services, also give you advice and options. Their work is guaranteed!

I dont know how to put into words how incredible this Reston NTB team is...but I will try...I was in a horrible tire blew up on the way back from work rush hour situation...hit a curb and just destroyed my front right tire...had enough life left in my tire to make it to NTB Tommy (my personal hero) comes out behind the desk very concerned about my tire...reassures me its very fixable if we have the tire in stock...luckily the tire is available...within 30 minutes I am in and out and on the road again...never in my life have I been in better mechanical hands...ever....amazing...so amazing....

Had an amazing experience at NTB in reston!! they did not only help me change my oil a couple of months ago but also helped me get my car up and running in no time! On a jam packed saturday they took me in and were able to get everything I needed in no time! Avoid this Shop!!! Beware!!!NTB changed the Starter Motor in 11/2017 (after I replaced new Battery in Auto Parts) for my Camry and again had starting issues this week (12/2018). When I called them (after diagnosing in another place that its Starter Motor issue), they told my 12 months warranty has been over few days back. Hard to believe that new Starter Motor worked only for 12 months? Or did they put refurbished by charging $475+? I replaced the same Starter Motor with Labor (with lifetime warranty!) for $270 in another place today. Initiating the charge back / dispute with my Credit card company today!

In todays world, the concept of Customer Service is lost among many auto repair shops. That is not the case here. I can tell you first hand, that you will not receive better service anywhere else. I was given a free oil change after the manager saw how long I had been waiting in the lobby. It is the little things like that which keep me coming back time and time again. Nick runs a great shop over there, keep it up boys. Thank you for being one of the few trustworthy auto shops!

Tried to get a safety inspection here. They failed me for old windshield wipers and a bad bulb which isnt even a useful light, but thats fair. I told the guy Id see him Monday to get the reinspection. He says cool see you Monday. I go back Monday and the other workers tell me the inspector doesnt work on Monday.A. Who doesnt work on Mondays?B. Why did you tell me to meet you on Monday if you dont work then?Inspection issues otherwise, get your batteries and tires at Costco, literally half the price even considering membership fees.

I am from out of town and had a flat tire. I called around and NTB said they could fix the flat in two hours. I showed up after 2.5 hours only to discover they had not started on it at that point. I received thee more estimates on finish time. None were accurate. I finally got my car back at the end of the day. 5:30 pm. When I got into the car the low tire pressure light was still on. The service adviser clearly lead me astray and should have told me up front that it would be an end of day job. I would have kept looking.

Paid almost $27.00 per tire for mounting and balancing the tires i bought off of TireRack even though TireRack has a special pricing with their installers and this location of NTB failed to provide any level of quality in workmanship and customer service. When i took the car back in i am told that i am going to have to pay them again to have the tires re-checked whether they are out of specs.

Triple check your bill. I asked for the basic install, they charged me for the deluxe. I asked for 2 tires, they charged me for 3. The kids that work here get commission, so they have every reason to upsell you services you dont need and to accidentally overcharge you. The tires they installed havent fallen off, so thats something positive I guess.

This is by far the best experience ive had at any NTB location. Juan and Ziya are very attentive they helped me with my car inspection. Although the place was packed they made time to get my inspection done. Id definitely recommend going to this NTB and ask for Juan or Ziya, theyre awesome!!
