If I could give 10 stars, I would. An actual live person answering the phone on the first try... quickly scheduling a safe and socially distanced in-person appointment and then taking 90 minutes to walk me through a complicated process with endless patience... understanding and accommodating a two day turnaround request to have a special Christmas gift on time... actually taking a genuine and enthusiastic interest in my project... Laura did all of that and more. She made all of the work a pleasant experience and the end product exceeded my highest expectations. At Lauras suggestion I am adding color to my second photo t-shirt blanket and its even more beautiful than the first. (I will post that picture when done). Without question, a first-rate experience all around!

Custom Ink has outstanding customer service! I worked with them recently for family reunion shirts, but today I only needed one shirt; therefore I had low expectations that they could/would even do this. My grandson’s birthday is in two days, and he is an excited high school freshman football player who just found out his jersey number two days ago. Voila! Custom Ink had a shirt that they could print with his “number” and have ready for tomorrow—complete with school colors. I got an email three hours later that the shirt was ready for pickup. It looks great and even greater is the personal treatment I received. Custom Ink is a business other ones should emulate—they are terrific!

Excellent service. We needed t-shirts for our baby shower with a quick turnaround. We were able to get our order within a day or 2. One shirt had to be delivered and it came quickly as well. Don, provided us excellent customer service that included great ideas to make our shirts pop. People thought our hip hop/fresh princess theme was so cool and the shirts just made it better. My husband and I will be using Custom Ink in Reston store again!

Customer service was the best! I started my order online but wasnt very excited about it. There is store near my house so I just stopped in one afternoon. The customer service rep, Bidkart, was available and spent about 40 minutes helping me modify my design so that I was excited about it! No pressure to order anything so I took another week to make sure it was what I wanted. Bidkart followed up with emails and price quotes. When I was ready to purchase, I was able to go back to the store, tweak my design, try on shirts, and then place my order. It arrived in less than 1 week. I am very happy with my tee shirts. They look great!

I needed a small order of shirts before the website delivery date, so I called the Southlakes store and Ginger was helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and she placed my order for me. The staff finished my order early and were super efficient and pleasant when I picked up my order. I highly recommend Custom Ink for this customer service!

Exceptional service and quality products. My first order was a custom embroidered logo, commemorative polo shirt for my team. I need to see/feel something before I buy it, so I needed a prototype before I was comfortable enough to place the order. Don (the store manager) worked with me at great length to help me out. While the prototype was not the same shirt and the image was only screen printed, it was enough for me to be comfortable with the order. They arrived significantly faster than expected and were a big hit with my team. They came out beautifully and I wouldnt change a thing about them.Needless to say, when I needed a last minute custom T-Shirt, my first (and last) call was to Don. In a matter of hours, the design was approved and the shirt was ordered. While I have not received them yet, I have high hopes that I will be as happy with them as I was with the first order. I have faith and confidence that if, somehow, something goes wrong, Don will ensure it is made right.Don was exceptionally helpful in both cases, specifically he offered suggestions on the design and how to make it exactly what I wanted, as well as shirt options and recommendations based on what I was looking for. Don at Custom Ink was so incredibly helpful designing my custom buttons for my Ladies Movie club. Oh that is right they DONT do custom buttons but his designs and helpful manner were so exceptional that I ended up buying tote bags for my club instead. I just have one request of Custom Ink, have more things you can order small quantities of and do BUTTONS! I had to get the buttons someplace else but you guys could have had all my money. :-)

I decided to visit because I had great things from friends but I will not be back. They say they offer same day printing but do not tell you they only have a limited amount of shirts in selected colors they can do it on. Also the quality what you would expect it to be based on photos. Looked like it was ironed on. Felt like I was being pressured into spending more money by the people working there. Only good thing was how quickly they can get shirts done.

If you need a lats minute present for someone you know, choose an image of something important to them and bring it to Custom Ink to make a custom t-shirt on the same day. It’s fast and it’s fun. Brianna was great. She helped me design two promotional tumblers, one in the store and the other over the phone and email. I did attempt to design on my own prior to making an appointment and coming to the store, I would have never been able to do what she did. Through the design process whenever I had different ideas or changes she would male time to discuss over the phone when I could not articulate the changes in an email. The ordering process was explained and very easy once I decided on the final design. The tumblers have come out great and I have been getting feedback on how good they look. I would highly recommend Custom Inks services. I came up with an idea for custom shirts at the last minute for a race I was running in in less than a week. I called the store and immediately spoke with someone who was very knowledgeable and quickly informed me of the options available to me. They were extremely helpful with the processing of the print and showed me what it would look like once completed. I had the order placed on a Tuesday and the shirts arrived by Friday afternoon. The athletic shirts were awesome and I had no issues with the quality after a 10 mile race. Please be careful of the sizing of the shirts when ordering. I usually wear a medium, but sized down for everyone as the shirts were larger than normal.

We wanted a custom tee for friends’ 80th birthdays.We dawdled and were afraid we had waited too long.We called the South Lakes store and Jeremy answered.We shared our idea based on a several years old article by Dr. Oliver Sacks in the New York Times.We wanted a tee with the periodic table symbol for mercury, Hg, centered on the chest.Mercury is number 80 on the periodic table.We made an appointment for 30 minutes after our call and headed over to the store.When we got there, Jeremy had researched our idea and had a design proposal better than we had imagined.With our approval, Jeremy printed 3 shirts.One for a friend turning 80 this week and two others for a brother turning 80 in February and a friend turning 80 in August.The shirts look great!Jeremy was kind, thorough, and charming.Planning and moving forward was a breeze.Jeremy did all the work!He is a credit to the organization.Well be back.

Im really impressed by this location, I normally order just online and call it a day. I was in a really tight deadline this time and wanted to surprise my boyfriend with really cool tshirts for a tournament he had that week. I called this location and Brianna was very helpful. My order was initially done online but I transitioned to the Reston store for a minor correction to my order.From the start of the online process, the web interface, quick shipment, and responsiveness of the Reston store, I had a great experience.Someone in Custom Ink (or maybe many people) has given serious thought to the customer experience.When I contacted the Reston store to come in with my adjustment (I believe I spoke to James) they were responsive, had me set up with an appoint the next day, and when I got there Brianna had already pulled up my order and it took maybe a minute to get the change in.Follow-up was fast -- I had an e-mail within 15 minutes explaining next steps and a timetable. Brianna even remembered my contextual detail, that the shirt was for a gift to be shipped to Seattle. Great attention to detail. I would trust them with detailed work.

Outstanding service and quality at Custom Ink in Reston. I needed 32 knit ski hats for a golf society. The order required custom embroidery on the front and back. The front had a fairly complicated graphic design. I was a somewhat demanding customer and asked for several modifications on the design. They were great and cheerfully made modifications until I got exactly what I wanted. When I finally approved the design, I received the final product (32 knit hats) within a couple of days and the quality exceeded my expectations - quality of both the hat and custom embroidery. The price was also reasonable. Great service and Custom Ink is nice addition to the Reston community. Thank you Susan for all of your help.
