I know Starbucks isnt good for cappuccinos, but having tasted cappuccinos from a few Starbucks, this one was by far the worst. I knew it was going to be awful after having watched the guy take literally 45 seconds (no exaggeration) to make it. The funny thing is that I was the only one in the Starbucks, so why even rush? But yeah, that cappuccino tasted like someone literally just poured milk into a cup and handed it to me.

This is my go-to Starbucks. The staff are all wonderful and I constantly feel welcome.

This is the first time that the coffee is made just as I like, I really enjoy it. The service is awesome, they are really nice and know how to do their job; my name was misspelled and I usually dont care but she fixed right away... really nice of her! Definitely coming back!

I have a service dog. Legally, a business is not allowed to ask. I walk in and the employee, without a hello, says Is that a service dog? twice. I say yes and then we remind him hes not allowed to ask. He responds with I was told to by management to ask. I believe him. Really. I wont shoot the messenger. But management needs to know their laws. He was very apologetic after and they tried to compensate for the issue. I said there was no need because I’m not that kind of person. I just want the manager to know that he or she is putting his/her employees in a bad spot and it’s not right. Otherwise, everyone is very nice and I love the location. it’s usually never horribly busy.

I really disappointed about this place. The ladies were taking my order. She doesnt get it right and she act very ruth to the customer. She ask me to repay the drink when i already paid for it. That is ridiculous think i never see at Starbucks store. Probably never come back this store.

I used to work in the Town Center about a year ago and would frequent this location almost daily - in part to supplement my caffeine addiction, but also in part to see the friendly baristas who always brightened my day. Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee wherever you get it, but the staff here is what makes this place special. They genuinely care about the people they are serving and it makes all the difference.I moved out of state, but came back to visit family last month and stopped in to get a coffee. The only face I recognized from the line was Greg, everyone else was newer since I had moved. I was blown away as I got to the front of the line and heard Greg repeat my usual order and say how have you been, Melissa? Its been a year since I was last in there and they see hundreds of faces everyday. I didnt expect him to even recognize me, yet alone remember my name and my regular order. This is the level of care they exude.Shout out to Greg for making my day! You are amazing and I miss chatting with you!!

I always love Starbucks, but this store is tiny with an odd layout. They have 4 seats total against the window. There was a crowd of about 20 who packed the store while we waited on our sandwiches.

Horrible horrible. We ordered 2 drinks at 7pm on July 2nd. Drove away and started drinking our drinks. Yuk!! Is it the end of the day coffee?? So disappointed.

My favorite is caramel macchiato. Loved the way they make it. Thanks 😘

This is one of the busiest locations for Starbucks Ive ever been to. There is not much seating and there is always a line. Despite this, the staff always manages to provide great service with a good attitude.

5/23/2020 I found a hair in my wifes drink. When I took it back not one person apologized. I pointed out the hair they shook their heads to knowledge but did not apologize even when they saw the hair!! The guy that was the barista about 510 heavier set was rude. After he made us a new drink which he read the drink order from the side of the cup the drink was wrong. He made a frap soup. When we took it back and told him that it was wrong he turned his head to the side and asked what was wrong with it!in an agressive manner. Which was the most unprofessional thing I had ever seen. Completely unsatisfied with this location and will not return.

This Starbucks is one of few I consider kinda small space. NO room for any bar stool type of chair. The only space to work or get online is back in the corner(only seat 2-4 peoples max.) The other is right outside(you wont see me trying to even sit out there on a HOT and steamy day)which the both time I was there the weather was very steamy.

Staff are very nice and answer any questions I have. I drink tea but I needed to avoid caffeine for my stomach and they pointed out all my options. They also explained the new rewards system for redeeming bonus stars.

Very rude evening staff. This was a year ago though so maybe they are better now. But it was rude enough for me to remember a year later. An evening staff member badmouthed me in front of a date behind my back.

There is no enough space inside it. If the weather is good, the outside tables are amazing to sit on. The menu as most of Starbucks branches. There is no difference.

Im not personally loyal to Starbucks (its convenient), but I AM loyal to the baristas here. They always take care of you. So this review is for them.Everyone at this location is super friendly and always on point. I have a couple of health issues that mean my order is always a little complicated. Red always makes sure my order is made right and has a kind smile for everyone. Even when slammed, they are personable. I recommend this location for the excellent staff.

Friendly staff! We had an issue with a coupon and everyone was very patient and helpful. Im not usually in the area, but the couple of times I went were a good experience.

Great customer service.The staff is fantastic. I come during the day and the staff manages to keep track of all the people who work nearby. The location is not good if you are looking to sit down and hang out, but it you are looking for a well run shop that makes a good cup of coffee, then this is the place to go.

Nice Barista but I was disappointed with parking. Thought it was free on weekends. But the service was wonderful and enjoyed my cup of joe!

Maybe it was only today but the cashier couldnt get the order right. Ended up getting it fixed by the barista but still there was a upcharge for syrups never ordered.

I like this store for its kind personnel, the coffee and prices are the same. It is a very tiny shop but its clean and bathrooms are accessible.

The staff is actually very friendly and your drink is made very quickly. This isnt a knock on them. More the location. Its not a place to hang out or get business done. Its made for customers to get their drink and get out. Very little seating (5 seats total at a small bar), very cold and the wifi kept crashing. Had to leave after 15 minutes because I couldnt get any work done. Wouldve stayed and bought food and another coffee, but not at this location.

The staff is friendly and attentive! Everything I order always turns out how I expected and desired. The layout is a little awkward and I have heard others say this, but it personally doesnt bother me and also in a way helps the line flow more smoothly. This is the only Starbucks I go to now and jt is so convineant because I live in Reston Town Center. Highly recommend going and seeing for yourself rather than reading all these poor reviews. You wont be disappointed!

The baristas at this location do not know what they are doing. Multiple times they have incorrectly made drinks adding excessive syrup, completely ruining the drink unless you want diabetes. Id recommend going to either of the other two starbucks nearby (near chipolte, near best buy).

During a cold night stopping into here and grabbing their seasonal salted caramel coffee completely sets the night for me.

Every once a while I have been visiting this store within the last 6 years. The locationwise, within the Reston town center area, youd not be surprised that this store always is almost busy. Seating area, inside and outside is smaller and less than many other Starbucks stores. It has the same level of quality and price as other Starbucks stores in northern Virginia.However, I have seen the number of mistakes, to handle the customer order, is higher in this store. It happened at least 3 times for me, they missed something, forget my order, or giving a wrong one. This is not low for me because I usually order a simple coffee or similar.Other thing is their restroom. One of them are out most of the time, and the other one not clean properly, which might be understandable for such a busy store, but not all the time.

The place was not busy at all. I ordered a Venti 6 pump, no water, light foam chai because I love the taste of chai. I get this all the time no matter where I go. At this location though I felt like I was drinking a large cup of warm milk with 1/2 pump chai

Went to this place yesterday and the customer service is really bad. I asked for chai and requested it to be extra hot and i was not sure if he heard that so i asked him again to confirm if it is extra hot, then he replied very rudely saying he heard it first time and slammed the cup on the counter very hard. I felt really bad. I usually go to this place daily and would never go back again from now

Ive been a Starbucks customer for a long time. I order custom drinks and in every other site Ive been to, the drink is spot on. With this store, I hit the wrong drink and them when they remade it, it had the wrong mix. I was disappointed.
