Buyer beware! Shady long term business practices + review inflation.Ive used this storage unit for years, back when it was small time and owned by a different company. When Public Storage took over, they sent me a new contract for ~$140 for just a 5x10 unit. However, the same units today are being advertised for roughly $70 a month online, just about half the price!I got a cold call to my personal phone a short while into the account being new asking a filter question or two, then asking me to leave a review if I liked the service. This is one way companies get legitimate positive reviews for their service. The trick is oftentimes that you ask customers after the glowing white glove initial period, and not several years into the process.So, buyer beware! Lots of storage facilities do this, so these guys are not alone with this. If youve been caught by this as well, Id encourage you to leave a review documenting your experiences as well.Best,

Ive been using this storage facility for nearly 2 years. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is meticulously clean. No hassle, no drama, and nicely secured. I would recommend public storage to anyone looking for storage solutions at a fair price and with good service.

Public Storage has recently acquired EZ Storage. Prior to the acquisition I was an EZ Storage customer for ten years. I was skeptical at first, but the new facility manager Terry has won me over! There have been many changes, all for the better, and I’m looking forward to maintaining our working relationship for another ten years. :-)

This is a very professionally run storage facility. Units are all climate controlled and extremely clean, with easy to follow directions and completely security-focused procedures. Patrick is also a great property manager who was very informative!
