I had a really great experience at this store. I came in wanting to purchase a new phone and Juan was super helpful in getting me the best deal and setting me up with everything I needed. He was very personable and knowledgeable and made buying a new phone a simple and easy process. Would highly recommend and would return for any future needs or purchases.

These employees knew exactly what they were talking about and what they were offering the whole time. I felt like I was in such good hands and wasn’t pushed into making any phone decisions. More phone concierges than sellers and it made for such a wonderful experience!

There is no reason to go to this place compared to a proper Verizon store. They add unauthorized insurance to your contract as part of the customers protection without asking for permission. They also have their own set a fees that sound the same as Verizon fees, so you end up paying double. Drive a little further and go to a real Verizon store and save yourself 80 bucks.

The whole team at Verizon Russel Cellular in Revere is by far the best in the business. Top notch customer service.

Only one person working with 4 people waiting absolutely no help this is the second time I have been to that store and have left without speaking to anyone I dont think I will go back there again well find another Verizon store somewhere

Not bad service, my experience was good the only thing I was not to happy with was the service charge for changing my information from one phone to the other, for someone who has bought a $1200 phone and added accessories should not have to pay the store $25 especially when corporate office does not charge business account any type of fees, but I do understand the authorized dealer pain.
