This is the worst place to do anything. I went to change my son’s phone over to another phone and she charged me the change fee there but never put it on my account. Even when we were there the lady was being so rude. I’m calling corporate on this place because either they need new people or they need to shut this place some from all the other reviews this place should had been shut down. I won’t stop until something is done this is the worst place ever don’t come here don’t waste your time because you would leave unhappy.

The young lady which I believe is The Manager is very rude and ignorant. She tries to shut you right down like you are interrupting her. Anything you ask of her its no, no, & no or I cant, I cant, & I cant. And then if you continue to hold your ground (because you are right) she tells you to call Customer Service. When you call Customer Service (which believe it or not has very limited affiliation with the stores other then running some special deals & phones) they do anything they can to accommodate you if its possible. I only go to that store if I absolutely have to. Plus if you pay your phone by using myMetro, the MetroPCS website, or by calling Customer Service you pay only the agreed amount for the service such as the $40, $50, $60 etc. no service fee or tax involved such as $43.change, $53.change or $63.change and of course this store doesnt tell you that because the store gets the service fee amount & tax. I could go on & on but Ill stop now. Just avoid this store if at all possible there are a number of others near by within a few miles.

Do not ever buy anything from this place youre unsure of, I spent over 400 dollars there for a phone and a bluetooth but when I realised the bluetooth was weak in sound quality and wanted to return it with my receipt in hand they denied me and said only if its defective we can take it back . I will take my business elsewhere for now on.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service. The receptionist has a headset in her ear and she doesn’t care what you’re talking about. I left the store withoutsolving my problem.

Customer service here was terrible. I was a long time T-Mobile interested in changing my plan from 4 lines with T-Mobile to two lines with MetroPCS. I researched the MetroPCS plan I wanted online and decided on the $30 unlimited talk, text and data plan. This plan appealed to me because it offers a $5 discount per line so two lines of service are only $50.Two younger ladies were working on Jan 3, 2017, around 6pm when I went there. When I arrived at the counter, neither bothered to ask, how may I help you. There customer service consisted of succinct condescending answers to my questions. Furthermore their answers werent even correct because they told me that the $30 unlimited talk, text, and data plan with 1gb of 4g lte data didnt qualify for the $5 per line discount. I was charged $101 for the 2 Sim cards, activation, and 1 month of service for the two lines.The next day I called MetroPCS to confirm my plan and found out that I was signed up for a different plan than what I requested. I had been signed up for a promotional plan that included 2 lines of unlimited talk, text and 6gb of 4g lte data for $60. I used the automated system to change my plan to the one I wanted and was charged another $10 to make that change. In the end I got the plan I wanted thanks to a machine; no thanks to the service representatives at this MetroPCS location.MetroPCS should really consider replacing their rude incompetent service representatives with kiosks that sell you the phone, Sim card and the plan you want. I say this because the one capable of getting me the plan I wanted was a machine that was much more pleasant to deal with than the ladies who assisted me.

The staff is very rude, I went yesterday to pay my phone bill the stupid girl literally through my card on me and insult me that I had to call the police. I wanted to talk with the manager but she pretended to be him.I really wanna meet him to report this to him but I dont wanna see her face again.Worst store ever because of her all my family is going to switch to another company.

Sales Rep was so appallingly insolent I thought I was at the Registry next door. They are trained to be rude and miserable at that establishment. I thought this place was a sales,service and smiles place. If youre looking for that dont go near this place.

There is this stupid woman here date 3/9/16 time 2:42 pm she doesnt know how to run visa bank card saying her machine isnt working properly then i walk to next door bank atm and now she is refusing my cash payment then she pick up the phone and call 911 on me over making a simple phone payment.hope store manager or metro pcs sees my comment.
