My experience with Faye at Century Flooring and Decor was very fulfilling! From day one she was knowledgeable and provided me with an abundance of options for my wood flooring. She utilized all available resources, including technical product support, to help me choose the best product for my home. Additionally, communication was easy and her response time was quick. The installation was straight forward and was scheduled earlier to accommodate my travel plans. The overall process was smooth and transparent. I would highly recommend Century Flooring and Decor to anyone looking to have their hardwood floors installed/replaced.

Faye was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We were having trouble finding flooring we liked. She brought samples to our home for us to look at. Her goal was for us to be happy. At the end of day we were very happy with the floor and the installation.

Faye was very passionate, understanding, professional and organized. She gave me a great deal for my flooring project and my fireplace. She provided great installers and kept up with the entire job. I had a great experience working with Century Flooring and Deocr and I look forward to doing more jobs with them.

Faye and her team were very professional, kind, and patient. We hired them to install window coverings for my whole home, a new construction property in Menifee. They had a large selection of different coverings from many different brands. Faye and her team came over to take measurements and have my fiancé and I look at their samples. At no time did we ever feel pressure to select a certain covering over the other. We ended up deciding to get wood shutters, the installation took only half a day and they look amazing!

They were very organized and finished the project on time.They give free quotes and send someone to take measurements all free or charge. Prices are very reasonable.Their team is very friendly and have a wonderful showroom in downtown Rialto next to DQ. They recently remodeled their showroom, it looks wonderful and serves as an example for their professional work.

The person I spoke to and worked with was named Lynn. She was very professional and did not pressure us to buy. We left her store with all kinds of samples and ideas. When we decided to purchase, she was available on several occiasions to answer all of our questions. This was a simple / easy transaction and we will go back when additional carpet is needed in our home! Thanks Lynn, and thank you Discount Carpet! 0 STARS!!(system MADE me select 1 before being able to posting review) Worst decision I’ve made to go with them to buy my blinds! That took long to come back because I now know that the company he uses are made in China!Mike has by FAR the WORST customer service!! You would think he’s a “professional” and take responsibility for a mistake I believe he made but no rather he blames the customer! My mistake for relying on thinking their professionals!He came and measured ALL my windows however some way somehow he missed one of the main ones in the living room when they came to instal I called him and he said you only wanted 7 windows I told him originally I asked for a quote for 7 over the phone before he even came and measured them I asked about financing which they offer! Since I was approved when he came to measure I told him if I’m gonna finance I’m gonna do all the windows, which he started measuring all in front of me then when it came to signing order he wrote down 7 but I was having other things done at same time I didn’t catch that it wasn’t all the windows so I signed it but I did see him measure that one window “missed” since it was one of the main ones so I don’t understand how being one of the main windows I need covered(being the living room and my neighbors can see in) it was the one missed. When they came to instal there was an extra blind in with all mine which they thought it was for that window missed but it was a different color which I now believe it was Mikes mistake but of course he insisted I only said 7 windows.. You would think, if he really thought that was the case, he would HAVE ask me which window I didn’t want covered which he NEVER did! That would have been a simple fix as I would have told him again “ALL WINDOWS”!! My husband and I saw him measuring all windows after I told him “ALL WINDOWS AND SLIDING DOORS”! Also he didn’t have much of a variety to show me when he came to measure, he only had a small little sample of the balance which I thought were all going to match but no, once installed I realized the sliding door were these ugly plain ones that I did not like at all! At same time I called to complain about the missing windows he said “the ones for sliding doors are completely different you should have told me you wanted the same”, well I’m not the professional and I don’t do this all the time! I don’t know what I’m suppose to be asking, however I did ask if the balances were going to be like the sample he had all he said was “YES” but NEVER specified that it would ONLY be for windows and sliding doors would be different! If that was the case I would have asked him to match them all even if it was more $$ since I was going to FINANCE the whole thing! I was planning to remodel my showers thru him since I was approved for a good amount thru his finance company, but I would NEVER recommend him again being that he was so rude to me his customer service was one of the worst I’ve had!I wasn’t TRYING to get anything free and I’ll have to pay for it regardless but I WILL NOT give him more business regardless of the so called “DISCOUNT” he offered me in exchange not to post a bad review!! I went with another vendor which orders from a company here in the US and had it in 3-4 days.. I don’t see much difference in quality if anything this one does look a bit better! At least they match and I’m happier with this other place and their customer service most of all they too agreed it was MIKE’s mistake and thought for inconvenience the “right” thing would have been is to give for free!!I regret not finding this place before and rather giving them my full business even if I was going to pay out of pocket!
