The installation was done very professionally. The installers are very honest, experienced and friendly. We will continue to use their services for our future projects.

I couldnt be more happy than to find Juan and Liz, she was leaving and I needed carpet she said I will wait for you . Her store was easy to find right next to the animal hospital. Liz was real nice showed me what they had bought a nice looking carpet and 8 pound padding then I said I need it installed tomorrow she called Juan and he said okay . LOVE LOVE LOVE the service and the product. Not only was the staff 100% helpful and courteous, the end result was just as great! I worked with Liz who helped me pick out the flooring and sent me extra samples when i decided on different colors. Then, the day of install, all the workers were friendly and covid safe! They came in and knocked the job out quickly and beautifully. We are so happy with the flooring and the gorgeous baseboards. This small business feels like one in the best ways. They take care of you the way you want every company to do. The carpet we wanted had to be ordered, which can take extra time during the pandemic. Liz was up front about the possibility of a slow arrival and kept us posted as it was ordered, shipped, and received. It actually arrived ahead of schedule, but my contractors were behind schedule; Liz was understanding of our situation and worked with our ever-changing calendar. We actually had to reschedule our Friday installation on Thursday evening because the contractors werent done, again! She was so kind and squeezed us in that Saturday. Juan and his assistant worked until the job was done perfectly. He reminded both me and my husband about their installation warranty, encouraging us to call if we find any issues during the one year.This business may not have bell and whistles or a fancy website, but they treat you like a person not a paycheck, and our carpetlooks fantastic! We HIGHLY recommend Juan and Liz!
