Everything was well stocked. N the employees all were patient n very helpful.

We shop here once in a while it’s mostly grocery but it’s well stocked. Although with COVID there are some holes.

This walmart is a complete disaster, they are always out of stock on something and to make things worse THEY NEVER HAVE SHOPPING CARTS AVAILABLE!. I literally had to stalk a costumer to their car to get theirs. The employees inside are rude. On top of that you have cashiers working as security Self check out is pretty convenient until you have a full cart of groceries. Ill keep going to Stater Bros, yeah is a bit pricey but you cant compare their amazing customer service!

Small but for the most part one stop shop for groceries electronics are locked up in the front. And self-serve registers are available only with a employee standing by to help.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. They were out of alit if things, but as it was a Sunday that is understandable.

They have been without grocery baskets for months. Very hard to do shopping when you have to shop. It makes you have to drive across town to another location.

Shop till u drop on great priced merchandise. Nd to eat its always a great time to stop at juan pollo . Or other places close by. U might even find an in-house restaurant at Walmart. Come by stop for a check on this Walmart nd the great things it offers even customer service is fantastic. Promise its got Ross close by too . So u got choices on where to spend less. Thanks guys. This location has great staff that are personable and welcoming. They are quick to help and always wear a smile. Store is well stocked and the prices are low.

I like the store, I shop there periodically because Im not close to one. When I do run across one while Im out I never hesitate to stop. They have good prices and you can almost always find what you are looking for and if you cant its usually because its on sale and they sold out.

Go here often pretty good place to shop often but wish they had the self check out lanes open all the time.

My favorite market... I am going to leave the 5 stars... However lately there is never market carts.. I. Usually go there 2 to 3 times a week everytime Ive went they have no market carts.. I hope they fix this soon

I asked for assistance two times from two different employees. They both were rude and unprofessional. They both Had zero knowledge of store inventory and customer service. Its so bad i had to leave i cant shop here or be around these employees. Complete Trash

I went to the Neighbor hood Walmart, and they had no shopping carts. The system was down to do a return. All bad!!!🤣

They never have basket carts we have to be looking for them with the people who are leaving them if you are very lucky, very bad from the store.

Walmart neighborhood in rialto, ca. Is to expensive they charge a leg and a arm for grocery . And then on top of that they try to RIP you off when youre paying on there self service register, they accuse you of not paying for some items.

This super walmart has lots of great deals an fruits an vegetables look fresh ..There is a bakery inside you can pickup cold cuts an pre-made sandwiches or you can just order one.But service is very poor the person in charge is hard to find😰Lines can be long when it comes to checkout😰

Some workers are rude my mom an I will not be going back. An just because someone isnt 60 or older doesnt mean you kick them out because its the Senior only time. Someone 50 something an handicap should be able to shop at the time to.

My shopping experience was nice i got mostly what was on my list & 1 young lady helped me find vitamins i couldnt she was a big help, i forgot 2 get her name & will b on the lookout 4 her when i go back 2 give her 5 stars.

Good besides people following you around thinking you are stealing just because your a kid or the way your dressed so with that being said I have fun with the 2 hour project they have coming if you see that your being followed start filling up shopping carts and handing them to the person following you and tell them that you see they have nothing to do besides follow you around so heres a cart of go backs you can put away and just keep filling up carts

The employees are always friendly. Its clean for the most part I wish they had more clothing options but other than that I go there quite often

Ive visited this location a couple of times and each time the customer service was SUPER poor and rude!!! In particular on my last visit, a lady cashier named Rico was extremely rude and made inappropriate gestures. When I was waiting to purchase batteries, she told me she couldnt sell me anything because they were too busy. I continued to wait to the side and another lady came over to try and help me; she asked Rico for keys; sign-on; or something but she refused and made gestures towards me saying I already told her (meaning me) we were too busy. This occurred around 3 pm. Needless to say, I wont be returning there!

Nice, smaller, quaint, and handy! Park in the back of lot, and walk if possible during peak hours; the parking lot is kind of tiny, and gets jammed...enjoy!

Nice local store. Customer service is average. Some have their good days and bad but thankfully there’s self check out too. However they won’t allow you to check out alcohol . But the store has everything I need. Cleanliness is okay. Hard workers keeping the shelves full.

There are never any carts available, the deli closes 3 hours before its supposed to, they always run out of bags, store is a mess and if you dont want to check yourself out dont bother going here.

Nice little market. Usually can get in and out quickly. Negative 1 star because they are constantly out of stock of items that arent quarantine type items.

Good place to get groceries also the shelves are stocked here compared to other Walmarts. They seem to have more selection.

I havent been there in a long time but i use 2 shop there a lot when i use 2 in Pomona on that was my favorite place 2 go besides the 99 cent store and Walmart

This store is nice. But they change everything as far as check out. Its a very busy store and there are more self check out lines than actual cashiers checking out customers and the lines are always ridiculous. I would of gave them 5 stars if it wasnt for the long waits in line. Holidays are here its going to be a disaster in there.

Went to Walmart to have a MoneyGram check cashed. I 1st arrived at 4:45pm and went to Pick-up and Services. Saw 2 separate women waiting, and asked if they were in line, and they said yes. The 1st woman then told me that he will be back from break at 5pm. I then walked around looking for anyone in charge of the registers. I spotted Ashley, and asked her if there was anyone that could work the customer service desk. She replied No, that he would be back at 5pm. And when I asked if there was someone else, Ashley first turned away from me, said No, then walked away. So I thought Ill go across the street, get my meal, and return. I got back at 4:58pm, and while waiting in line, I found out that the 1st woman waiting, (in the riding scooter), had been there 1&1/2 hrs waiting. The 2nd woman waiting, had been there over 1 hr. The next gentleman added he had been waiting over 1hr also. The woman ahead of me stated that she was tired and frustrated with Walmart, because this was her 3rd trip, trying to return 2 items. She said that 1 time the computer system was down. Another time she waited and no one showed up. And another time, the line was just too long for her to wait. And now on this trip, she now had run out of time to wait. At 5:05pm I yelled out to Ashley, Hey its 5 after 5, where is your services guy!? She looked at her watch, made a call on her walkie-talkie, and continued on her task. He finally strolled up at 5:10pm. Helping the 1st woman, everyone could see, he was struggling. When I finally got my turn, he tried to be friendly, but it was far too late for me. I got out of there at 5:50pm, cold food waiting for me, and most important, no apology for the wait, or any inconvenience. Thanks so much, WALMART.

Very clean store excellent customer service

I work for Postmates. Problem being that I mostly live in my car and I have cats who are my emotional support animals. I was told that I could not pick up an order due to “pets” in my car even though they have their ESA tags on and we’re laying under the backseat. 10/10 would not come back Postmates or regular customer

Just a grocery store. One cashier only and self checkout (no alcohol allowed in self checkout). Same as regular walmart employee interaction. The employee at the door seemed uninterested in assisting the customer. More interested in her s cell phone. The good thing is shelves are stocked.

This spot offers a lot for pet owners and i love how it offers self checkout...

At this location, you dont have to worry about long lines and waiting at the check out Kiosk for help from an associate. the associates at this specific location are always willing to help you with questions on product or Isles or even currency at the checkout. this location is really professional! 🙏💯💛🤝👍🧠👏💲

I used to regularly shop here for groceries since I liked the variety of choices, it typically wasnt packed with people, etc. However, over time, the employees seemed bored, baskets were sparse, plastic bags were always gone but no reusable bags were sold. It looked like a store that would die eventually. So I stopped going.Today, I decided to go back because there were a few things I wanted from Walmart. The store seems completely redone. There are more employees and they are much more friendly. Theres actually carts and bags. And the organization of the groceries makes more sense. I definitely enjoyed my experience more than previously.It seems like its still a work in progress though? Because the placement of a couple items didnt make much sense, like there were some cereals that were on the candy aisle instead of the breakfast aisle. But overall, its definitely better than before.

Clean,fabulous A/c an an fruit an pastry look fresh an delicious, lots of goodies an they have self checkout but the dely department has horrible horrible service help is very hard to get it takes15-20 minutes to help coustomers an there in no line just short of staff, I guess same person for bakery😔 No distilled water again 2weeks in a role😰

Ive no idea why, but the produce at this Walmart is always the worst! I get better veggies at the 99cent store a few doors down.

Well what can i say..this is my first post since covid19 came around. The workers at Walmart do the best they can and its mostly stocked with items at fair prices. The parking lot though is a different story... I get that George Orwell 1984 feeling every time I get out of my vehicle. That security monitor might as well be announcingBIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU! Uggh to these times.
