Big lots, what can I say about this place? I wasnt pleased or displeased. In fact Im not even sure what I went in there for. The front end is set up like a strange maze and they have one person sorta working so theres that. Only thing I can suggest is go or dont, Im sure it wont matter either way.

A lot of good stuff to choose from.

Store is spacious and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are great. Good selection of DVD and Blu Ray DVD for $5. Of you need paper products like toilet paper or paper towels, they have a lot in stock.

We love shopping here they have alot of great items. We purchased a twin size mattress for my daughter on their easy Progressive leasing program. Its my 3rd time using the leasing option. Staff is always friendly and they have sanitizing items available/free to use when you first walk in. This was our personal experience.

Employees are a mixed bag. I encountered both the ones that like their job and the others that do not. Unfortunately the ones that do not outnumber the ones that do ( on this visit)

I enjoy shopping here lots of nice decor and furniture. They also carry lots of other products, food and misc. I would recommend you come and look around im sure youll deffinetly find something for you and family.

Unfortunate, I came to this store wanting to purchase a fireplace because online ad doesnt show it the 60 inch two tone glass door. I see one of the workers is helping a customer. But at no point Danielle acknowledges me. To tell me she will be right with me or nothing. I wait and wait and wait I see that it is busy and I understood but the attitude that Danielle showed with just her facial expression my daughter upset me to a point that you lost a customer. I suggest for you to talk to her. And communicate acknowment brings more customers she is in a customer service job. then I ask another worker name Catrina and same thing seems frustrated with her tone, she tells me when she is done she will help me. And nothing. I wait and wait and no acknowledgement. Now I am frustrated. I waited calm and collective for almoat 40 minutes and thats alot of time I waisted with no result the ending was me not shopping with the company. Please contact me

First time at this location (Rialto) for curbside pickup once I got there I called waited 12mins no one came out called again they asked for my name again finally came. I have been doing curbside pickup in both of the Fontana stores with fast & friendly curbside.

I like big lots but it seems empty now 😔Cashiers are polite an they do not take too long .Prices are getting too high now.

You gotta love Big Lots formally Pic and Save lol.They have a great selection of inexpensive house hold stuff. The selection of food items are ok considering. If you want a quick place for milk, eggs and bread your in. I love the gardening and pet section I always find what I need at a great price. The often have great items on clearance also.

In the past year I wanted dozens or more of the some items. I visited 5 Big Lots stores in my area several times. All the stores are well managed, plenty of stock and great to visit. However, the store on Baseline at Riverside Ave. was consistently cleaner (customers can be so messy!), smells better with the most helpful and nicest employees! Next best is the Orange Show store. Thanks, Big Lots....Great Stuff! Great Prices! Great People! Thanks!

Theres typically not many shoppers at once, similar to other discount stores, like Family Dollar. The employees are often friendly and helpful. Big Lots offers a lot of different items with really good prices. When on a budget, I would regularly get electronics here. They also sell furniture and other home items.Big Lots is one of those stores that goes under the radar for many, but if youre tired of huge and overcrowded stores like Wal-Mart and Target, this may be the perfect place to find what you need.

DIRTY.. PRICES HIGH... Never shop there again that was my first visit too.. Rialto store....... Now Fontana store I like... Stocked up and workers are helpful.. clean floors and the prices are reasonable... Different area

Good deals... Kinda in the hood lol but its clean. The carts is another thing... Need new carts. They also have free membership... Pretty cool.

They even say to everyone that is through cashing out and leaving to have a very nice day & stay safe!!!Thanks for the wonderful shopping experience in the store!! And all the employees are the ones that made it a wonderful shopping trip & even with the covid 19 illness at a pandemic level of very high. They where all a still very Professional, wonderful!!!! They made it feel Great for me to shop in a very happy, less stressful way because of the new way we go about things like shopping during these trying times for us all with the Pandemic Covid19 virus very high to be able to still shop & enjoy shopping with the virus still out there!! I think Big Lots is over priced, i rather go to hobby lobby or at home store and get way better deals and cutter stuff . I dont understand why they even still open. There product just keeps stacking up and there sales are not sales still to expensive. I walk in and walk out.

This BIG LOTS is close to everything. Located at the baseline ave and riverside drive intersection conveniently located across from the Stater Bros is CLEAN and the workers are NICE. I always have a great shopping experience here. I love the dog food section. They have lots of great furniture.

Came for a plastic table cloth and walked out with a iut $70 worth of Christmas stuff as well. Nice location with plenty of parking. Looked like it was a kept up store.

Store is always neat and clean. Employees will usually come up and ask if you need help as they did this time. Today and tomorrow 20 percent off, time to stock up!

The customer service is nice and the place is cleaner than most. It seems as if they could use more ppl to stock shelves and fill them up with product but, otherwise I get what I need for a decent price.

Flatout dont give money to these people for their furniture unless you want to play a gigantic game. Went in two weeks ago, put down payment on a kitchen table/chair set. Came back two weeks later on the set pickup date to pay the rest and take it home and they said the order was cancelled. When asked who cancelled the order, they looked at me like Im from a different world. The order obviously wasnt cancelled, yall took my money.do you love absolutely having your money wasted? do you hate seamless and simple service? This is the place for you! oh and did i mention most of the items dont have price tags so you have to take the items up to the counter and have it scanned if you really like it just to know the price? Id rather go to iowa than this store ever again

I am not from this area, however I was looking for a picture, and this was the only store within 20 miles that had it. When my sister and I first walked in the store we were greeted with a hello and a smile, during our 30 minute shopping experience several team members greeted us, and asked if we needed help. They had excellent customer service at this store. I would definitely go back, even though its a farther drive from me.

Their prices are not as good as they used to be. The store is poorly organized and one thing that is very annoying is that a lot of the merchandise is not priced. You just cant drag item after item to the register for a price check. Ridiculous!!

Not so great.Pro: workers wear mask & most customers.Con: senior woman came in with no mask & clerk didnt tell her to put one on, clerk didnt feel comfortable doing so when I asked her. This is one reason virus continues to spread! Wear your masks people!

Even though the holiday season means they are extra busy, staff here is always kind, courteous and helpful.

They do not have a healthy distance nor do they require mouth covers

In this suburban area, this Big Lots is a perfect place to grab a quick toy, electronic, or furniture. Everyone here is friendly and almost always becomes your friend, the wait here is 0 seconds, 0 minutes, 0 anything, people come in at different times, so if you remember the pattern, you get in and out of the store with huge sales you cant find anywhere else.

I went to the Fontana location on Foothill, in search of a certain pillow that was advertised on the website. The store only had one so the sales associate encouraged me to go to the Rialto location on Baseline, because she checked and was told that the Rialto store had 3. I drove all the way over there just to discover that the Rialto store did not have any of these pillows in stock. Therefore I made the trip for nothing. This was not cool.

I bought my Mr. Coffee press there and its been a coffee lovers dream. Everything is more easy to find at this location, but massive wide selection and great deals. But thats Biglots

Bought some Christmas gifts,reasonably priced.

They were out of Christmas inventory.

What i wanted showed 8 in the store but there were none and i would have to drive 15 miles to go to another store. Now the sale is offNot happy

Big lots is a lower version of Wal-Mart.

I feel like big lots gets no love sometimes lol but you can find really cute things here just like Ross or Marshalls or TJ Maxx. Depending on what youre looking for, it might be cheaper here or somewhere else so I would shop around if youre looking to save. But there are definitely deals to find here. I made my coworkers cute little self care Easter bags and I got most of the stuff from big lots.
