I always visit my local Stater Brothers Market. I love 💜 this store. We are always greeted with a 😊 smile. Rest assure that they are continuously taking precautions for our safety and theres too. The workers are always on a lookout to see how they can better help the customers. I needed help with a 20pound bag of dog food, and I didnt even need to ask for help, I was approached and 🎉 tada, the bag was placed in my cart. Way to go Stater Brothers. You should check it out, you wont regret it🤗.

I can say that the visit to THIS Stater Bros. was better than the visit to the ost one. The only problem was finding someone that could help me. But when I did, they were as kind and helpful as they have always been.

Had to stop in real quick and pick up something from the grocery store on the way home I havent been to that Stater Brothers in Rialto in years but I went ahead in there and checked it out the store was very nice very clean they were fully stocked I didnt have a problem finding anything the only issue I found in that whole store was the bathroom it was pretty disgusting

Never cared for Stater Brothers that much. There’s only one in L.A. County that I know of but theyre all over SBD County. Yesterday the employees were like the Stepford children...very despondent as if they were broken. The only reason I patronized their deli, is because my original destination nearby was closed. Staters fried chicken is on point, but the place has always reminded me of a plantation.

My main place to shop. Great staff, clean store and good customer service. The thing I like most is that they always meet you with a smile and/or a friendly greeting at the register.

I feel bad for ALL rialto residents who have to use this place to shop Id rather go to fly infested superior. ATM was out of order or at least not fully functional no sign, no employee saying it may not be working right and no one called Schoolsfirst to let them know either, so I did for the sanity of others who might need that machine.

Meat Department very busy with Rib Eye Special. They went the extra mile unwrapping some prepackaged Rib eyes and seasoned with Malibu seasoning for me! Then rewrapped! Produce super fresh!

I am very dissatisfied and unhappy with my cake purchase I ordered a mini mouse cake, my paper even says minnie mouse. However, I received a Mickey cake. It was For my Daughter birthday. Very unfortunate to have happend specially on my daughters day

Clean store and very well stocked... The checker who helped me was very nice. Stater Bros is my favorite grocery store because of the low prices and the excellent meat and deli. This store I dont frequent very often, but by the appearance it looks like one I would if I lived close by. Stater Bros is also an awesome place to get 3 ft subs for football games or big sporting events. Definitely one of the best grocery stores around.

I went to Dollar Tree. Unfortunately they need more cashiers. Its a small store and feels very crowded. The employees are nice and adhering to limiting the number of ppl in the store. This is a good thing since stores may be having to limit the amount of customers inside due to Covid.

I love this location! Employees are always so helpful, with the exception of the meat department. They always act as if its an inconvenience to help. Otherwise the cashiers are really nice, especially Ashley, she always has a smile and is willing to help find items.

A couple of weeks ago I had ordered a bouquet of latex balloons and this wonderful employee named Angie had made me the most beautiful bouquet! The strings were perfectly curled, tied together & evenly distributed. And presentation is everything to me.The balloons lasted me more than 3 days (on average only lasting me a day or two). Overall I appreciate the effort that she had put into my balloons! 10/10💜 I will definitely be returning soon thanks to her!💜

Ive recently moved into the area and I mostly shop in the mornings. It is a clean store and I always have great service. The employees are helpful and have great knowledge of where the product is. Sadly I’ve gone in a few times and witnessed a checker by the name of William K. He has made me feel very uncomfortable one of the times he kept complimenting me and asking what my plans were. Another time I brought in my daughter and I went to another checker that was behind him he turned around and asked my daughter what her name was. (She’s five years old) She responded back with her name and he said that’s my name too and started asking her what she like to do. From there I pulled my daughter away and I left. I find the way that he was talking to her highly inappropriate he should have been focus on his own customer. I would have talk to a manager but I know things like this tend to get hushed under the rug with no action. Other times I’ve came in and I’ve just observed staying my distance and he seems to always be talking or touching children. I even spoke to one of the checkers about it they respond with yea he always does that and asked if I would like to talk to a manager. Something needs to be done I consider this a major issue that needs addressing!

This is by far the best Stater bros in the IE. I have visited a lot of these since 89 and this one is outstanding. The meat department is kept clean and organized, the dairy, and bakery service is awesome. Highly recommended.

High prices on almost everything.......the only reason I shop there is because its close.......I would give them only 1 star but I gave 2 for convenient location
