Clear View Camera is a small shop with great service. I appreciate that they do one thing very well and thats taking care of customers. Its not like a camera shop where there are salespeople that will try to upsell you things. CV Camera spends time to listen to you about your camera issues. I had my Sony a6300 sensor cleaned and Jim used a microscope to inspect it and cleaned it twice.My problem ended up being an issue with the LCD screen but I appreciate the amount of detailed service that Jim used to take care of me and my camera. I received my camera back in a protective bag with a tag and receipt which told me they really care about my equipment. I highly recommend CV Camera and will be back for any camera or lens services I need.

Extremely respectful, fast and helpful! In town from out of state and got dust on my sensor that was noticeable in the photos before a shoot, Jim was able to get my camera cleaned up and back to me same day (even though he said he was super busy and may not be able to get to it). This is the kind of experience you want and expect from a professional! Cannot recomend high enough!

We have been having a lot of difficulty with our Nikon camera and no one was able to help us. I called Jim at this location and over the phone he basically troubleshoot it what was wrong with my camera and gave us a price to fix it. So that was fantastic customer service and we are definitely taking our camera to them to fix it.

Ive had nothing but an awesome experience here. From repairing my Sony FS700 and Canon 24-70, to cleaning them both, it was all perfect. I have to bring in more damaged gear and wouldnt want to go anywhere else but here. Highly recommended.

I was really, really happy with the service at CV Camera. I dropped my camera and took it there to get it repaired, and he charged me a really reasonable price for labor and the chemicals for smoldering. And he took the time to explain to me what had broke. Then a couple days later after I got it back, I was super spastic and dropped it again, damaging the lens. Since I had been in once within a short period of time, he discounted a lot of his labor cost. I highly recommend CV Camera!

Jim was amazing, a true life saver. I called everywhere in the Dallas area to get my sony a7rii fixed, and they all said to send it to sony which would cost me more and take some time, but I was saved when I found ClearView Camera.

From the time I called for information about servicing my camera to when I picked it up, Clear View Camera was very helpful and professional. The gentleman there took his time explaining the problem to me in a clear manner and the cost he quoted was what I paid at pick up, no hidden fees or add ons. I would take my camera here again and would recommend CV Camera to others.
