The pharmacist grossly fails in knowledge and has no sense of professionalism in his communication skills. He needs ethics training and is detrimental to the CVS standards and system. He hung up the phone mid-statement and in disgust of the conversation and repeatedly used the statements ‘ Are you done talking?’ and ‘ No, no, no…’. Rude and incapable

Covid test took more than two days and I almost lost my plane ticket if it wasnt for the expensive airport covid test.You wont be able to get hold of anyone to get an estimated time for results .. dont gamble with CVS covid test

I have been using them for all of my medication needs for about 5 years. I have never had a negative experience. They have always gotten my medicines filled on time or early. If they are out of something, they fill it as soon as they are restocked. I have had to have my last two prescriptions delivered, and the delivery has been sent out immediately each time. They have always been extremely helpful and friendly.

Quick and professional. They had all of my post-surgery medications ready in less than 30 minutes, and I was surprised by the low overall cost for 6 medications.

For two low quality passport pictures you charged 16 dollars. I believe for this money you can hire someone who can do proper pictures! There is no service of sending electronic version of pictures! Guys we are in 2020! Are you seriously!

Got covid test here, couldnt have been easier. No wait, maybe 3 or 4 minutes tops and done. Went on a weekday before 11am hopefully that helps.

I got a burn on my leg this past Monday from a splash of boiling water and i rushed to the pharmacy to ask for some help really quickly. I told the pharmacist that i knew aloe vera gel would help and he just nodded his head in agreement and pointed me in the direction of the skincare aisle, where there are lotions and creams that have aloe vera IN IT, but there are not pure bottles of aloe vera. I went over to look and was searching rapidly and could not find anything and i was so annoyed. Not only did he send me over to the skincare section which was already bad advice, i had to ask the cashier to help and she pointed out some products on the bottom shelf of a different aisle. Im not sure if it was pure aloe vera gel because i was too frustrated to actually read it, but it did not matter because then she walked me over to the aisle with all the burn medications, that include aloe vera, DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE PHARMACY! So i dont understand how a pharmacist who is trained to prescribed medications for certain injuries can point me to the wrong aisle to get help for my burn. I was super frustrated, thanks to the cashier not only did she point me in the right direction, but even gave me tips on what i could do to further help my burn as she had had her own experience with a burn a little while back. She was outstanding! She is the only reason i am not giving this review a one-star rating.

Covid test was scheduled for 9:40. i arrived at 9:30. i received my covid test at 10:35.

Had to wait for a cashier to help me for 10 minutes while you continued to help everyone in front of me. then continued to say “i looked too young” compared to my ID to buy a lighter

Employees not wearing masks-one covering mouth only, one without a mask on at all. My friends and I won’t be back until standards followed-especially disappointing for a drug store-you should be an example!

The non pharmacy staff are nice, their stocks of what I am looking for are full roughly 80% of the time. Some pharmacy staff are not helpful, and some are very helpful. Ex: My Dr prescribed medicine that wasnt being stocked at any pharmacy nearby at the time. One of the pharmacists helped me find a very useful alternative instead of telling me tough luck. I always appreciate with pharmacists go above and beyond. :)

Minuteclinic said online that I would be seen at 6:05pm. When I arrived at 6pm it said 6:30. Now it’s 6:50 and there are still people in front of the line. 7 or 7:30 would have been fine, but instead I wait here.

I have always received the most excellent care by Pharmacists Emanuel and Tiffany. They know me by name. Both are very helpful, caring and kind. I have an asthmatic in the family and they have saved us with urgent assistance. Even when I am not prepared with all the information, they are patient with me. I appreciate this pharmacy in my neighborhood.

This place is open 24 hrs (not the pharmacy though) which is convenient. The service and staff are friendly, and overall consistent with other CVS. I understand this place isnt the place CVS in the world due to all the other bad reviews - but people just expect too much these days - not every pharmacy in the world is going to have the best pharmacists - if you didnt have a great experience, you shouldnt rate JUST the pharmacy!

Employees are superb at this location-especially Jan. Well stocked store and always so clean. Love CVS but love this location the most. A++++

They say a prescription will take so long, then you give them twice as long to do it just to be sure and it’s still not ready. And if there’s a problem they don’t tell you until you drive up there to pick it up. You may hate Walgreens but trust me, CVS is even worse.

No sure why but Ive had several prescriptions sent to this specific CVS from different doctors offices and they never go through; But when I have them resent to other CVS pharmacies they go through immediately Coincidence? Doubtful.

I cant speak for the pharmacy itself, but i had to take the time out of my day to say how grateful I am for the phenomenal service I received in the minute clinic. I have taken my two year old twice now and received a different doctor each time, however they were both incredibly patient and kind, both to me and my daughter, who is not always on her best behavior when sick. Thank you guys for all you do.

I have been avoiding this particular CVS for almost a year because some very bad experiences with the cashiers/staffs. Today out of blue, I thought maybe I ought to give it another try after a year. It is the closet pharmacy to my home after all. I ordered some photo prints online and went into the store to pick them up. I was so shocked by how rude the cashier(lady in the hijab) was. I did not know what could possibly bother her that much at 9:30 in the morning. Felt like that she jus hated herself. I guess this is it, I will never set my foot into this store ever.

Non pharmacy review... Store is awkward, disorganized, and poorly stocked. Worker was nice. But store itself is a frustrating experience. Akward store layout. Section categories disorganized. Couldnt easily find anything. Basic (drink and snack) items I was shopping for were out of stock (twice now, dropping another star). Strange store, strange experience.

Usually reliable but has been closed the last two times I tried going after work, despite supposedly being 24 hours. Lights on, no notice, but doors wouldnt open and no one could be seen inside.

I had a terrible experience,I received a voicemail that my prescription was ready so my daughter went to pick it up at 2:47 and was told it was picked up at 12:47 which it wasnt,called and was told it was picked up at 12:47 which it wasnt,called back at 3:04 was told it was in the mailbox which it wasnt,called back at 3:20 and was told it was out for delivery and finally delivered at 5:20

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. On more than one occasion. Slow, unfriendly, and they literally dont answer the phone sometimes, even when not busy. I had to drive to the store and ask them to answer the phone so that my doctor could give them an update over the phone that they asked me to get from him. Sure enough I got there waited in line (while the phone was ringing the whole time I was waiting) and they never answered it till I told them it was my doctor trying to call. Glad I moved and have a new pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff arent very organized. No one ever seems to be available to answer the phone. The minute clinic has an hour wait between each patient. I only use this place because its the closest to where I live

I went to the drive thru with a prescription from the ER & before I could even talk to the girl, she informed me that they wouldnt be able to fill any prescription today because they close at 6:00. Since it was 5:15, I was a little bit upset since I live out of town & wasnt going to be here the next day.

Ahmad, one of the technicians at this pharmacy, goes above and beyond to take care of the customers. His customer service skills are exellent. He followed up with me on a few challenges I had with getting medication. He knows the computer system very well. I often see him training the other employees. He definitely thinks out the box and is the go to guy for thise that work with him. He has a exellent memory and multi tasks.He should definitely be utilized in a training position with CVS.

Horrible horrible horrible pharmacy service. None of the pharmacists ever know what they are doing and let the phones ring while they sit by and sip sodas. Every time I come in they always seem to have a problem filling my prescription and it takes me at least thirty minutes every time to even get it. None of the pharmacists know the price on anything there, so every time that I have to pick up my insulin needles I have to remind them what the price is. I ran out of insulin and went to go pick some up today, and when I asked the pharmacist for it, she told me I needed a prescription, which I had, so she went to go grab my insulin and gave me the wrong insulin. I told her which one I actually needed and she came back and was about to ring it up but had no idea what the price was, so she sat by and waited for another pharmacist who told me that I would be unable to pick up the insulin because my prescription was expired, even though I called the doctor and got confirmation that it was fixed before I got there. They ended up not giving me my insulin, which I told them I needed to survive, yet they just looked at me like I was crazy and would not help me out at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Pharmacists are so rude and have no idea what they are doing, its amazing that they even have a job.

Never before have I seen a place with more indifference or incompetency. I cant count the number of times Ive been flat out lied to. I have never received my medicine when they said it was ready. They were still sold out of a medicine I desperately needed after they told me three days before that they had it in stock. They do not care about their customers at all. It truly is the worst service Ive ever seen in an industry where you need to have a good customer service. Please save yourself some time and hair and do NOT go to this pharmacy.

Nothing but problems with the pharmacy. Doctor had problems calling in prescriptions because they wouldnt answer the phone. In calling to check on prescription, no one answered for 15 min. Sometimes when the number was called it was like a fax machine. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

When going to a cvs i like to know if they carry certain cosmetics. Therefore, i am writing this review for myself as well as for others who would like to know that this cvs carries Joah and The Crème Shop cosmetics. Not every cvs carries the same items, which is unfortunate. But i like these hard to find selections for those who would like to know. They do not carry Milani.

Terrible customer service. Pharmacists and technicians exude lackadaisical attitude. Pharmacy will NOT pick up the phone and when they do (after several attempts and being put on hold for pronged periods of time), theyre rude. CVS will no longer be our pharmacy.

Yes, service here is bad and they dont open/close on time (open at 8:10 instead of 8am). Also, this pharmacy isnt good for prescriptions that you need quickly. Heres what you gotta do: Order your prescription, wait a day or two, then go pick it up at 9:30pm (30min before they close). Few, if any, other customers will be there. I get in and out in under 5min in the drive thru. This works great for refills. May want to use another pharmacy if you need your meds within 24hours. I was really mad at this place until I finally figured this out.

Worst customer service ever, I went to one minute clinic at 6:50 and they had no one on the waiting list or any appointment scheduled, the doctor already took off 40 mints before the scheduled time. If you call on that location they say the clinic hours are till 7:30pm sucks

Terrible. All the CVS pharmacies I go to seem to have awful, horrible customer service, slow all embedded into their company culture. Its like pulling teeth to get a call into the pharmacy, the pharmacists dont follow up with doctors as theyve said they would, its a lot of back and forth. This last time I called in, the pharmacist finally answered after being on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me.

Use any pharmacy except this one!!!!! I waited on hold for 30 minutes two days in a row to fill a script and I did not even get one person on the phone to tell me to hold for a minute and someone will be with me shortly. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you enjoy wasting your day on the phone waiting for someone to pick up that never will, this is the perfect pharmacy for you. If you are a normal person and actually prefer to be treated like a customer, go anywhere but here. I will never return to this location, even if they were the only pharmacy holding the medication that would save my life. I cant put enough expletives in this review to explain how incredibly dissatisfied I am with this excuse of a pharmacy. In the words of Charles Barkley, they are TURRIBLE.

Although the pharmacy staff is nice they have been under staffed for months. It takes days to get prescriptions. The cvs itself is great. Just dont go to the pharmacy.

Outraged! CVS pharmacy, Nantucket and Campbell, Richardson, TX. Ahmad and Maddie should be fired and never work in this profession, again. They lie, argue, and make things up. Extremely rude and not professional. This is from multiple experiences. Text Alerts, Refill Reminders “your refill is ready.” Employees told me “there are no refills.” My doctor sends same refill, again. Second trip and I’m told “you have to request your refills and it was refilled a month ago, do you want last month’s refill or todays refill?” Unbelievable!!!

Waited an hour to be turned away on a Sunday (because they put in the wrong dates) came back the next Tuesday to wait another hour to be told they were too busy to fill my prescription, came back the following Thursday and waited 30 minutes to only be able to get 1 of the prescriptions I came in for. Then last week a ordered a refil and was asked when I would like to pick it up, after waiting in the drive through ( I was the 4th car) it wasnt ready, they had 5 hours to refil my prescription!I have changed pharmacies.

Pharmacy review ONLY! Ive been waiting for a week to get a prescription filled that they were out of stock of. Ive called for the past 3 days with no answer and being on hold for over 15 minutes each time I tried to call. I dont know if theyre understaffed or just dont like answering phones. Ill be switching pharmacies immediately.

Wanted to buy a jar of chest rub on sale for $5.99. Cashier treated me like a suspect called over manager who keyed in his personal email address and still couldnt operate the machine and told me the item was NOT on sale. I was insulted so I went to the shelf where the yellow tag was taped to the shelf retrieved it and brought it back to the counter and told him to keep it. These people are rude, ignorant, unfriendly and dont care.
