Jon came to my house to replace my garage door opener belt. He was very honest and professional. I asked him to make any recommendations for maintenance or parts that may need to be replaced. He had a chance to tell me I needed to replace things that did not need to be replaced. Instead, he told me the things that could be replaced (steel cables). He was not pushy at all.Before he left, he lubed everything and made some minor tweaks to the opener to make sure it was working in tip top shape. The door has never worked better in the two years that I have owned my house. I will recommend them to all of my family or friends that need garage door service.

They came over for a free estimate, were super polite and found out the problem quickly. Ended up being an electricity issue, so they couldnt do anything, but I still recommend their services.

Had a garage door emergency (it was stuck open) at 7:45 am and called. He answered right away and was here in about 45 minutes. On a Monday! Gave me options and estimates and fixed my door in about an hour. I am very pleased and will save his card!

Arrived on time, the appointment would have been same day except I spent half the morning calling all over town for competing quotes. After I couldnt find anything cheaper, we called him back & he arrived the next morning.We are quite pleased with the product and the professionalism was amazing! Mr. Ward has an excellent work ethic. Well organized contractor! Coming from a family of contractors, I know what to look for he works neat, clean keeps his tools in order and doesnt make a mess.When he was done he carried away the empty boxes, wires etc. We are very pleased with the product and experience we highly recommend Award Garage Door company! Broken spring no more... Mike arrived ahead of schedule & waited for me to get home. It took him no time at all to take off the old springs and install two new ones. He also serviced the door while he was at it. Mike was very speedy, knowledgeable, & professional, can’t recommend him enough!!!

Mike is very very friendly & extremely experienced (almost 40 yrs) with amazing knowledge. I as a female even learn some interesting things today 05/23/17. Mike just talks frankly / honestly about dented panels of my garage doors . He fixes dented panels at the spot for one door pretty well rather than trying to sell me NEW panels or GARAGE door. Weve owned our house for 7 years. Years, 1, 2 and 3 we had a garage man out to fix the garage door (literally hanging over my car, threatening to fall, once a year. plus springs, etc) It was always something. Year 4 we called Mike. He came in, changed out some parts that the other guys had put in, leveled my door and I havent had an issue since, even with the shifting Texas foundation.
