I called to get a locksmith and the technician was very rude on the phone. I called to get an estimate of how much I would spend and he got an attitude saying he couldn’t tell me until after the job was done. I got another quote with a flat rate of $55 from pop a lock and they were so nice.

We had a few shoplifting cases in our store recently, and so we hired these people to install CCTV and burglar alarm in our store. Their technicians arrived on time, did the installation of the security system promptly, and charged very less. Very impressed with their professionalism. Coming back for more soon.

I called once I knew I wasn’t going to be able to open my Truck, upon calling I was given the price of $50 for my issue. $20 would have been the distance and $30 for the “service” The technician arrived promptly, but then wanted to give me the charge of $150 total for a “service fee” after taking one look at the truck. I couldn’t afford that so I was given a $80 charge instead. He was not able to open my truck until I used their tool myself and unlocked the Truck, yet they still charged me what they could. Terrible company, nice locksmith but didn’t know what he was doing. Was charged too much for too little.
