My experience with chantel and Dr.Voss was awesome. They were wonderful in attending to what I need to be done to address my situation. The moment I walked into the office I felt comfortable and knew that I was going to receive excellent service and they were going to take care of me. Livingston Hearing Aid Center on Arapaho in Richardson is the only place my wife will go to get her hearing aids serviced and for hearing tests. Dr. Amy Voss is extremely concise and through. She really cares about the well being of her patients. My wife has never had a problem wearing her aids as they were fitted properly and are very comfortable for her. We highly recommend Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Richardson, as a five year patient, we think they are the BEST.

Five stars! Excellent customer service. From the time you walk in, the lady behind the desk makes you know that you’re at the right place by her warm greeting. As well as her kind respect for the Covid 19 situation that we are currently going through. I could clearly see that it was a safe place because after taking my temperature, sanitation continued. Everything that I had touched was already sanitized. Dr. Voss was also very kind and patient with all of my questions. The service after receiving my hearing aids continued to be great as well! I would definitely recommend them for any Hearing Aids, etc.

Briefly, I had an incredible experience with Dr. Amy Voss and Chantal at the Livingston Hearing Aid Center. I highly recommend this location in particularly due to their staff, education and their unique process.Expanded story, I tried hearing aids 10 years ago with limited success.Recently I went to my large membership retail club to test newer products in search of a hopeful answer with new technology to bring my hearing up to speed. Quickly I realized I needed to explore a greater depth of solutions for an improved hearing experience. I knew the retail establishment was not going to provide the in depth help I needed.Dr. Voss took me through a detailed testing protocol that was far more comprehensive than any of my prior hearing centers. On my second visit I was fitted with my hearing aids and had a second audio session designed specifically to my hearing loss profile. The Livingston program goes far beyond purchasing hearing aids, it is the follow up program that insures success.This is the best investment I have made in a long time. I have so much control of my hearing aids and blue tooth accessibility through my phone and other devices. This has truly changed my way of life. The greatest benefit is the ability to return to a boutique operation and update programs on these state of the art hearing aids in real time. I was able to communicate with an accessible staff that really cares about the end result and functionality of their product. After a week of using my hearing aids, Amy custom programmed my menu of services specifically for young children and another program for sporting events.I can quickly change my programs in my phone to almost any environment if needed. Professionally I own a company where communicating with clients of various back grounds is part of my job.In hind sight I wish I had acted on this much sooner and feel very blessed to have a better quality of life personally and professionally.Thank you Amy and Chantal for taking me on as a patient.

This place is amazing. Dr. Gerhart really cares about his patients, and makes you feel like family. He helps you to make an informed decision rather than just trying to sell you the most expensive products. It never feels like he is rushing you so that he can get to another patient, and he takes the time to answer every question you have. I cannot rate this place highly enough.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of Dr Tammy Lopez. She was so kind and patient with my husband while training him how to use his new hearing aides. She answered all his questions, and gave him her phone number to call her if he has more questions. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for hearing aides.

Erik Houillion-Hearing Specialist in Livingston office in Richardson, TX is very professional and knowledgeable regarding his job, yet very personable at the same time. He makes us feel more like family than patients or customers; we feel comfortable in conversations regarding our family and his. He is not pushy in trying to get you to purchase hearing aids, but makes you feel comfortable in your decisions. He listens to what the patient has to say & doesnt try to be a know it all.His Assistant is also very pleasant & cheerful; and the office is always clean & inviting.Erik in no way encouraged me to fill out this review, in fact, I asked for it in hopes that I could let his Management realize how valuable an employee he is to Livingston!
