The office staff and professional personnel are very helpful and caring. They took great care to assure that I was comfortable with the fit, operation, and maintenance of the hearing aids. I was given time to try the various procedures needed to wear and maintain the devices. Excellent experience..

The appointment was punctual. Vicki was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She helped me to select the correct hearing aids and the correct color to match my skin/hair. She answered all my questions patiently.I go to pick up the hearing aids today and am so very excited!!I highly recommend Premier Hearing Center.

Dr. Gold cares about his patients. He is attentive to their needs. He is very professional and he knows what he is doing. I trust his judgement totally. He will not over sell you. Brad Gold is extremely knowledgeable about hearing aids and conducting the right hearing test for your needs. My husband and I both recently got hearing aids from him and are completely satisfied. With his extensive knowledge he was able to answer all our questions. He even knows what to fix just by you telling him your hearing a certain sound!! We highly recommend him for all your hearing needs!!

Dr. Gold is so wonderful and caring. He is helpful with my father who has been going to him for at least 20 years. My dad travels all the way from Bowie Texas to Richardson to see Dr. Gold. Theres nobody better in our opinion.

I had a great experience with Dr. Brad Gold at Premier Hearing Center in Richardson. He spent time with me helping me to understand and realize that hearing aids today are not what they used to be. Dr. Gold is very personable and sold me the smallest hearing aid and with it came a device that I can control the volume without having to go through a long process or office visit. You wont be sorry for going to Premier Hearing in Richardson!!!
