This is not a review of this location. This is a review of the company as a whole. Bottom line up front: I will never buy anything from this company again if my life depended on it. Ive used Healthline / AdaptHealth for a little over a year now. Every order Ive placed has been shipped to the wrong address. My most recent order was placed on Aug 21st and shipped to the wrong address, reordered on Aug 25 but the order was not submitted into the system by the customer service rep. On Sep 1st I called asking for status of my order and they informed me that the order wasnt fully submitted but I could drive to the Richardson location and pick it up there. I left work early to drive to Richardson where I was told that not only did they not have an order waiting on me, but that they dont keep stock at that location and couldnt fulfill my order. I called customer service to speak to a manager and was told that I would receive a call back within 24 hours. I never received that call. I have since fully canceled my order, but have still been billed 3 times for this order that I never received and canceled.

I was with Aerocare for years which got bought out about 5-6 months ago. Healthline told me that due to Covid I could only order a limited supply of oxygen e tanks. Which meant they would come every 1 to 2 weeks, yesterday out of the blue when I called to reorder, they now say no, only order once a month. Ill have to wait 2 weeks. How am I supposed to go to doctors, drive my car, go to pharmacy, or grocery? The lady was so rude. I am so angry, its Friday, Im down to 1 tank which last for 3 hours. Im on the lung transplant list, and could get the call anytime and need oxygen to leave the house.

Location: Glenville Dr, Richardson, TX. The technician, Ana, that helped with my husband Cpap machine was kind, professional and very knowledgeable about the use of the machine. She even answered questions about other Cpap machines and supplies. She made sure we knew how to use the equipment before we left. She was very patient with us and made us feel like she appreciated our business. We are letting our doctor office know they did great by referring us to Healthline for our Cpap machine!

I am having the hardest time getting the right supplies. This is the second time I get the wrong parts. After the call center acknowledged that I have the wrong gear they tell me that I have to wait 5 to 10 more days! In order to find that out I was transferred to 5 different people who told they were not able to help. They are all very nice but I need results, which I did not get. Somebody in the distribution warehouse should be paying attention to what they are doing.

My son was discharged from hospital after 6 months and we were referred to Healthline. It’s been horrible. They gave me a few tanks of oxygen and a concentrator with someone else’s logo sticker. I called that number for supplies and no one had our info. I finally get Healthline and I tell them I’m in dire need of pulse ox sensors since the ones they gave me were outdated and were faulty. I let them know me n my sons father do not sleep because we have no pulse ox sensors to monitor oxygen and which is most important at night. My son is 7 months and relies on oxygen. We have had so many sleepless nights due to sensors not working. I finally get some supplies from a RT that works at Adapt health. He said he found supplies at Healthline. Well once again they are outdated and do not work so I am again sleep deprived and exhausted due to stress and fear that my son will stop breathing and I will not be alarmed. This company is very unreliable. It’s like pulling teeth just to get medical supplies that insurance pays for. It’s scary that they’re so careless when they are dealing with infants who are oxygen dependent. Will be calling tomorrow morning to once again be the bad person who angrily advocates for her baby.**** update: I switched over to a DME company called Dallas Life Support. I was given proper supplies, proper training (I see the lack of training Healthline provided) and everything is so much better. They take Medicaid if anyone reads this and was/is in my situation **

Ordered a smart drive over a year ago that doesn’t work. Spoke with several people, left several messages over the course of 9 months without a return a call or proper follow up. Finally I stopped auto-pay for my 2 remaining payments owed (after paying over $900 out of pocket plus them receiving thousands from my insurance company’s portion) I finally got attention. A rep, tech and manufacturer rep came to my house, said they acknowledged the mechanical problems, said would address the issue but now has now been over a month with literally no follow up!!! Called last week, said someone would call me, which never happened. Left 2 additional messages. Called again today only to be connected to billing dept (not who I asked for) telling me I need to turn back on the auto-pay “in good faith”?!?!!! In good faith? When both my insurance company and I have paid all this money for something that doesn’t work, and no representation for their product sold, they ask me for good faith?? This is by far the worse customer service treatment I have ever experienced....and my issue is STILL not resolved. 😢

Heather and the front desk attendant were both so helpful and friendly! I have to say it is refreshing these days to walk into a business and be greeted with kindness and people willing to go the extra mile to help you. You can clearly tell there is a culture at this Healthline location that encourages their employees to love their patients and customers. Also you can tell the employees genuinely like where they work and are happy to be there. Ive been trying to get CPAP supplies since July. I ran out of supplies because their new system stopped contacting me to auto order. I had to call over 6 times to get them to send me supplies. The staff was not helpful and managers were scarcely available. I was assured by an employee and two managers that I would get a call back to verify the order had been placed. None of them called back. Ill be switching providers.

Worst experience ever. 4hrs 30mins of calls to them to acquire a CPAP. ~8-9 people I have spoken to and nothing is being done. They tell me they will get back to me and not once have they called back. I am initiating the calls every time and each time the person asks the same questions which shows they have done nothing regarding my rx.

Ive only been here twice, but each time the staff has been extremely nice. For todays visit I misjudged the time and I ended up being 8 minutes late for my visit, I called and spoke to Troy (who turned out to actually be the person I was seeing) and he was very nice and even said he would wait for me. When I got there he took care of me and made sure I understood how to use my cpap mask. He was also extremely nice and helpful. They were busy today and he didnt have to wait for me to get there, but he did, and that was appreciated!! Thank you Troy😊

I was somewhat apprehensive about starting to use the CPAP machine. When I walked into the Richardson office I was greeted by Barbara. She saw that I was uncomfortable. She took the time to explain the procedure that took away my anxiety. She then introduced me to Kevin which was the technician that was to handle me. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He explained the procedure step by step always asking if I had any questions. Needless to say as a 74 year man, there were many. He took his time as he had to go over the procedure with me several times. He had the patience of Job. When I left the office I was well equipped. He gave me the phone numbers to call if I had more questions or problems. For this Im thankful.

Booked my appointment with Barbara -- she was friendly, polite and an all-around joy to speak to. Barbara was able to accommodate my schedule and get me in with no issues. My appointment was with RAD Technician, Heather Roebuck. Heather was awesome! Within 10 minutes of talking to Heather I had more information than Id gotten throughout the entire process. Heather was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and allowed me the opportunity to explore options -- her recommendations were spot on and Im still using the tips and tricks that she taught me. I felt pretty overwhelmed with this process but when I walked out of this appointment, I finally felt comfortable, informed and excited about getting started. Kudos to Barbara and Heather! I greatly appreciate the time, attention and focus you put towards helping me out. Thanks!

The pickup experience was excellent for a CPAP. Lots of parking, easy check in, and the appointment was done start to finish in 40 minutes. I was asked questions about mask fit and preference and I never felt like I was being led down a set path - they listened. Great service and friendly staff, especially at check in!

They are in Dallas County and not following Covid 19 mandate of everyone in office to be wearing masks and wearing them properly!!! This is a Medical Supply Company.... what the heck. No gloves on while touching my nasal pillow while I needed to try one on. Company had a merger in last coupled months ago. They had my prescription and took over 2 and half months to get because of merger. One lady with company (not at this office) kept telling me the didn’t have all my information when clearly they did. I called my Dr office and it had been sent 4 times. Good luck trying to call this office as you chose the correct directory option and may take you to someone in St. Louis. I called and was on hold for 20 mins and never talked with someone in the office. Hung up and just went there. I understand mergers can be difficult but this was the worst. If you have to use them, be aware of all these problems I had. If I have to ever go into the office again and they aren’t following mandated guidelines.... I will be calling them out on it right then!!

Very inefficient and deceptive billing system. They have charged for supplies I never received. They shipped to wrong address and and latter on notified me via email to send replacement shipment. When I called to verify, they were not able to find my correspondence or records. I think all customer service reps are commission sales people. If no new order they will simply not help you. Various excuses such as reference to a supervisor. But Supervisor never calls back. If you have a credit card on file with them, you are in trouble. They have charged my card for a 10 months old invoice. But as per my record I paid when I picked up the order at their location. I am in search of a new supplier. I lost my trust in this company. Also, do not respond to their robocall. Thats where the problem starts.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Healthline in Plano and my experience. Jessica greeted me at the door and I explained I came early so I could get in and out quickly, if possible, so I could get to work. Jessica went into action. In no time, I meat with Heather. During a recent crisis after my husbands surgery, his Cpap machine died! He was only released from 4 night hospital stay because he had a Cpap at home! Having had surgery a new sleep study and prescription were not an option! Nor was waiting overnight to order on line! By the grace of GOD I was led to HEALTHLINE, which happened to be within 5 miles of our house! RICHARDSON location! Words cannot express or describe the AMAZING service I received! The RICHARDSON TEAM moved mountains to accommodate my every need! As a walk in, no appointment, and not an established client I received SERVICE AND COMPASSION like I have not received elsewhere! They treated me as though I was their only customer! I was given through instructions, even though it was past their quitting time! I had the best customer service experience ever between Troy who came to my house and Barbara in the office. Troy was such a knowledgeable person gave me information Ive not known for the last 3 years Ive been using them. Plus it was kinda of emergency call because my unit stopped working properly. He made sure I had everything I needed before he left and I trusted him enough to purchase a cleaning machine for my stuff as well. And Barbara called me back to make sure I got Exactly what I ordered to be delivered to me the next day as well. The staff was great and every one was so polite. I needed to replace a CPAP mask while travelling as mine was broken. I had my doctor fax a script but it took a while. They worked with my doctor and helped me get a new mask so I could sleep the rest of my time in town. Work with these folks, they are great!

Went here for the first time to get some CPAP supplies and it was a great experience. Barbara at the front desk is super friendly. Derrick showed me the supplies and answered all the questions I had. He was super friendly and patient! I was very impressed - when I first started treatment for sleep apnea, I got some supplies from a sleep clinic, never heard from the staff again, and anytime I tried to call I never got a call back. I’m glad to be working with Healthline now and definitely recommend them!
